If your salsa is basically tomato paste, like if your salsa could go on a pasta and kind of, you know, if you heated it up a little bit, it would be okay. It's not salsa, right? It's just not good enough to call itself salsa. And then there are those places that have, like, in the Detroit area, I love jalapenos. That's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. If every Mexican restaurant, you know, kind of, like, played up to jalapenos level, it would be okay. The world would be a better place. And then for you, Megan, you took me to a Mexican restaurant in Toledo that was basically a Mexican, you know, when you know Mexican food is good? When the restaurant is in the back of a grocery store, a Mexican grocery store.
