They're getting a taste of local shopping and holiday culture in big cities. No pressure, but they chose our store to represent Detroit, along with a Coney restaurant and a Red Wings game.

Today, in like four hours, it is very, very important that everything goes smoothly. I was hoping to get in there ahead of this, but they chose the date, and now I'm hoping I can walk you through this and make sure you guys are equipped to pull this off and make us look good.

Are you there this afternoon? Please tell me you can stay and make sure this all goes well. Of course. Excellent. If this store's not up to Dick, I need you to scramble and make it magical.
