This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

Alan Lee, my major is drafting and design. In high school, I did it since my sophomore year, and I kind of wanted to continue it. It was the only thing I was good at. I didn't want to move to a four-year yet. I don't think I was mentally prepared. I found Bishop State. They had the program. I met a few people there. I ended up enrolling. The instructor, first time I met him, I told him about my background. He said, okay, great, you know about this. He built me straight to work. He didn't let me have any leeway. He pushed me to my limits. So I think that made me choose drafting design at Bishop State and stuck with it. The sport's amazing. All my instructors just want to see me succeed. They want to push me to my limit. They want to see me be the best I can be, get a job, just be as successful as I can be. And I really appreciate all of them. With my degree, as of right now, my plan is to work for the city of Mobile with their urban planning department. Allegedly. I saw the pictures from his mission trip, and I thought it seemed like he was on a guy's weekend with a bunch of buddies. I'm like, this guy is my guy. I think he wishes that's what it was.

I'm telling you, not that I'm trying to call your husband a liar, But if we find out later in life that this guy might have some skeletons in his closet, we're going back to this day.

He did a beautiful thing. So he was with an organization called Our Daughters International. And so the photo you saw of him getting his haircut was a survivor of human trafficking. And part of the organization is they provide restoration and healing, but also equip these women with skills to be able to live on. and find things that they love to do and create businesses for themselves, a way to, you know, have an income. And so that woman, I don't know if he showed her face in that photo, but that is her way of making money now as she continues her life.

What would you do if you found out, though, four or five years from now that I was right and he was actually at the ARIA in Vegas and he was hanging out there. I would have been like, guess what?

everything's good and you guys are home remember i told you he was coming home to like a whole bunch of sick kids and extra kids because i was watching my nieces so he gets home on friday night and i'm like oh man i mean he is walking into like a lot happening well as it turned out So the baby, my baby niece was already down for the night. So she was in her crib and then Smith was at a friend's house and then Lucy and my other niece were watching a movie. And so he and I were like trying to catch up a little bit.

and i thought i think i even mentioned this on friday morning i'm like i i thought we could make it until everybody went to bed and we went to bed to you know like do our thing and we didn't so i had to pretend that i was going to the bathroom and he snuck in the bathroom oh my god

There is only one bathroom in my house that has a lock, too.

Really? Yes. Is it one?

There are no rooms in my house that have locks except for this one bathroom.

Is it a lock? Which is probably good, because then your kids don't lock themselves into the bathroom or something like that. It's good not to have the locks on it. But for you guys, it's not good. Is it one of those locks, like a sliding lock? Like those doors that pull out like pocket doors?

No, it's just like a little teeny tiny pin that you push in. And that's the lock.

Your kids, are they smart enough yet? Because my kids figured this out. That you can stick like a dry cleaner hanger through it. Probably.

I don't know if they've picked that lock yet. But, and I even said this to Wes, this is risky. Because I never get to go to the bathroom by myself in my house. there is always a child if i have the kids there is always a child who is sitting in there with me because they want to talk or they don't want to be alone or whatever it was a risky move where is

here's the question uh where in your house is your sneak off for adult time uh area like if you're desperate where are you going where where where is it that you guys you know try to hide off at so that you guys can actually mess around. You're talking about

sex. I don't want to know because then don't you guys just picture your parents

doing this? Well, kind of. I wonder where our parents was. Like I wonder if my dad, they had a walk-in closet and I think my dad used to use the walk-in closet because I would see clothes on the floor and stuff and they were very tidy people. That's what we

used. We used the walk-in closet. Just if you needed a couple minutes. You just say like, Hey, come here. I want to show you something real quick. Something like that to make you believe, make it seem like you need their help. But there's not a lock there. You just got to go quick or something. Risky.

The people that I always think are the freaks are the parents that go up in their kids' rooms thinking that their kids are never up in their room anyway. They're always like, there's nothing fun in their rooms. I did that one time.

No, that's so wrong. That's so wrong. Oh, no.

When I was a kid, we had a place underneath the stairwell that we used to call our little toy area. And I wonder, it's funny thinking about that. My dad used to love that room. He made it a room with a real door and stuff on it, and we would throw all our toys in there. Wouldn't it be wild if that was my parents' little...

Oh, I'm sure they had some fun in there. What in the Harry Potter is wrong with that one?

I don't think my parents, honestly, they had six kids, and I know we were Catholic, so they had lots of children. But I don't think they had lots of sex. Like, I think my dad was probably just having sex to have kids, and my mom, too. You think so? Yeah. They had sex six times. Like, I think so, because they never really did date nights with each other, because we had so many kids. I was the baby. So they never went. We went out Sunday. We would go out Sundays for dinner. That was it, occasionally. And we would go to a place called the Cozy Corner, which is like a Leo's Coney Island type place. And I hated it as a kid, because I'd have to sit there and wait until my dad ordered coffee and rice pudding. For some reason, it was always you had to have coffee and rice pudding. And I never understood having coffee before you're going to bed. Like what that's all about.

Did you go to that strip club that is an ice cream parlor, but I swear it's a strip club? The plush horse.

No, we'd go.

No, but here's the funniest thing. The cozy corner was right by the plush horse. The funniest thing with my dad was, I think my dad was sexually crazy because my dad was Cuban. And I think he had that Latin blood. And I used to remember seeing my dad smacking my mom's ass. See? It was smashing. And I loved that. Like, as a kid, I thought, that's awesome. My dad, like, you know, smacks her ass. But I wasn't thinking of it sexually. I was thinking of it like, oh, that's kind of cool, you know? It's like my dad's like, good game. You know, you see football players doing that.

So, I go to the basement. Part of the reason, this basement was completely dirty, messed up. It took me two months to clean it, and part of the reason was because I needed a place for privacy in the house. Wait, for just you?

Yeah. So you go down to the basement. So did you make the basement like a sex dungeon or something?

Nobody comes down to the basement besides my one brother, and now they're, like, irritated by me because this used to be their spot, but I've taken it over.

Yeah, all of them. The hot water room, where the hot water tank is, that's the laundry room. All course. On the top of the washing machine. Absolutely. On top of the deep freezer, yes. Oh, my God. Every room has to be christened. Yeah.

How do you guys not have more kids with all the sex that you guys are having?

Believe it or not, I wanted eight kids, but I only had two. But I love sex and I love christening every room in the house, even the hallway. Even the stairs.

Well, it is respect. So with the children's bedrooms, it's when we first went into the house and before their stuff got in there. Okay, okay, okay. That's fair. So now, since their stuff is in there, no, not so. But before their stuff got in there, I had to christen every room.

Like, I want to know what parent tugs their child into a bed that they have been in.
