Mojo in the Morning, home of the War of the Roses, Five Lies Tell Your Mom, Throwback Throwdown, Second Date Update, The Dirty on the 30, and a whole bunch of fools that all work here on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you are listening to us. Thank you so much. If you're on a radio, hopefully you're listening to us on either Channel 955, 104.5 SNX, or 92.5 KISS FM. If we're not on that radio station, but something else, tell us, because they're not supposed to be carrying this radio show, and they're probably getting it for free.

00:02:40 - 00:02:41 | Speaker 7:

I hope they won't do that.

00:02:41 - 00:02:48 | Speaker 6:

That's called Pirate Radio right there. All right, Kevin. How are you doing there, Kevin?

00:02:48 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 7:

I'm chilling. Honestly, I'm a little tired. I just looked at my face in this camera. I was like, damn, bro, you can see it on my face. You can see it right there. I got the ugly face on it. Uh-oh.

00:02:59 - 00:03:04 | Speaker 6:

Don't do that, Megan. I think that face looks beautiful today. I think you look good. You look fantastic.

00:03:04 - 00:03:08 | Speaker 7:

Don't start with me, Megan. I'm loaded. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

00:03:08 - 00:03:11 | Speaker 6:

What, Kevin, do you believe in hexes?

00:03:12 - 00:03:13 | Speaker 7:

Nah.

00:03:13 - 00:03:14 | Speaker 6:

I don't believe in that. You don't believe in that.

00:03:14 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 7:

I do believe in, you can, well, it's interesting. I don't know, because I believe that we have the ability to speak things into existence.

00:03:21 - 00:03:22 | Speaker 1:

Like manifesting?

00:03:22 - 00:03:44 | Speaker 7:

So you believe the opposite? I believe in the power of, I believe in the Bible. There's power of life and death is in the tongue. Power of prayer. Power of prayer. So if, you know, with that mentality, and I'm also reading the four agreements right now. And I'm not at the first agreement yet, but it's something about being peccable with your words. So maybe, I guess.

00:03:45 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 6:

If you believe in the good of that, there could be the bad of that.

00:03:49 - 00:03:52 | Speaker 7:

That's why I'm kind of like split right now.

00:03:52 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 6:

Can somebody put a hex on you?

00:03:54 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 7:

Man, I hope not. Here's the situation, though. I was in my mom's hood yesterday or the day before. She lived, like, in the Oak Park area on 696. She doesn't, but that's where the Little Caesars is that I was at. So I popped the Little Caesars real quick. I love Jets. I used to be a hungry Howie's daddy. Then I switched over to Jets, and I was cheating on Jets a little bit because when you want the crazy bear from Little Caesars, you want the crazy bear from Little Caesars. Yes. So I popped in a little Caesars, and I was, you know, feeling jovial, feeling great. The vibrations were at an all-time high. The pockets were a little thick. And when you're paying $6, you can splurge a little bit. So I see the lady behind me. I'm like, hey, ring her up, too. She on my bill. You know what I mean? Get her a little pizza. Aw, that's so nice. You know what I'm paying for? Was she buying for, like, her whole office? No, no, no. She was like, oh, thank you. She just got a little pizza. She got a little pizza. but after I bought her a pizza she was very appreciative she was like oh my god thank you so much but I believe she had some type of I don't know I don't want to say spiritual awareness but I believe she was like

00:05:00 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 1:

a reader like a prophetic individual she was like had psychic ability exactly so i mean the only reason i can say that is because first she said can i pray for you and i was like sure like pray for me i love when people say that you know what i mean i'm like bet like let's pray let's do this she prayed for me and then she opened her eyes and we were looking at each other and she was like somebody has put a hex on you i removed the hex she said somebody she literally said these words wow she's like somebody has put a hex on you somebody has cast demons on you cast words over

00:05:35 - 00:05:43 | Speaker 3:

you think it's megan how did you respond i would be freaking out my mouth was just close my mouth

00:05:43 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 1:

was open but i didn't say anything i was just like i'm honestly so glad you brought this up Because if she removed it, I will place it back on you.

00:05:52 - 00:06:00 | Speaker 2:

Okay. So she said that the person put a hex on you. That's what she said. And because you bought her crazy bread.

00:06:01 - 00:06:03 | Speaker 3:

Who knew? Or a little pizza.

00:06:03 - 00:06:04 | Speaker 2:

A little pizza.

00:06:04 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 1:

Man.

00:06:05 - 00:06:06 | Speaker 3:

Best six bucks you ever spent.

00:06:06 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 1:

Listen, that's what I'm saying. Without that, who knows where I would be this morning.

00:06:12 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 2:

Can you just think a hex away, though? I feel like you'd need to make a potion for that.

00:06:16 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 1:

I don't know, man. She said she could tell that somebody had put something over me. She's like, somebody has spoken ill over you. I remove a hex over you. That was the energy that I guess I was emitting, that she was receiving the vibration. I don't know what was going on. Do you feel lighter today? I didn't, but then I started thinking, like, damn, who is out here speaking ill on my name? Wow. My steps are ordered, so I'm not even tripping on that.

00:06:44 - 00:06:50 | Speaker 2:

All it took was for you to go buy this lady something like that, huh?

00:06:51 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 1:

Has a stranger ever said anything crazy to y'all?

00:06:54 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 2:

Well, I've had strangers say many things, like F you, buddy. You know what I mean? I've had people that have said crazy stuff like that. But no, like strange like what? I mean, a hex.

00:07:07 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 1:

I mean, you've never had a crazy stranger interaction? I don't even know this person.

00:07:13 - 00:07:28 | Speaker 2:

I have. But Chelsea believes in this stuff. Like, occasionally she'll, like, tell me that, you know, she'll talk to spiritual people. And I don't know. Like, I always get weirded out doing this stuff and having that. But I've never had a stranger just randomly come up to me and say something like that.

00:07:29 - 00:07:32 | Speaker 1:

I believe it, though, for real. Shout out to you, Grizzly. People do prey on your downfall.

00:07:33 - 00:07:33 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:07:33 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 1:

So if you got people, you know, with your back speaking positive about you, I'm all for that. And maybe somebody did speak ill on me. I don't disagree with that. You think so?

00:07:41 - 00:07:43 | Speaker 3:

That is really creepy. I have goosebumps.

00:07:47 - 00:07:52 | Speaker 1:

Hey, this was a shout-out to Zach. This is a question on our trivia yesterday.

00:07:52 - 00:07:57 | Speaker 2:

Oh, really? Well, the hex must have still been on you because you guys finished sixth out of seven teams.

00:07:58 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 1:

Hey, only one person can win. Yeah.

00:08:02 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. It's interesting. Can somebody tell that? Do we have any spiritual people right now that can tell us if they know for sure if somebody has a hex put on them?

00:08:16 - 00:08:18 | Speaker 3:

Or how do you put a hex or a curse on somebody?

00:08:34 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 2:

What's going on? How you doing, Deontay? I'm not going to the Little Caesars in Oak Park after this one

00:08:43 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 3:

hey you never know that might be the wake up call man get the hexes off

00:08:48 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 2:

that is right what do you think about this what do you think about what happened to Kev

00:08:52 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 3:

man hey it's a wake up experience thankfully got the hexes off of you but I had a crazy guy come up to me when I was working at the airport right crazy got on some jeans with a blazer though and I'm like Sorry, what's this guy going to do? You know, so you ask a random question. He's like, there's going to be money online. We just brushing them off. The guy's walking to us all the time and asking the question. And then Bitcoin's out. He tells us to look into it. We missed all the opportunity to find a dollar. Wow. It is crazy work. I'm like, man, I wish we could have just, you know, I don't know. That was our opportunity right there. Crazy people that walk up to you, you got to listen to them. You never know.

