I have type 2 diabetes, but I manage it well. It's a little pill with a big story to tell. I take one's daily chartians at each day's start.

And for adults with type 2 diabetes and known heart disease, Jardians can lower the risk of cardiovascular death, too. Prescription Jardians, empagliflozin, 10 or 25 milligram tablets, are used to lower blood sugar along with diet and exercise in adults with type 2 diabetes. Jardians is not for use to lower blood sugar in people with type 1 diabetes and not for people with type 2 diabetes who have severe kidney disease. Serious side effects include increased ketones in blood or urine and infection between and around the anus and genitals. Both may be fatal. Severe allergic reactions, dehydration, urinary tract or genital yeast infections in men and women and low blood sugar. Stop taking and tell your doctor right away if you have nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, tiredness, rash, swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing. Tell your doctor about lightheadedness, weakness, fever, pain, tenderness, redness or swelling between the anus and genitals. You may have increased risk for lower limb loss. theory mojo the morning show wow so i'm thinking about this shannon did two things this past weekend that she kind of talked about never doing one you talked earlier this morning you actually took an edible this weekend to sleep which was you've you've come over to the uh to the bad club

00:02:38 - 00:02:39 | Speaker 5:

It was magical.

00:02:39 - 00:02:40 | Speaker 8:

The bad side hair.

00:02:40 - 00:02:41 | Speaker 5:

Slept like a baby.

00:02:41 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 8:

Now you know what you're going to do? You're going to get a buyer's club card at the dispensary by your house.

00:02:47 - 00:02:51 | Speaker 5:

I still have never been to a dispensary. I've got a place for you with a hottest security guard.

00:02:51 - 00:02:54 | Speaker 8:

You're going to be the... She's going to have like the...

00:02:54 - 00:02:55 | Speaker 5:

I just got one from a friend.

00:02:55 - 00:03:02 | Speaker 8:

You're going to have like the Kroger Plus card of dispensaries. But you're right.

00:03:03 - 00:03:04 | Speaker 5:

I did say I would never do that.

00:03:04 - 00:03:06 | Speaker 8:

And then there's something else that you did.

00:03:06 - 00:03:06 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

00:03:06 - 00:03:17 | Speaker 8:

that this one might be even more risqué than... I agree with you. What'd you do? I swore that... I thought you just said it.

00:03:20 - 00:03:22 | Speaker 5:

Did I miss the answer story?

00:03:22 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 8:

It's actually funny because when Shannon does swear on the podcast, we all are like when our moms swore. We all get like, did she just say that?

00:03:32 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Is that the F word? If we've driven with her, we've heard her curse. but never in this building.

00:03:37 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 5:

Well, so I bought a pair of white Crocs over the summer, and I swore I would only wear them to take out the trash, to walk the dog, to water my flowers, never leave the house in them. Well, yesterday I found myself wandering through Whole Foods and Kroger and Target in my Crocs. Oh, welcome. I know. And, of course, I saw a million people. In fact, I have to shout out listener Sadie and her son, Cal, who I met at the Target at Starbucks. And I was like, I'm wearing Crocs. And I said, I would never wear Crocs. You pointed them out to them? I did.

00:04:13 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 8:

You didn't even try to be secretive about it? So, yep. I didn't. Swore I would never do it. Oh, my God, Shannon. And I did it. Megan needs to call her dad just so they tell you. There's Shannon hanging out, wearing the old Crocs.

00:04:29 - 00:04:32 | Speaker 5:

I'm not even mad that you did it. Honest to God, they are so comfortable.

00:04:32 - 00:04:34 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Did you do Crocs with socks?

00:04:34 - 00:04:43 | Speaker 5:

I didn't. I just come from yoga, so I was, like, sweaty. That's why I thought my Crocs would be the best option over my Uggs. I don't want my Uggs to smell. Got to think about this.

00:04:43 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 8:

Spike, do you think differently of her now? Because I know you're not a Crocs fan.

00:04:47 - 00:04:50 | Speaker 6:

You know what? Nothing surprises me in this room anymore.

00:04:52 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 3:

I'm not mad that you wore them. I'm mad that you talked about that it's okay to do, because my dad will use this as validation as cool people stuff.

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 1:

and I don't need that. I don't know that I'm cool. Yeah. He thinks you're cooler than me.

00:05:04 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 3:

You just validate.

00:05:05 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 1:

It's because he's hot. Crocs are very popular.

00:05:09 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to hit you on these days.

00:05:11 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 1:

The thing that is interesting is I never understood with the popularity of them, and it has to be that they test marketed making other versions of Crocs that didn't look as bad, but it's the old-fashioned Crocs with the, you know.

00:05:26 - 00:05:31 | Speaker 2:

Mine have no gibbets on them, Although I am getting ready to order some Golden Girls ones from Etsy.

00:05:31 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 1:

But it's funny. They must have test marketed and realized people want them to look like bricks on your feet. They want them to look bad. And that's why they kind of like have kept that.

00:05:41 - 00:05:44 | Speaker 2:

But they are just the easiest thing to throw on and leave the house in.

00:05:45 - 00:05:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, because it's so difficult to put shoes on. It's impossible. Sometimes I just don't leave the house for a week. It's so hard.

00:05:51 - 00:05:52 | Speaker 2:

You don't have to lace them up.

00:05:52 - 00:06:06 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh. Can you imagine? Spike. They don't sell any slip-on shoes except for Crocs. Spike, by the way. You packed, what, five pair of shoes or something like that? Crocs were not in your suitcase when you went to California this weekend.

00:06:06 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 4:

Honey, they're easy to put on shoes. Do I have a pair? Do you have like the old school one? I do.

00:06:09 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 1:

I do. So for my birthday, we did a Crocs birthday. Did I ever tell you this story? Where people had to buy me Crocs for my birthday, and everybody bought me Crocs.

00:06:23 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 2:

You almost said something else.

00:06:25 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Well, Connor and Andrea Hellebuck, Connor plays for the Winnipeg Jets, bought me Mojo Crocs.

00:06:34 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 2:

No way.

00:06:34 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Oh, that's funny. So I got Mojo Crocs, which is really weird when I take the dogs out and my neighbors go, he wears Crocs with his name on them. But they're cool. They're actually cool looking. And then I have like three other pair of Crocs that are kind of like, I got white ones. I've got red ones. Oh, fancy. Fancy. Crocs for every outfit.

00:06:55 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 2:

black ones. Is there anything, though, that you guys swore you would never do? And now you're like, oh. Like, before I had kids, or when Lucy was a baby, I was like, I will never be one of those parents that goes out to a restaurant and gives my child an iPad. I always laugh when Shannon said that. I laugh when she's like, I will never let them have electronics. I will never let them have electronics.

00:07:16 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 1:

I got one, and you guys made fun of me for it, and people remember this. When I said I would never do the Jeep Wave, and then I bought a Jeep Wrangler, And I did the Jeep wave And you guys were like We roasted you Hypocritical bastard 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-6548 What's up, Michelle?

00:07:38 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 4:

00:09:21 - 00:09:21 | Speaker 3:

00:09:23 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 1:
