This story is pretty funny, so it's trending right now on TikTok. a groom whose vows should have probably been a red flag to the wife or the wife-to-be that this is going to be a guy who's going to be a handful. Now, I'm going to play you the audio, but I also want you to know that it was the groom's mom that was doing the ceremony. She was the one marrying him and her future daughter-in-law. I went to my friend Kirsten's wedding. This was years ago. She had her wedding down in Florida where she is living. And during the best man speech, it was the groom's brother. I'm trying to remember how this all happened because it was so awkward. The groom's brother was very, very intoxicated. And those speeches make me so uncomfortable anyway. And he started talking about how the groom got arrested during the bachelor party. And my friend did not know that that had happened. It was so uncomfortable to watch her reaction and everybody else's reaction to his attempt at being funny, which was a true story, but just like not the time nor place to spill those details.

I have the bride put her hand on the groom's hand and look at him, tell him I love you, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. And then I have the groom put his hand on top of hers And repeat the same thing I love you I want to spend the rest of my life with you And I look at him and tell him Well, this is going to be the last time That you ever have the last word Or the upper hand