00:09:36 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 2:

It's funny, you trust him because he was in a suit. But crazy people can still wear a suit. No, he said he didn't trust him. Oh, he didn't trust him. Oh, he should have trusted him.

00:09:44 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 1:

It was the thong sandals that threw him off, though.

00:09:46 - 00:09:49 | Speaker 2:

I think his cell phone had a hex on it. What's going on? How you doing, Crystal?

00:09:51 - 00:09:52 | Speaker 3:

Hey, how are you?

00:09:52 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 2:

Good, what's up?

00:09:53 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 3:

Hey there! Crystal's on the phone!

00:09:56 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 2:

What's going on?

00:09:58 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 3:

Hey, so, um...

00:10:00 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 4:

Back in 2014, when I got married, I'm not married anymore, but anyways, my husband and I had went to Amish country, and we were into this antique shop, and there was this cool, small, old box. I collected, like, old antique boxes, and I was showing my friend. I had put it in the bathroom to put some stuff in it, and she was over at the house, and she was like, that's possessed.

00:10:26 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 1:

Oh, jeez.

00:10:27 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 4:

And I was like, what? She goes, it's evil. You need to get rid of it right now. And so she said, go throw it in the fire pit.

00:10:34 - 00:10:40 | Speaker 1:

Wow. So she told you to get rid of it because it had a bad thing to it, huh?

00:10:40 - 00:10:58 | Speaker 4:

Dude, she thought it was ugly. Yeah. Maybe she thought it was ugly, but to this day, she swears it was possessed. So I threw it into the fire pit and burned it. And my husband looked at me and he's like, what are you doing? And I'm like, Amy said it's possessed. It's gone. do the same thing.

00:10:58 - 00:11:12 | Speaker 3:

I wouldn't be able to look. I don't know. No way. I would not spend $10 on something and throw it into a fireplace. But every time you looked at it, you'd feel like, my friend is crazy. It's a box. That's what I would feel.

00:11:13 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 1:

Officer Z is on with us right now. Are you a police officer?

00:11:17 - 00:11:19 | Speaker 2:

In training, yeah.

00:11:19 - 00:11:20 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

00:11:20 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 2:

When I was on my second shift, we went to this house call and this lady told me that we're all going to go to hell and our balls are going to be set on fire.

00:11:32 - 00:11:32 | Speaker 1:

And you're what?

00:11:33 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 2:

Your balls are going to be... Yeah, our balls are going to be set on fire.

00:11:38 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 1:

So the lady told you you're going to hell and your balls... I hope you gave her like 12 tickets. Chestnuts roasting.

00:11:47 - 00:11:49 | Speaker 4:

That's not Hex, that's anger.

00:11:49 - 00:11:59 | Speaker 1:

That lady's a mean lady. I'd be worried about that. That's kind of crazy. Who would say that to a cop? Just randomly say to a cop. Teresa, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. How you doing?

00:12:00 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 3:

Hi, Mojo. So I was in the service. I was a chaplain assistant in the Air Force, and so I have always been around people that are spiritual. Well, we had a volunteer named Rose who gave me a random call. She used to, you know, answer phones in the chapel. She gave me a call, and she was like, you need to go pick up your son right now, or you'll be in the hospital with him later. And I was so mad. Like, I complained to my, the chaplain. I was just furious about it. And sure enough, at 5 o'clock in the evening, I was in the ER with my son. He had fallen on the playground, and he got six stitches. And it turns out. That's crazy. Wow. I got two sons telling you this story again because Rose actually is a prophet, and she goes all over the world. And I even remember her telling me about New York burning before September 11th. And I was so upset about the things that she would say because they were coming true. And I guess I just didn't trust it. But if Rose called me today and said, hey, Teresa, move, I would move.

