mojo in the morning good to have you guys on the show i love this um tell me you're a mom without telling me you're a mom

00:01:40 - 00:02:34 | Speaker 4:

i was shopping with one of my girlfriends and uh she was we were returning a bunch of stuff so I was with her standing at the cash register And she's like super Discombobulated and frazzled And trying to figure out where the receipt is For these pants that she needs to return And she's like I swear I put them in my coat pocket So she reaches into her coat pocket And instead of pulling out a receipt She pulls out A little boy's Pair of boxer briefs That are Superman And just put those on the On the cash register counter She's like, this is my life now. Why is there underwear in her coat pocket? I don't know. I think the same thing has happened to me before. So, yeah, every mom's like, oh, yeah, I've been there. Done that. That's funny. Just the random crap you have in pockets, right? Yeah.

00:02:34 - 00:02:45 | Speaker 2:

All the time. I'm amazed at what women carry in their purse, in their pockets. Like, when you have kids, you just have to have everything with you.

00:02:45 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Can we open it up? Because I think this could be fun.

00:02:49 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 4:

Can we open your purse?

00:02:50 - 00:03:15 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, can we open? No, and yes, I do want to. Can you call us up and tell us the three strangest things that you have in your purse with you right now? What are the three things that you have in your purse that would make people go, okay, all right, whatever. Because I love the meme with your friend of telling me you're a mom without telling me you're a mom. I mean, when you pull out a pair of little kids' underwear.

00:03:15 - 00:03:19 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, you're in the thick of momhood. You know you are.

00:03:19 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 6:

But like Spike said, purses are definitely meant for that. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. You know what I always say? Mom's purses are like the junk drawer that you have in your house.

00:03:32 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 4:

It is totally. Look at this thing. It's like a diaper bag just filled with crap. I don't understand.

00:03:38 - 00:04:30 | Speaker 6:

You just throw everything in the thing, and then you don't know exactly what it is. I have to tell you the funniest thing was we did a lot of like cleaning up around the house and, you know, kind of like organizing and things. The junk drawer was the greatest find of things that like I'm going to tell you this. There were remote controls inside this thing that I didn't even know what they were for. Like that's how long ago these remote controls were, you know, used. And then there were, like, I don't know, like, computer things that were there, like, that I don't even think that they make anymore. I could have sold this stuff on a vintage site. You know what I mean? Like, some of the things. And, oh, my God, I got to take a picture of this thing. Chelsea has the first iPhone that was ever made. Wow. She got the first one, and we plugged it in, and the frickin' thing fired up.

00:04:30 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 4:

Dude, can I tell you something? I did a dirty story about this. I think you might have been out. Those are worth a ton of money right now Like the original iPhones and iPods Because people want the They want the vintage So some of them are selling for upwards of I'm not joking, $40,000

00:04:46 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 6:

On eBay Here's the wildest thing She went on that thing and found a contact number Of a friend that she hasn't lost their number For the longest time That's how long it's been since she had that number Savannah, three crazy I don't know. things that are in your purse right now share with us i always have a backup pair of underwear same then i have eyebrow shavers because my eyebrows grow really fast and i notice them i can fix them on my way i have peanuts in there in case i get hungry i have jerky also in there in case

00:05:20 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 4:

oh my gosh we have very similar things in ours i always keep underwear with me I always have Chomps, which are like Slim Jims, essentially, in there. Snacks galore. Yeah, I mean, it's just, it's like Mary Poppins bag.

00:05:35 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 10:

Do you ever have car keys that are not from a car that you own? It was a car that you previously had?

00:05:42 - 00:05:47 | Speaker 6:

I have two sets of Jeep keys that I sold and my old car keys.

00:05:47 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 10:

Chelsea and I have a set of car keys at our house for a Buick. We have never owned a Buick before.

00:05:53 - 00:05:54 | Speaker 4:

Are you serious?

00:05:54 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 10:

Where did that thing come from?

00:05:56 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 4:

Are you guys having key parties?

00:05:57 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 10:

I don't know. We think that maybe a friend actually, we think that maybe a friend, you know, brought it. By the way, what is a key party?

00:06:05 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 9:

Well, ask Reese. He goes to those pineapple hotels. Is that what it is?

00:06:08 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 10:

Is it kinky? Drop them in, do a little wife swapping. Oh, wow. Okay. Shania, hi. What do you have in your purse?

00:06:17 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 8:

Okay, so it's not necessarily my purse, but me and my daughter, I was going on a trip with my boyfriend, and it was our first time going to be alone so we know what we were going to do and um we me and my daughter have like she has a mini version of my suitcase like a small travel size bag of my suitcase yeah so when my baby sitter popped the trunk and pulled her pulled her stuff out i get to the hotel room i get in the shower i get out open my bag and lo and behold it's a bunch of baby stuff in there there's her bag and she has my bag

00:06:47 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 10:

I was like, we got to go.

00:06:52 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 8:

We got to go get that bag. Because my bag has all types of horrible things in it. Like what?

00:06:58 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 10:

Like what, Shania? Tell us.

00:06:59 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 8:

It was my first time being with him. Well, our first time being alone together. It was a romantic night.

00:07:07 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 9:

You're going to pull out all the tricks and tools.

00:07:11 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 8:

My daughter had the bag.

00:07:13 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 10:

00:07:20 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 7:

A corkscrew.

00:07:21 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 10:

A corkscrew. Yeah, that's essential.

00:07:23 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 7:

Oh, let's be best friends, please. I've been at so many parties that people bring a bottle of wine, and they're like, oh, crap, we don't have a corkscrew. And I always have a corkscrew in my purse. Genius.

00:07:34 - 00:07:38 | Speaker 10:

No, so, you know, I'm going to represent the dad, and I got my jacket, right? So one thing, I got a handkerchief, and that tells me I am turning into my dad, right? Because he always carried a handkerchief on me, and now I'm always carrying a handkerchief on me. Two, a little pair of socks, because I was in the service, and, you know, in case his feet, you know, get wet or something. He's always running around. Got to always have a special pair of socks. And there's three, just sunglasses. I have sunglasses.

00:08:12 - 00:08:13 | Speaker 10:
