All right, it is the Mojo in the Morning show. I want you to explain this topic to me because the title is great. Dominant or Submissive?

00:02:30 - 00:02:31 | Speaker 8:

Oh, you're talking to me.

00:02:31 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, but I want you to explain where your vision is on this next topic.

00:02:38 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 8:

I'm trying to understand because I was having a conversation with a friend of mine that's a teacher. She's a high school teacher, and she teaches many grades, but her focus is the senior class. So she's dealing with children who are about to graduate. So these are the adults of the school. And every day for her job, she's in a dominant position. She is looked at as the leader. She is the person that's running the classroom. She's a dominant position. And this is eight hours a day, ten hours a day. She's working overtime and all that kind of stuff. and a conversation came up well if you're looked at as this dominant figure in your everyday life for the majority of your time when you come home are you able to be submissive or do you prefer to be submissive and she's like hell yeah i want my man to be the dominant figure when i come home and i want to rip off that cloak of dominance and i want to be submissive when i go home and i was like this kind of like is this like all women type of thing for women who are in these situations And I know, you know, we know a couple of judges, like, that's a dominant position. Women who are police, that's a dominant position. When you come home, or do you prefer a man that is submissive to you? Because that could be a thing for some women. So.

00:03:50 - 00:03:58 | Speaker 5:

Are you talking about in the bedroom or just overall at home? I think it's starting to be a room. I didn't know if you wanted specific.

00:03:58 - 00:04:34 | Speaker 7:

So you're talking, so you're talking if a person is, you know, like Colleen, our boss. Shout out Colleen the Queen. Colleen Grant, who's the boss here. if she goes from you know here all day she has to be the person that's the decision maker the person that you know has to tell people you know if they're doing something right or possibly doing something wrong the president and then when she goes home does she go home and become the boss at home or does she allow matt her husband to do the you know yeah like i

00:04:34 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 5:

i think it would be hard in like in colleen's case or for anybody especially as a female to come home and like not have that like i feel like that's just innate that's in you that you are

00:04:46 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 7:

really the boss i would think that i would be exhausted with that because i go home when i go home because running the show and stuff and having to make decisions on where what direction we're going and doing all this stuff i go home i'm like chelsea please man i I just want to tell you.

00:05:00 - 00:05:02 | Speaker 2:

You know, like I, I don't like, I don't pay our bills.

00:05:03 - 00:05:08 | Speaker 1:

It'd be hard for people to like not listen to me. Like they do at work or, you know, but I don't like,

00:05:08 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 2:

I don't pay our bills or anything like that. Or I don't do like, like, like Chelsea makes decisions on things breaking in the house. She takes care of that stuff because by the time I come home, I'm like toast, man.

00:05:18 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 3:

Now, was it always like that? Or did you have to graduate to that point?

00:05:21 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 2:

I had bill collectors calling me because I'd get home. I'd be so exhausted. The last thing in the world I wanted to do is sit down and have to make more decisions.

00:05:30 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 3:

See, it's sometimes where I'm on the air and I'm energetic because that's who I am naturally and that's the job where when I leave out of this place, sometimes my energy is as aggressive as I am when I'm on air. Really? And then I have to, like, all of a sudden, like, my brain will flip like, wait a second, like, you're doing too much right now.

00:05:46 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 2:

Haven't you ever wondered if he in the bedroom, like, sits there and, you know, does, you know, he always said that, he goes, shout out, oh my God, yeah, like, does he do that in the bedroom? You ever wonder that? I wonder that. oh my god like i want you you gotta relax no i don't be wondering about what i'm doing i don't tell people shout out do you do this is the mojo in the morning show but i want like i wonder it's wild to see you ever see your school teacher at like the grocery store or at the mall like on the weekends and you wonder if your school teacher on the like lives a normal life like that's kind of like the thing like do people have different lives for different times megan what's going on it's mojo in the morning

00:06:30 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 5:

hey how are you guys good morning how you doing i'm doing really well this actually rung really true for me because i'm also a teacher and it was it's really hard to go home and be like i don't want to make decisions i don't want to have to especially especially sexually to not have to like make those decisions when you have to make decisions all day long it's it's it's

00:06:56 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 2:

really it's really hard do you have a chalkboard in your kitchen or or now they don't have chalkboards they have now have the smart board smart boards yeah do you do you have do you tell your your spouse and your kids you know all right guys it's lunchtime sit down like you do that whole thing or do you go i'm done with that because i've been doing it all day no absolutely not i sit in my

00:07:19 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 5:

bedroom in my bed and don't talk to anybody yeah so it's so it's interesting i want that alone time

00:07:25 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 2:

you need a break from all that stuff i couldn't imagine being a teacher with young kids and having your kids constantly grabbing at you all day like they do at work at school yeah the problem is your

00:07:35 - 00:08:19 | Speaker 5:

man fell in love with the strength of that woman right that leader woman that's what he likes about you right so he's like attracted to that part of you so when you come home and you're like i'd rather just be submissive I'd rather just you take control it's almost hard for him because he sees you in that role and he's so used to that being your role like just because it's natural right when you're a teacher or a leader it's natural to be a leader or a teacher in every aspect of your life so it's really hard to like turn that control off but when you want it to turn off like for in the bedroom you know you want to be able to be like I don't want to make these decisions and honestly like down to the simple things like dinner I don't want to have to make decisions to have dinner because I had to make decisions all day long whether I'm submissive or dominant

