That's the first song after their first dance and the father of the bride looked at me and goes, you give love a bad name is going to be this and he fired me so that was it so i decided the radio thing was going to be my thing but mike you guys are great you're great in the community you care about the community and you guys without even us coming to ask you heard our breaking entering christmas wish program and we're so touched by it that you decided that you wanted to make a donation and i know that this is the wildest part usually people make donations for reasons sometimes the reason is some do it for publicity many do it because they hear one that really touched their hearts these guys with the amount of money that they did they really touched their hearts because they did not want the publicity they did not want this whole thing how much money are you guys donating um do you want to say no do we do i have to do you want to only have to say you don't i don't i would could i say can i say this it's the largest donation that we've received

this year for breaking down are you kidding me what an incredible guy can i tell everybody no you don't want to say it's not about the money i actually didn't just to give a quick uh backstory I didn't want to do this and Andy said Mike sit back listen to a couple of these videos because I didn't know how well you guys did this whole program and when you would sit back and listen it really would touch your heart where it's like you think you have it bad take a step back other people have you know bigger issues and things that they're struggling to accomplish and it's like let's donate let's help out and but you don't understand and I'm not going to say how much because I'm going to keep it personal

a family basically because you got these new you know the kids i'm going to tell you as a dad that's got kids that are raised every year you become softer and softer because you see it through the eyes of your kids obviously christmas is fun with you right the kids some matter of fact i bet your three-year-old still loves just the paper and playing with the boxes and stuff like that when you see your kids joy on that christmas day is the greatest feeling in the world and then when you hear that there are some families that will not be able to do that it breaks your heart knowing that you like I think this all the time why am I blessed to be able to do this but this other person that has done everything right doesn't have the ability to do the same thing that I do it doesn't make any sense can't agree more and you guys are going to make it possible for many of those people to have the same Christmas that your children are gonna have yes it's a pretty special moment and I appreciate you so much for what you're doing thank you our pleasure swift home loans yeah question for you yeah i hear all this stuff all the time i haven't bought a house in a while i want to sell my house i said to my wife last night i go on to sell my house she goes where are we going to move there's nothing not for sale out there are things getting better is the market going to get a little are we going to see maybe the interest rates coming down