00:13:02 - 00:13:18 | Speaker 1:

You'd pick up and move. Wow. Whoa. Oh, my gosh. That's wild. Where's Rose at, I wonder, these days? All right, with Jack. Lori, what's going on? Kevin bought a lady a pizza, and she took a hex away from him yesterday. So there's some good stuff going on in his life. What's your story?

00:13:18 - 00:13:45 | Speaker 4:

Well, I had a client call me at work, and, you know, we did a business transaction, whatever it was done, and she said, Lori, I have to tell you, and it was Memorial Day weekend, so it was a long weekend, she said, you need to, I had a strong feeling to call you today, you need to go straight home, and you need to lock your doors, and on your way home, step at every red light, I think, oh my gosh, that scared me all weekend long.

00:13:46 - 00:13:48 | Speaker 1:

She just had a feeling of this?

00:13:48 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 4:

Well, she told me she was a psychic medium, and she had this premonition or something. She said, I just need you to go home, and you go lock your doors when you get home. Don't go anywhere. I'm like, well, it's Memorial Day weekend. I had a lot of plates.

00:14:02 - 00:14:06 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, of all things. So you stayed in the house because of this?

00:14:06 - 00:14:08 | Speaker 4:

No, I didn't. No?

00:14:08 - 00:14:10 | Speaker 1:

Did you have any bad things happen to you?

00:14:10 - 00:14:12 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, what happened? Nothing. Nothing.

00:14:13 - 00:14:19 | Speaker 1:

Oh. Oh, I was going to say, wouldn't it suck, by the way, if you stayed indoors all weekend?

00:14:20 - 00:14:22 | Speaker 3:

I love that we're disappointed that nothing happened.

00:14:23 - 00:14:29 | Speaker 1:

Listen to this one. Ashley's with us right now. Wait till you hear who put a hex on her. Who put a hex on you?

00:14:30 - 00:14:32 | Speaker 4:

My ex's mom did.

00:14:33 - 00:14:36 | Speaker 1:

See? What? She didn't like you, huh?

00:14:37 - 00:14:42 | Speaker 4:

No, she thought I was stealing her son from her, so she put a curse on me.

00:14:42 - 00:14:43 | Speaker 1:

And has it worked?

00:14:44 - 00:14:47 | Speaker 4:

I haven't had much luck in the relationship department.

00:14:48 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no. That stinks. Oh, geez. So she's the reason. You got to go back to her and get her to take that hex off. You got to go, I'm sorry. I don't. Seriously. Or just go to the Little Caesars.

00:15:00 - 00:15:12 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no. You got to, seriously, you got to go right back to your ex's mom, knock on that door, and say, it's me, Ashley. I apologize. I won't ever touch your son again, but take, you know, put some mystery dust over on me, okay?

00:15:13 - 00:15:14 | Speaker 2:

Yes, exactly.

00:15:15 - 00:15:16 | Speaker 4:

All right, good luck to you on this one.

00:15:16 - 00:15:20 | Speaker 2:

Why can't one of these people call in and tell us our future on the air?

00:15:20 - 00:15:23 | Speaker 4:

I don't believe it. I don't want it. I don't even want to know.

00:15:23 - 00:15:26 | Speaker 2:

So you believe that a woman took a hex off of you and was a crazy bread?

00:15:27 - 00:15:30 | Speaker 4:

I didn't say I believed it. I'm not playing with that stuff, right?

00:15:30 - 00:15:33 | Speaker 3:

You're some crazy men. But you don't believe them anymore.

00:15:33 - 00:15:34 | Speaker 4:

I'm not doing that.

00:15:34 - 00:15:35 | Speaker 3:

Honestly, all I can do is crazy.

00:15:36 - 00:15:40 | Speaker 5:

Let's be honest. Without Friday, we wouldn't need them. Time to look for a good plan B, buddy.

00:15:41 - 00:15:42 | Speaker 4:

Hey, come on.

00:15:42 - 00:16:10 | Speaker 5:
