For adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis symptoms, every choice matters. Tremphaya offers self-injection or intravenous infusion from the start. Tremphaya is administered as injections under the skin or infusions through a vein every four weeks, followed by injections under the skin every four or eight weeks. If your doctor decides that you can self-inject Tremphaya, proper training is required. Tremphaya is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease and adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. Serious allergic reactions, increased risk of infections or lower ability to fight them, and liver problems may occur. Before treatment, get checked for infections and tuberculosis. Good morning. You know, we haven't done this in a while, but we're going to do it because of Spike's dinner last night. But let's do a nutritional check-in with our listeners to find out what they ate for dinner last night. Because whenever we do this, we always end up finding out that our listeners are just like us. They're the most un-nutritional people in the world after hearing about, like, what you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But we're going to focus on dinner last night. So what was for dinner last night? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is the telephone number. Spike wants to start it off this morning. Spike, what was for dinner last night?

00:02:49 - 00:03:35 | Speaker 5:

Mondays are hectic and Mondays are nights where everybody realized they forgot to go grocery shopping over the weekend. And typically, if left to care for myself, I will surely die. Thank God my girlfriend loves to cook and takes care of me because without her, I would be in trouble. St. Patrick's Day weekend, we were partying in St. Patrick's Day for Irish on Ionia. I just was not prepared to have to make my own dinner. So since I was responsible for myself last night, I was obviously too lazy to shop or cook on the way home. I had dinosaur oatmeal, Pikachu crackers, an Uncrustable, and an applesauce, one of those little tubs of applesauce. So I basically ate everything in the cupboard that Meg bought for her six-year-old son.

00:03:36 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 4:

But question for you.

00:03:37 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

00:03:37 - 00:03:46 | Speaker 4:

Did you pull them all out at the same time and then sit at the table eating them? Oh, you didn't just keep going back for more and that was what you were doing? Oh, so then it's a planned dinner.

00:03:46 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 5:

I curated this meal.

00:03:48 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, because I was going to say, and did you pull out a plate and put it all on a plate or did you eat it right out of the packaging? That would be crazy. That would be nuts. But if you look at what you had for dinner and if you slowly pull one thing after another because you're just not satisfied and you want more, then it's a bad meal. If you plan it, then it's planned. It's kind of like if you had vegetables, a starch, and a protein on your plate.

00:04:12 - 00:04:13 | Speaker 3:

That took some thought.

00:04:14 - 00:04:43 | Speaker 5:

Well, I also, I didn't even turn the lights on in the kitchen to get the meal. I just went in the cupboard and grabbed everything. And I just got a text saying, what did you do last night? I said, what do you mean? She goes, there's like powder and oats all over the counter. And it's because I was in the dark dumping the dinosaur oatmeal into a bowl and just trying to make it without having to turn the lights on because I was watching a lovely TV show on Disney+. And then I ended up leaving dinosaur, not the eggs. Of course, I got all the eggs because I have to see what dinosaurs they turn into when the hot water hits them.

00:04:43 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 3:

How did that dinosaur oatmeal my mom would never buy that?

00:04:45 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 4:

My go-to lately has been, because it will be getting unhealthy, is I'll scramble eggs and that will be my thing. Yeah. But then I will eat like 12 other things besides it because I realize scrambled eggs are not satisfying you. That's throwing you up.

00:05:00 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 1:

Except for in the morning, maybe. But let's go. Let's go through this. What did you have for dinner last night? Ben, what'd you have?

00:05:09 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 4:

Chihuahua. It's like a Serbian hot dog, basically, made with beef and pork mixed together.

00:05:15 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 1:

If you call it chihuahua, it sounds better than if you said, I had a hot dog, you know?

00:05:20 - 00:05:24 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I know. Well, the lady didn't know what chihuahua was, so I said Serbian hot dog.

00:05:24 - 00:05:37 | Speaker 1:

The lady didn't know. Well, that's Lydia. Lydia, I'm surprised, Lydia, that you did not know that because Lydia is Chaldean, and I have no idea why I said that. But I thought maybe Chaldeans and Serbians liked each other or something or knew each other.

00:05:38 - 00:05:40 | Speaker 3:

She's shaking her head. Yeah. I don't think.

00:05:41 - 00:05:43 | Speaker 1:

No. Jay, what did you have for dinner last night?

00:05:44 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 4:

Hi, I'm Jay. I had two one-pound tacos last night. Oh, my God.

00:05:50 - 00:05:52 | Speaker 3:

Where are you getting a one-pound taco?

00:05:52 - 00:05:59 | Speaker 2:

Jealous. So we just make a ton of taco meat, and I just love tacos.

00:05:59 - 00:05:59 | Speaker 3:

Wow.

00:06:01 - 00:06:01 | Speaker 1:

You know what?

00:06:02 - 00:06:03 | Speaker 3:

I'm always down for tacos.

00:06:03 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 1:

That's healthy, buddy. That is a healthy meal right there. One pound taco sounds great. It's Taco Tuesdays today for me. What's up, Callie?

00:06:12 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 4:

Hi. I had, let me just say, I love you guys.

00:06:16 - 00:06:17 | Speaker 1:

Oh, we love you, too.

00:06:17 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 4:

We love you, too. Um, I had a chicken bacon mozzarella burger, a plate of macaroni, and three crepes.