00:08:19 - 00:08:23 | Speaker 1:

I don't ever want to make decisions I always wondered you know how teachers have lesson

00:08:23 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 2:

plans I wonder if they plan out their weeks like at home too like they plan out their weeks in school uh what's up Amy this is a tough one for you Amy because what's going on with you and your

00:08:33 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 4:

husband are both uh dominant workers yeah so it's kind of interesting uh the male versus female version of this because both of us have dominant positions at work but i prefer to be dominant at home and he wants nothing to do with that he'd rather just sit there and me tell him what to do i pay the bills and where the kids need to go just tell me what to do does it ever get exhausting no i don't know what i would do i would lose my mind when i sit my husband's like just sit down

00:09:03 - 00:09:13 | Speaker 2:

i'll take care of it i said no this is what i do hey if you ever go out amy with a bunch of women on a girl's night, do you have to be the person making all the decisions or do the other women

00:09:13 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 4:

do that? Well, it's kind of funny because I'm on a bowling league with all women on Tuesday night. I was just there last night and somehow I ended up being the one in charge of making sure everybody's names are in the computer and getting everybody organized and everybody's

00:09:28 - 00:09:36 | Speaker 2:

raffle tickets. It just happened that way. If a woman on the bowling league steps up and starts doing that, you're like, hey, bitch, that's my job.

00:09:38 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 4:

Actually, it doesn't bother me to have someone else do it. It just comes natural for me to do it. I get it.

00:09:46 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 1:

And that's what I mean. Like, I wonder if it's for a lot of people. It is innate. It is natural that when you go home, that same personality, whether dominant or submissive, just stays.

00:09:56 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:09:56 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 1:

You know.

00:09:57 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 2:

Amanda, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Hi, Amanda.

00:10:00 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 3:

hi good morning good morning what's going on um so i'm an admin so i make decisions for people all day long and so when i get home i am on the couch i would love nothing more than someone to make other make all the decisions for me um i'm single and i think like the most attractive thing in a man is if they're like hey i made dinner plans amazing no i agree with that yeah that's

00:10:24 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 8:

That's interesting.

00:10:26 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 12:

That is a very attractive aspect to a man's personality is decisiveness.

00:10:30 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, just when you're talking to people all day, sometimes you're just like, I want to go home. I want to shut down. Someone else is going to do things for me. And it's just, it's the best.

00:10:38 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 12:

Being single is such a catch-22 because you get to always do what you want to do. Like, you don't have to be like, I hope they're okay with this. But at the same time, sometimes I just wish somebody else would set everything up.

00:10:48 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 8:

Yeah. It makes you feel like you're being taken care of a little bit. And it's kind of nice.

00:10:53 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Yep.

00:10:53 - 00:10:54 | Speaker 8:

Carissa, what's up?

00:10:56 - 00:11:17 | Speaker 4:

Hey, so I'm calling in because I definitely have, like, a dominant position in work, and I kind of transfer that over to home. But I will say, like, mentally it's exhausting, and I wish I had, like, the willpower to let some of it go to be more submissive, and it has impacted my relationship, sadly.

00:11:18 - 00:11:25 | Speaker 8:

Interesting. so it it is something that you maybe need to have a conversation with whoever you're in a relationship

00:11:25 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 4:

with about correct yes and i've told my husband i feel like i'm the man of the house and i don't

00:11:30 - 00:11:51 | Speaker 8:

want to be anymore so i mean that yeah well that's caused problems for chelsea and i in ours because of i she always is the one that has to be that way and she gets pissed especially with some things with the kids with hey you got to be they're going to listen to you as a dad more so than and they'll listen to me as the mom, you know? And you guys step up. And then you know what happens?

00:11:51 - 00:11:51 | Speaker 3:

And it's attractive.

00:11:52 - 00:11:56 | Speaker 8:

You know what happens, Carissa? That's when I pull out the... Yeah.

00:11:57 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 4:

And then she's like, yeah, let's go to the bedroom. No.

00:12:00 - 00:12:04 | Speaker 8:

She's like, why are you carrying around an Indiana Jones whip around here?

00:12:06 - 00:12:07 | Speaker 4:

Oh, Mojo. I know.

00:12:08 - 00:12:08 | Unknown:

I know.

00:12:08 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 8:

Just trying to make a joke.

00:12:10 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 4:

I love it.

00:12:11 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 8:

I try to see if I can make Megan laugh. If I can make Megan laugh, I know it's good, but I didn't. so again later yeah it's like a magic eight ball i'm gonna be i'm gonna be submissive right now

00:12:22 - 00:12:50 | Speaker 5:

00:13:40 - 00:13:54 | Speaker 1:

Daniel, this tournament has been magical so far. There's so much to love, and I can hardly believe the drama that the group stage brought us. And now it's time for us to talk about the teams that are left as the field is whittled down to one World Cup champion on July 19th.

00:14:12 - 00:14:16 | Speaker 11:

It's easy to laugh at the meme, but have you ever wondered about the human behind the headline?

Hey, I'm Frankie P.

00:14:18 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 11:
