I am a sample. Long before I'm measured. Long before I'm named. Each piece of me has a message. A nuanced role. When you look beyond the average, when you see where I belong, you see why I behave the way I do. When you start looking at my details, when you include my context, I start telling you the truth. I always had a story. You just needed a way to hear it.

00:01:56 - 00:02:00 | Speaker 3:

Every sample has a story. Learn more at 10xgenomics.com.

00:02:03 - 00:02:25 | Speaker 6:

Mojo in the morning show. All right, so Shannon's going to tell this story, but before you do, I want to solicit for this. I want you to tell us by, like, a word what it is that you do for a living. And Shannon, say the word of what it is that you're going to talk about here right now.

00:02:25 - 00:02:26 | Speaker 4:

Well, it's more of a phrase.

00:02:26 - 00:02:27 | Speaker 6:

A phrase.

00:02:28 - 00:02:30 | Speaker 4:

I look at vaginas all day.

00:02:30 - 00:02:36 | Speaker 6:

Okay. All right. We got to try to guess where Shannon was yesterday. I'm assuming Dr. Warner's office.

00:02:36 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 4:

That is not the correct answer.

00:02:38 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 6:

Okay. What is it that you do based on a phrase or the word? And we'll have to try to guess it. So what's the story?

00:02:45 - 00:03:31 | Speaker 4:

So I had to go to a place I talk about all of the time, by the way, Muse Med Spots in Troy. It's in the Detroit area because I was getting a little laser hair removal done. And I was getting a bunch of areas touched up. So I get my legs lasered. Oh, amazing. Have you had that done? Oh, no. Legs are the only thing I have not had lasered on my body. Okay. Saves you from shaving. And I also was doing my Christmas, my bikini area. So, which is like really, I've had this done many times over the years. Again, this was just a touch-up, but it's still, it never gets less awkward of, you know, and shout out to Rhonda who did it for me, but you have to like sit there and spread your legs and they're like all up in there. How long does that process take? Under 10 minutes. It's pretty quick.

00:03:31 - 00:03:36 | Speaker 2:

Do you just go in every once in a while and get the full blast done or do you do it once and then you do touch-ups?

00:03:36 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 4:

I do a touch-up like every other year maybe. Oh, that's not the full blast.

00:03:40 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 2:

Ass or full ass?

00:03:42 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 4:

You get the whole thing.

00:03:44 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 2:

I didn't know if you have to get the whole thing done all over every once in a while. However you want it.

00:03:48 - 00:04:19 | Speaker 4:

You do however you want it. So she's like all up there. And I think I apologize for the whole 10 minutes. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Because it's just. But that's her job. Right. And that's what she said. She goes, Shannon, I look at vaginas all day. It is not a big deal. And I thought that's so funny if somebody ever asked her what she did. And she didn't say, like, I, you know, I work at Muse Med Spa. I do laser hair removal. If her answer was simply, I look at vaginas all day, that is her literal job description.

00:04:19 - 00:04:25 | Speaker 6:

Would you know what she does for a living based on what she says her description is?

00:04:25 - 00:04:25 | Speaker 4:

Right.

00:04:26 - 00:04:31 | Speaker 6:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number.

00:04:31 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 4:

By the way, while we're waiting for calls, I had Lucy with me yesterday for this appointment. and so now Muse has this like cute little waiting area and then they take you back you know to the various treatment rooms based on what you're getting done and she had like a little test that she was studying for so I said sit here mom it's only going to be 10 minutes and I'll be right back out and I said if you get really scared you can come back well of course I didn't think she'd come back she comes back as my legs are spread and this lady is like all up and high.

00:05:00 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 5:

my Christmas, and she's like, what are you doing? So I had to explain to my almost nine-year-olds what I was doing, which was really interesting.

00:05:11 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. How did she take that? Was she traumatized? She wasn't.

00:05:14 - 00:05:23 | Speaker 5:

I mean, she sees me naked. We're both girls, but her question was, do I have to do that too someday? Oh, no. And I said, only if you want to.

00:05:23 - 00:05:33 | Speaker 2:

All right, Mojo in the Morning. So tell us the phrase, and And we have to guess what you do. Nicole, what's the phrase?

00:05:34 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 3:

I capture people.

00:05:36 - 00:05:42 | Speaker 2:

I capture people. Oh, I know this one. You are a police officer.

00:05:43 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 1:

I'm not. Photographer. I am a photographer. Oh.

00:05:47 - 00:05:51 | Speaker 5:

I was going to say you're a parapro at a school and you run after little kids.

00:05:52 - 00:05:55 | Speaker 1:

Or I shoot people, you could say, too.

00:05:55 - 00:06:04 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh, yes. Thank you for the call. What's going on, Casey? Hi, guys. How are you? Good. We're good. What do you do, Casey?

00:06:46 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

00:06:52 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 2:

00:07:27 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 3:
