You know, I had to do like, you know, I have like the thinnest skin ever. Unfortunately, I wish I had thicker, thicker skin when it came to this stuff. But I had to do this like exercise, homework. I don't know with my therapist because this would like overtake me, Megan. It would literally ruin all the minutes in a day because I would focus on one thing like this. And she had me draw, like, circles. And then put names in the circles, right? So, like, the smallest circle around me, the people that I value the most in my life. So, like, my sisters, my mom, Wes, my kid, you know, my best friends. And then draw another circle. And then draw a bigger circle. And then draw a bigger circle. And she had to point out to me, like, the people in these outer circles, you kind of have to, like, mute the noise a little bit and not let them affect you so much. which is weird. Way easier said than done, but there's something to, like, seeing it visually when you actually put it on paper. You know what I mean? Well, yeah.
