this weekend for uh your fiancee Wes's kids yes so we I donated a backstage pass to um his daughter Samantha's school it's her last year of middle school and so I was so nervous you guys though because normally when we donate them they're like a silent auction item right so like people can go up and bid throughout the night or whatever and even still I get a little nervous like please somebody bid on it please don't let it have like five dollars well it's because we have people come

in studio and when they come in studio we'll say to them hey so how much did you pay for this and

they'll be like five dollars and 37 cents but also when it's a when it's an event that you're at like i don't want to be embarrassed and have our show not have any bids yeah so i show up on friday night it's a it's a masquerade ball themed fundraiser by the way which was really fun well i see like now they use the apps for these auctions right so you can like look at all the auction items or whatever and i see the mojo in the morning backstage pass i see it as a live auction item and i looked at west and i said it is not supposed to be that this makes me so nervous now because everybody's going to be watching so i'm like please please please just let it go for

like a good amount of money if it's a live auction it could tank if there's not a lot of fans in there it might be like a hundred dollars and everybody's like is there anybody that wants to

The best. so after the whole thing is you know said and done and I actually haven't met him yet I think he came into the studio maybe or you guys met him I was either out of a charity events and saw him

out there spending money and then also um had a lunch with him yeah so Wes said you know we need

to find him at some point in the night and go say um go say thank you so I went over to his table he wasn't there well then I saw him later in the night he came up to me um and so we were like chatting you know about him coming into the studio and him arranging it with kp and all of that stuff wes is standing right next to me tell me if this is bad i didn't introduce ron from green flame tequila to wes because this is a small school i assumed they already knew each other well they didn't so that was bad on my part yes so wes is just standing there was just standing he was He was talking to somebody He was talking to like a friend of his You know who was standing right next to us Talking to this guy Ron Didn't introduce them Which came up later the night Don't slide over that What came up Because he's like why didn't you introduce me And I'm like well I assumed that you guys already knew each other It's a smaller school Everybody knows everybody at this school And he's like well I've never I had never actually met him before I'm like oh gosh sorry I'm terrible at that by the way you guys I am so bad about making introductions of everybody yeah not just him um so that was my bad but also he wouldn't even look at west ron did not no he was just sitting there talking to you west was standing there and he goes i just

kept waiting for him to take eye contact i don't know if he didn't know or that you guys were

together well i don't know because i didn't make the introduction yeah

Yeah, it was I will say this to you that if if you are like for especially if it's somebody like that's of the opposite sex, especially I think like because I because I have that has happened before with me where my wife will be out with me and, you know, I'll be talking to a woman and Chelsea's just standing there and they don't they will not say anything. And I'm an idiot enough to not do the introduction.

And if the roles were reversed, I could, I would feel the same way. I would be upset that he didn't introduce me. So I was kind of in the doghouse.

Okay.

So, but he still took me to Taco Bell after.

Can I ask you a question? How does that come up? Because whenever I have gotten in trouble at events, it usually comes up like pretty quickly in the car ride home. Did it come up fairly quickly?

You want to know what's so funny? Thinking back on it, he may have briefly mentioned it that night, but it really didn't come out that he was upset until he was talking to you guys about it at Lydia's graduation party the next day.

And we all started laughing because we've all been in that situation. Oh, yeah. All of us dumb husbands in the past.

We all knew each other at this school.

Apparently not. When he reached out for that high five.

He was so excited you said that.
