Why is it that we get so excited over people's weddings? You know, like you'll see celebrities getting married and celebrity weddings and stuff like that. We go all crazy over this one. She's our co-worker, for goodness sakes. I know.

I am like boring old news. Don't you think it's because they don't happen often?

Well, I don't know. Unless you're me. I'm just joking. She's had some weddings. And you've had wedding dresses. How many wedding... No, that is true. Shannon purchased a wedding dress and doesn't even have a date for this wedding. She's engaged now. How many wedding dresses in your lifetime have you owned?

Well, I called off a wedding many, many moons ago. So I had that one. And then I had the one that I wore to my wedding with Andrew, my ex-husband, my husband. And now I have this one. So three.

Do you get a discount? Like is it a punch card? A punch card.

Will you send me a picture of it? No, I'm not sending that. It's a secret. I have to tell you how this happened though because truly, so I got engaged in January. And if you're a new listener, this is going to be my second wedding. I'm divorced and my fiance, Wes, is divorced as well. And so it's a second wedding for both. So we're not having like a traditional wedding. Our plan right now, we don't have a date or anything. It'll probably happen next year. We have some other things that are way more important than actually having a wedding right now, like blending our families and figuring out where we're going to live and all of that important stuff. But what we're probably going to do is get married just the six of us. And when I say just the six of us, I mean myself, my fiance, and then each of our two kids somewhere. I don't know where. And then just have like a big party. Like have a big celebration. Will you be wearing the dress at that? No. This dress is for like the party.

For the party. For the party. So is it more of a party dress or more of a wedding?

It is more of a party dress. It is white. I am obsessed with it. I have been looking at this dress online for, I haven't even tried it on. I mean, I hope to God it fits. But I've been looking at it for quite some time. And a couple of nights ago, I was looking at it and I showed Wes and I said, oh my God, it's on sale right now.

Wait, is that good luck or bad luck to show?

I feel like second wedding, all the traditional stuff's out the window. So he knows what it looks like and he's like, buy it right now. So I bought it. I actually think it's coming today. I hope it fits because like I said I haven't seen it in person nor have I tried it on I'm so excited about it but I have a dress but I don't have a date and my dad goes wait a second because Wes was telling my dad about this he went and hung out with my dad the day before yesterday and my dad's like you can't wear white for your second wedding and I go dad I feel like that's like an old like you said all the traditions

are out the window

so we were just talking to Georgia and Morgan from IDLU Morgan has a wedding dress because Morgan was going to get married and just called off. Is that right, Morgan? Did you?

I sold mine when I canceled my wedding. I sold it and made the same amount of money I paid for it.

You just called off? How soon before the wedding?

So the wedding was supposed to be in August. I called it off like three weeks ago. That was literally my same situation, same timeline.

So what are you going to do with that wedding dress?

It comes in May.
