Megan, thank you, by the way, for doing that, Megan. Megan, do I have to sign something, Megan? All right, bring it over. The next round's on me. Megan, so wait a second. So tell me about the birthday gift, Megan.

00:02:15 - 00:02:35 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my. Okay, so I'm better than my brother in every single way possible, Well, and I think you guys are going to love this because I totally upstaged my brother yesterday. And it all had to do with his, are we calling her girlfriend? Yes, she is what she is. Sure, yeah. We're calling her the girlfriend at this point. She's been around long enough. We should include her in the family.

00:02:35 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 3:

Oh, especially if we like her, you know. We've got to keep her around.

00:02:38 - 00:04:16 | Speaker 5:

It's gross how much I love her. Well, remember like a week ago, Mojo was giving away tickets to see Adam Sandler, and he's like, what day is that? And I was like, August 17th. And I was like, oh, no, I shouldn't have known that right off the top of my head. Well, I did, because the day before, I had bought tickets to go see Adam Sandler at LCA. And it is because my brother's girlfriend is his number one fan. Like, I don't care how much you think you're a fan of Adam Sandler. She will literally push you in front of a bus to be number one. She's number one fan, right? Well, she's never been to a concert either. So my brother got her tickets to our favorite artist. It's actually going to be in Grand Rapids. So I'm going to talk to you, Mike, to hook that up. So they're going to go out to Grand Rapids. But my brother was like, what did you get her? And I said, I got her tickets to go see Anna Sandler. And his face flushed. And he was like, you got a better gift than me. I was like, I know I did. That is so good. And he straight up was like, can we trade gifts? So it looks like I got her the better gift. And I said, hell no. I want to have the credit. Yeah, the points. Yes. That I thought of a great gift and I did it. So then yesterday was her birthday, which is I can talk about this now. and they went out to like a fun suit dinner and my brother went to give her the gifts and before he left he said i don't know what order to give them to her egg i have no idea what i should be doing should i lead with my gift and then follow up with yours because it's better do i i do yours because you're not with us and then i do mine well it turns out she texted me last night and said while i'm very appreciative for your brother i did only cry at one gift and it wasn't from him So I upstaged my brother with his own girlfriend.

00:04:16 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 4:

Oh, man. That's actually a really good point, because think about this. Think about the reaction on her face if she gets the Adam Sandler ticket, she goes crazy, and then she opens up, what is it, some band or something?

00:04:29 - 00:04:41 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, she's going to go see Modest Mouse. Oh, yeah, yeah. I mean, great band. Yeah, yeah, it's absolutely her favorite. Not as good as Adam Sandler. So she had a rule, she was never going to go to a concert until she saw Modest Mouse first. She wanted it to be her first concert because it's her favorite.

00:04:41 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 4:

Who's Modest Mouth? I don't know.

00:04:42 - 00:04:43 | Speaker 5:

No, Modest Mouse.

00:04:43 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 4:

Who is Modest Mouse?

00:04:46 - 00:04:47 | Speaker 5:

It's a man.

00:04:48 - 00:04:52 | Speaker 4:

Where do they play them? Do they play them on like 89X?

00:04:52 - 00:04:53 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Yes.

00:04:53 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 4:

Okay. Well, all right. I have no idea. So I have no... Adam Sandler I know though.

00:04:58 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:04:58 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 4:

Is she a bigger Adam Sandler?

00:05:00 - 00:05:03 | Speaker 3:

fan than she is modest mother and I might have known that when I got the

00:05:03 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 1:

ticket all right so I'm a bitch so here that was a really that was a really mean thing to do now but I agree with you and not letting him take credit for the Adam Sandler tickets because if you let him take credit for the Adam Sandler tickets

00:05:19 - 00:05:33 | Speaker 3:

what do you do next birthday exactly I'm setting the bar high teach him a lesson I was going to say, this is a lesson to him. He's got to step up his game a little bit. Although, to be fair, his gift was great. His gift was great. I just did better. You still did better.

00:05:33 - 00:05:36 | Speaker 2:

He thought he did amazing, and then you still trumped him.

00:05:36 - 00:05:45 | Speaker 1:

No, you know what it is? Your gift was sizably better. His gift was sentimentally better. Correct. Because it's her first concert.

00:05:45 - 00:05:45 | Speaker 3:

Correct.

00:05:45 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 1:

Girls want size. They don't want sentiment. If girls wanted sentiment, guys like Mike, Spike, and I would have had girlfriends throughout our whole lives.

00:05:53 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 3:

Here's the problem. I forgot that she's, and I love her, and I know she's probably listening right now, and I love you. Don't hate me for saying this. She's a psychopath, and she always wants to dress up for things on theme. And so apparently now we all have to go as characters from Adam Sandler movies. Oh, my God. That is so cute. I love this girl now, too. Wedding Singer all the way. Wedding Singer is great. So we were debating between all the different movies and if we were going to do, like, 50 First Dates, or were we going to do, like, a Big Daddy situation. I want to go with Scuba Steve, I'm not lying. I would love to go with Scuba Steve. If anybody has some scuba gear you want to rent out for the night, I will buy it. I'll ask Miss Lippy from Billy Madison. Oh my god, it would be perfect. Or this could be our milk and I could just carry around milk with me all day. Yes, I would love that.

