I knew this story would get your attention. I have to say that I've been in relationships long enough to kind of know where the line is. Not that I've never made mistakes before, obviously I have, but I think I kind of can feel it out and know where the line is to make a joke and when I've gone too far. But I have to say I was led into it yesterday by a conversation. We were hanging out with some friends, and my girlfriend Meg and her best friend were reminiscing about their olden days back on the east side, hanging out back in the day where they used to go meet all the guys at the white parties at the beach club and all the places they would go hang out. Where is she from? St. Clair Shores. Oh, okay. So on the east side, they used to go to all these parties, and they were sitting there reminiscing all the guys, showing pictures, old photo albums. of remember this guy from tin fish and remember that guy and and they were going through all these different stories so i just laid it out there and said listen you are she said you know thank goodness she that i ended up with her and she settled down and i said you're definitely one of the top five girls i've ever been with meg looked at me top five and i said yeah definitely Oh, with confidence, I could say you're one of the top five girls I've ever been with. And there was a long pause. And I could see on my friend Rafa's face, he's looking at me like, did you say that? And she said, cool, I made top five. And that was it. So I safely made the joke and got away with it.