00:06:25 - 00:06:27 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God. Wow. That's a feast.

00:06:28 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 3:

Honestly, that's pretty impressive. You know what they call that?

00:06:30 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 1:

They call that a smorgasbord. That's what you had right there.

00:06:34 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 3:

I'm not going to correct you again.

00:06:36 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 1:

It's a smorgasbord. I'm telling you.

00:06:38 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:06:39 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 5:

There's a D at the end. I just need a chef. Yes. Muppets.

00:06:43 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 1:

So good, Callie. Callie, how are you feeling this morning? By the way, wait until you go poop. It's going to be the most amazing poop ever.

00:06:49 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 5:

I'm feeling good, actually.

00:06:52 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 1:

Call us later and tell us.

00:06:54 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 4:

That was the most amazing poop ever. I know.

00:06:57 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 1:

Lindsay, what did you have?

00:07:00 - 00:07:01 | Speaker 4:

I had a pepperoni.

00:07:02 - 00:07:03 | Speaker 2:

That's it, a pepperoni.

00:07:03 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 4:

Wine and pepperoni. That is it.

00:07:05 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 2:

Like on a diet? Like just a big log of meat?

00:07:10 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 4:

I'm not, but I feel great. I didn't have a lot. I didn't work so late.

00:07:15 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 5:

What are you going to do?

00:07:16 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's funny because later this hour, I'm going to talk about my drunk purchase, my drunk Instagram that I did yesterday. But pepperoni was part of my purchase. I had pepperoni in that purchase.

00:07:29 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 3:

So I do love waking up in the morning and I'm like, oh, I didn't really eat that big of a dinner. I'm going to go all out for breakfast because my stomach is so empty.

00:07:37 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 1:

I couldn't believe Saturday because we really didn't eat. We had like one quick meal or whatever, you know, because we were so busy. But I weighed myself on Sunday morning I was down three and a half pounds

00:07:49 - 00:07:50 | Speaker 3:

Really?

00:07:50 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 1:

So yesterday I went to a listener's house And we had three and a half pounds of tacos I'll go along with the burritos I'm still thinking of that guy By the way, he's made me envious

00:08:01 - 00:08:04 | Speaker 2:

How do you even fit a pound of things into one taco?

00:08:04 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 1:

That's the thing Well, he did it in a burrito That's even worse Because you can't ever keep the burrito The flour shell

00:08:12 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 3:

That's probably what? Like a Chipotle, what do you think a Chipotle burrito is?

00:08:16 - 00:08:22 | Speaker 1:

They're not. Half a pound? No, they're less than that. Maybe two of those. Don't you think that's a pound? Like a quarter or something? Of meat, though? Yeah.

00:08:22 - 00:08:28 | Speaker 3:

If you're putting, because when you cook it, you're cooking some of it out.

00:08:28 - 00:08:29 | Speaker 1:

I don't know.

00:08:29 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 3:

I don't think it's as hard to do as you think.

00:08:33 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 1:

I think that's a lot. You're talking about the guy had two of them. He had six pounds of meat. That's a lot of meat.

00:08:38 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:08:39 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 1:

Don't you think? I remind you. Six pounds.

00:08:41 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 3:

Where'd you get one pound and one pound equals six?

00:08:43 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 1:

No, he had three and a half pound, two three and a half pound burritos.

00:08:46 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I thought he said he had one pound.

00:08:49 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 1:

No, I thought he said three and a half pounds. I don't know, I'm getting confused. It was a smorgasbord. It was a smorgasbord of stuff, yes. What did you have, Carissa?

00:08:57 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 4:

I had a Hot Pocket and pickles.

00:09:00 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 2:

Wow. It's time for a pregnancy test. That sounds like a craving meal right there.

00:09:06 - 00:09:09 | Speaker 4:

Beauty day. Yeah. I didn't get home until 8 p.m.

00:09:09 - 00:09:10 | Speaker 1:

See that?

00:09:10 - 00:09:12 | Speaker 2:

So it's just whatever was in the fridge and freezer.

00:09:12 - 00:09:17 | Speaker 1:

Was the pickle because you had to wait For the hot pocket to not be so damn hot

00:09:17 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 4:

No I bought new pickles From freaking pickles at the women's expo

00:09:23 - 00:09:31 | Speaker 2:

Oh that sounds good They're really good A little small business Nobody ever buys new pickles There's just always that jar of pickles That have been in the fridge for three years

00:09:31 - 00:09:45 | Speaker 1:

I told Chelsea I said That I'm trying to be healthy So I eat these pickles every single night Or I was doing this And they're butter pickles And Chelsea showed me the sugar contents and butter pickles. Have you ever had butter pickles before?

00:09:45 - 00:09:48 | Speaker 3:

Those are Smith's favorite. He eats them with a fork out of the jar.

00:09:48 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 1:

I think I seriously have to check my blood sugar because I probably have the worst blood sugar right now. But I thought they were.

00:10:00 - 00:10:01 | Speaker 2:

healthy for the longest time and she's like

00:10:01 - 00:10:03 | Speaker 6:

you thought something with butter in the name was

00:10:03 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 2:

healthy well because I didn't think that they put butter in it but I just it just tasted like butter I don't know

00:10:09 - 00:10:13 | Speaker 4:
