me and get security on you but what but what if that person who is buying something is not somebody that you really want to take their advice because maybe they don't have like a really good taste in

things i don't it's always worked for her so i don't know the answer to that question it's funny

she's been doing it for a while it's funny because i used to use our babysitters as an uh a way to decide whether or not i wanted to buy something like if i was going to buy like i would always like if we like we would go to the malls and sometimes we would go to the mall and the babysitters you know we would we had our the caicos girls yes um the best candace and darlene and then Jackie, their cousin, they would babysit and occasionally we would all go to 12 Oaks Mall and we'd go, let's go to Max and Irma's. But I could see you doing this. I know you love your Nordstrom and your dicks or whatever. No, I love my dicks too. You love your dicks, too. But I also love my Ulta. Yes, but I could see you being that guy that's like, oh, that guy's fashionable. What's he getting? I'm going to get the same thing. That's what my sister does.

Honestly, I do that a lot. I actually see guys that are looking at certain things, and I'm looking like, wow, that guy's really put together and stuff.

Like Anthony from Imagine, Anthony Laverde, wears, to me, very cool clothes. Like, I look at some of the clothes that he wears. And I saw him yesterday. They were doing a grand opening of the Imagine Theater, which is in Illinois, just outside of Batavia, Illinois. And Anthony was standing up there, and I'm looking at him. He's got a sport jacket on with a pair of really cool gym shoes. And I didn't know what shoes they were. But I'm like, man, that's a cool look. And then I thought to myself, I'm like, you know what? I should actually see where he goes and buys his clothes. Like, find out where he goes and buys his clothes. Because I want to steal it. Kev is also this. Where do you shop most of the time? I'm an online guy. Are you? Yeah, online for sure. I like little boutiques. Your hats always match your sweatshirts, match your shoes, match your pants, match everything. I'm a hat guy. I love Zara, too, by the way. Yes. Pants, overcoat.

So is this purely your taste, or do you use the taste of somebody else, too? Like, do you ever look at people that you, like, go, oh, I like that person?

Yeah, for sure. It's definitely, it comes from my spirit and my soul. Like, you have to wear your truth, I feel like. You know, whatever it is that you feel comfortable wearing, I feel like that's the best style advice, like, whatever you feel comfortable wearing. But with social media, with TikTok, where people are doing this stuff for free, and it's, like, their job, and they do it for a living, you got to listen to them. But I do think one good tip that I pulled from somebody on TikTok that I follow, he's like, when you're trying to figure out color blockings and color schemes, literally look at sporting teams. There are people that are paid, they pay all this money, millions of dollars for advertisements, and these sporting teams have colors that matter for a reason. And they match for a reason. So, like, if you got that green with that blue or that red or that white, like, there you go.

Yeah, or your favorite college teams, too, probably, right? But then again, if that's the case, then you're wearing maize and blue all the time. And you look like, honestly, you're just a mess guy. Yeah, like a slappy. I don't know. There are certain times, though, where Shannon's right, and now that I see this with your sister doing this, where I have gone to the mall or gone to a store and you find somebody doing that. I do that with food, too. Do you ever go into a restaurant and you sit there and look at another person's order? Yeah, hi. I love you guys. My granddaughter and I listen to every single morning. Aw, we love that. I dated a guy once, and he was colorblind, and he'd go into a nice department store and have the salesperson give him everything that was on a mannequin that was all matched up. That's a smart idea.

You know what's funny, though, about mannequins? I feel like mannequins are not always, like, the best dressed at a store these days. They used to be better.

Half the time, they're half naked. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we're older, so they didn't used to be like that.

They used to be. Remember, you'd go into, like, Macy's, and the mannequin was, like, really, like, looking good. Now you go to Macy's, and the mannequin looks like somebody stole his arms.

Yeah. And always hard nipples. Always. We're in our 70s, so way back, the mannequins used to be really high-fashioned.

The mannequins were actually better in the old days. See, everything was better in the old days there, Linda.

And he always looked really nice and put together, so.

Yeah. It's a good trick. I will say this, though. There are some times where I'll go to, say, a mall, like, you know, the shoe department, and I'll go to the mall shoe department. And when I see something that's on top of, like, a counter or whatever, it looks so much nicer than it does on my foot. My foot is just not as good as that top of that counter thing.