00:06:38 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 1:

For those that don't know this, Megan's brother and his girlfriend got set up by Megan. This was somebody that Megan knew. And I say this with all affinity. I thought for sure megan's brother was never going to be allowed to ever date anybody because megan didn't want him to be happy that is also correct and so the the idea that he has found this wonderful woman because of me and that you like her are you going to be okay if they get married and then why because i

00:07:11 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 3:

don't think my brother well maybe they will actually if anybody it would probably be her but

00:07:15 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 1:

what if they what if he comes to you because he lives with you right now right unfortunately what But if he comes to you, you say unfortunately, but you love your brother.

00:07:22 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I love him there. If he wasn't there, I would cry.

00:07:24 - 00:07:33 | Speaker 1:

What will you do if he says, listen, third wheel, you know, we're out of here. We're going to, and you got to be by, will you now start hating her then?

00:07:33 - 00:07:36 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. But she knows that. She knows that.

00:07:36 - 00:07:38 | Speaker 1:

So does she have to, like, if she marries your brother, she has to marry you?

00:07:38 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 3:

We had a full discussion the other day because she owns her own home, too. And I said, if you guys really are going to make this serious and there's going to be moving, the only moving I will tolerate is her moving in with me and him moving out to her place I'd much rather spend time with her

00:07:54 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 1:

I keep I keep waiting for drama to come up in this relationship because I am by the way are you eating Dunkin Donuts inside this place how did you get Dunkin Donuts did you door dish it

00:08:05 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 2:

I picked it up at 5 o'clock this morning

00:08:07 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 1:

I was thinking to myself I'm not one for like the bar food on St. Patrick's Day where it's like green eggs and things like that

00:08:16 - 00:08:20 | Speaker 2:

I don't want to eat fried things, and I realize I need to build a base. I'm drinking.

00:08:21 - 00:08:36 | Speaker 1:

All right, here's the topic. Here's the topic right now. Lydia, people who order DoorDash or Grubhub to a restaurant and go to the parking lot, are there any listeners that have ever done that before? Have you ever ordered and had it delivered to a restaurant while you were there eating?

00:08:36 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 2:

I remember it was in my car. It was keeping it cold.

00:08:40 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 1:

Did you have to hide it from the lady at the front door? Because she is, like, mean. You should have seen me.

00:08:46 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 2:

I actually pointed up to the stage. You see that big guy? He doesn't eat every hour. He gets really angry.

00:08:51 - 00:09:10 | Speaker 1:

Pointed to you. I walked in. My favorite was they have high-tech security here, like 60-year-old ladies working the security. And I said, I walk in. She goes, excuse me, you can't go here. You got to go back in the line. I said, I'm Mojo. I'm doing the broadcast. She goes, I don't care who you are. So I had to finally call in.

00:09:10 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 2:

That's funny because I said, I'm going to run out and move my car. Can I come back in here? She goes, I don't give a flip what you do.

00:09:16 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 1:

Maybe that was a few drinks ago or something like that. I don't know. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Look at these text messages. Oh, my God. Megan is such a beautiful sister-in-law.

00:09:28 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 3:

Yep. Sister-in-law. I've always wanted a sister.

00:09:32 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 1:

Another one here. My friends always upstage my boyfriend with gifts for me on my birthday, so I always have to keep it separate and open them at separate times. That would suck. Can you imagine as a guy how much that would suck if you have like her girlfriends that buy her the nicer gifts?

00:09:53 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, you can't afford the gifts. I'm almost worried that I said the bar too high though now. Well then for next year, right? Yeah

00:10:00 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 9:

Yeah. I mean, I shouldn't have said her name. Are you listening? Lower that bar.

00:10:07 - 00:10:11 | Speaker 7:

It's a one-time thing. Alicia, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:10:12 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 8:

Hey, Mojo. So I was just listening to you guys, and I think it's hilarious. I drop off food orders to other restaurants all the time. I drive for Uber and DoorDash.

00:10:21 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 7:

Are they for the people that work at the restaurants, or are they for customers?

00:10:26 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 8:

I've had both. Both happen.

00:10:28 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 7:

That's so funny. I could see where you'd do that. Like, if I could ultimately do that, there's times where I've gone to Coney Island and I'm like, I like their Greek salads, but I want McDonald's French fries with the Greek salad, you know?

00:10:40 - 00:10:49 | Speaker 5:

Exactly, yeah. I'm sure they'll frown on it. You've got to be sneaky. Well, I think it's against, like, food. Yeah, yeah, there probably is a health code violation. Marky, what's up?

00:10:50 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 9:

Hi, happy St. Patrick's Day. Happy St. Patrick's Day, Marky.

00:10:53 - 00:11:12 | Speaker 7:

So we're not going to get in trouble with Spike bringing in his Dunkin' Donuts here or his Dunkin'

00:11:12 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 5:

I feel like it'll be fine. Honestly, that's probably better than a cash tip.

00:11:16 - 00:11:20 | Speaker 9:

You guys can get away with stuff. But you have to bring some for the bartender.

00:11:20 - 00:11:24 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, if you get chicken nuggets for the bartender, she's going to appreciate that even more than a cash tip.

00:11:24 - 00:11:33 | Speaker 6:

See, that's what I'm really most upset about is, yes, you can bring in the Dunkin', that's fine, but you didn't share with anybody else here. I've wanted Starbucks all morning because I'm so used to a Starbucks, and they weren't open.

00:11:33 - 00:11:36 | Speaker 5:

Surprise, Mike, I got you a bacon at Crescent.
