I don't think they knew what to diagnose it in the past. But also, I think allergies are more severe. I mean, I would love to do more studies on the additives and preservatives and things we put in our food that change the makeup of how our body processes foods. But I'll tell you one that's the weirdest one I ever heard. I was talking to my friend who's a trainer. And one of her clients said she wasn't coming to class anymore because she was allergic to exercise. I laughed so hard. I said, oh, me too. I'm allergic to exercise too. That's why I can't go to the gym. We Googled it, and it's a thing. There is an actual term for it, and it's if you get— Like if your heart rate gets higher. As soon as your heart rate gets up, they start to get flush and then break out in hives, and there's a whole medical name for it, and those people have to be really calm, and they can't really—I don't know what they do if they're chased by a bear. I guess it's the lesser of the evils. Right.
