All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. This is actually kind of, in a little ways, funny for me. Not funny for Megan. But Megan had to have a maintenance guy come to her place, her apartment. And she thinks that the maintenance guy did something in her apartment while he was fixing it.

00:02:24 - 00:03:25 | Speaker 7:

Tootied in my apartment while I was at home. He definitely used the toilet for sure. Tootied! And this is like the scariest thing that can happen to you when you come home as a girl that lives alone. Because I walked into my bathroom, which by the way, I totally forgot maintenance was coming in. So to my maintenance man. Sorry. Because my place was a mess. Please don't report me. But I walked into my bathroom and the toilet seat was up. And I went, I think there's been a man here. and then I went is there currently a man here and ran through my entire apartment thinking okay this is how we get murdered there's gonna be a man in the closet and the warning sign was the toilet seat was up but even if you did use my toilet which I'm on the fence about because I get so mad at Shannon when she says people can't use their bathroom I think that's so rude but as soon as it only poop as soon as it happened to me I went oh wait I think I understand but even if you did have to use it even if it was emergency whatever but why are we leaving

00:03:25 - 00:03:31 | Speaker 4:

the seat up put it down he left it wait what was he fixing what was the point of his so they my

00:03:31 - 00:04:07 | Speaker 7:

maintenance people come in every three months now they do this they say to clean out our filters on our um washing machines we have uh in unit washer dryer combos that need to be cleaned out because they're like they don't have a vent system so they have to come in and like clean out all like i don't have a lint tray so they have to come do it okay um and like essentially take it apart and then uh they do all of our air filters what do i really think is happening they're doing apartment checks to make sure we're not destroying the place or yeah because you're not supposed to are you supposed to have animals we can have animals and i i don't even have my dog full

00:04:07 - 00:04:36 | Speaker 4:

time i have her part-time but i pay for her full time so she abides by the rules he does not he But I thought to myself one time when I was having some guys come fix my house and they were there for a period of time, they have had to have used my bathrooms because there's no way that these guys are at my house for that long of a time and not going. But there's a bathroom in the building for him. You know what I mean? How far away, though? Because if I'm working and I got to go, do I got to go on the elevator? Maybe he was working on your toilet, though.

00:04:37 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 7:

Maybe that's just standard. Am I? But he's in every three months, and it's the first time the toilet seat has ever been left out.

00:04:45 - 00:04:56 | Speaker 4:

What would you do if you came? By the way, we should do the topic here. What did you find your apartment maintenance guy doing in your apartment? Because I want to know if there are any apartment maintenance guys that have ever gone into somebody's apartment and, like, started.

00:04:56 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 2:

Sniffed panties. Well, I wasn't going to go there yet.

00:04:58 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 4:

I was going to start with, like. Take a nap, watch TV, sniffing panties, which is going to be my third option on that list. Survey says.

00:05:07 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 5:

Seriously, though. If you touch anything, first you have to survey the area and make sure you have a photographic memory to replace everything back to the way it was before you touched it. If that toilet seat wasn't up, you can't leave it up.

00:05:21 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 3:

Correct. There was one time I stayed the night at Mojo's house. I took a picture of the bed so that in the morning I could remake it the same way.

00:05:26 - 00:05:27 | Speaker 5:

I remember that.

00:05:29 - 00:05:29 | Unknown:

Perfect.

00:05:30 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 3:

It looked so nice. I was like, ah, dang, I'm not going to remember.

00:05:34 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 4:

844 Mojo Live, 844-665-6548. I remember Joe, my son, he lives in an apartment in Tampa, and I remember him saying that he came home and the guy actually had eaten his lunch in his apartment because he had left behind all the garbage in the garbage can. And he was like looking and going, what's going on? He looks in the garbage can and saw the guy's lunch. so the guy obviously threw his lunch away after he ate his lunch in there and I said to Joey, did you go inside and look at it and he said no, he had like a sandwich bag with like breadcrumbs from the sandwich and he had an empty bag of like Fritos

00:06:09 - 00:06:18 | Speaker 3:

well how embarrassing was this, there was a beer on top of my bathroom trash, so if he opened up the trash can, he was like, oh she got a problem but it was a shower beer it was a shower beer

00:06:18 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 4:

you have shower beers?

00:06:20 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 3:

it was a shower sour actually you've never drank in the shower? yeah, you never do

00:06:25 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 4:

Um, no. Are we sad? No.

00:06:29 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 3:

I think we're living a great life. I was alone, but I promise it was just one doctor.

00:06:37 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 4:

586 says, I live in an apartment in Macomb and had a maintenance guy come into my bathroom and leave and not flush. That would not be a good thing.

00:06:48 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 3:

See what I mean? But I'm a girl. Put the toilet seat down.

00:06:53 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 4:

no. 313 says maybe they were just checking your plumbing to make sure that it was working and didn't put the toilet back down.

00:07:01 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 3:

And you have a squatty potty. I wonder if they use the squatty potty. Could you imagine if a stranger came in your bedroom and used your squatty potty?

00:07:10 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 4:

That would actually be fun. Do you leave it for guests? Like if you have like people over? No, because I do think it's

00:07:15 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 3:

weird. I think out of, it's only ever accidentally I think been out once when you over Shannon. I usually try to put it in the closet in my bathroom. Because I do think it's weird that I'm usually pooping when I'm talking about it. You know what I mean?

00:07:29 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 5:

Girls make things so much better.

00:07:31 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 3:

They do! I am so pro-squatty potty. It's not even funny. Oh, he's just in the way. Wes, he has one. Hey, Sarah, what's up?

00:07:37 - 00:07:38 | Speaker 4:

It's Mojo in the morning. Hi.

00:07:39 - 00:07:40 | Speaker 2:

Good morning. How are you?

00:07:41 - 00:07:44 | Speaker 4:

Fantastic. Did you have a maintenance guy go do some stuff in your place?

00:07:46 - 00:07:57 | Speaker 2:

I did. I did. I'm a lot older now, but years ago I used to dance. They knew it. And, yeah, he had rifled through my underwear drawer, for real.

00:07:57 - 00:08:02 | Speaker 4:

Exactly what Shannon was saying. So, wait a second. So, you were a dancer at, what, one of the clubs here in town?

00:08:03 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 2:

No, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and in Windsor, Ontario, but yes.

00:08:07 - 00:08:08 | Speaker 4:

Okay. Wow, okay.

00:08:08 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 2:

And how did you know that that's what they did? Because I had a certain way I set things up in my underwear drawer. Like, I had, like, two strings on one side, you know. Okay. Other pinnies on the other side. Okay, so. And I knew where I always put my other toys. And, yeah, no, it was totally rifled through.

00:08:26 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 4:

Wow. Hey, quick question. I wanted to ask you this. Like, you know how some people have, like, their work clothes, and they probably put their work clothes in different drawers than they put their, you know, stay-at-home clothes? Did you have your work attire that you would wear to the strip club in certain drawers?

00:08:43 - 00:09:01 | Speaker 2:

Well, I always wore fancy panties for the most part. But I had so many undergarments and outfits that I couldn't always carry them with me. I had a bag that I carried. But, I mean, like, I'd switch everything out. So I had places in my apartment hung up or in other drawers. So, yeah, I mean, there was stripper gear everywhere.

00:09:01 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 3:

Wait, you had fancy underwear every day?

00:09:05 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, if I even wore them.

00:09:08 - 00:09:13 | Speaker 5:

And then just for research purposes, what was your dancer name? What did you go by?

00:09:14 - 00:09:15 | Speaker 2:

Dallas.

00:09:15 - 00:09:18 | Speaker 4:

Dallas. What a great name. That was perfect.

00:09:18 - 00:09:20 | Speaker 2:

It was. Big, hot, and beautiful. That's the way I thought of it.

00:09:21 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 4:

Thank you for the call. I appreciate you, Sarah Dallas. Jessica, we're talking about the maintenance man. Megan thinks he was going duty in her bathroom. What did the maintenance man do? Jessica?

00:09:36 - 00:09:37 | Speaker 1:

Oh, hi.

00:09:38 - 00:09:38 | Unknown:

Hi.

00:09:38 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so it really wasn't like a maintenance type of thing in an apartment, But in my grandmother's home, there was a guy who was working on her TV, and he went to go use her bathroom. And we noticed the next day that he was the only one in there other than family. He stole her ginormous, expensive, very heavy rug, and we think somehow he took it out of the house.

00:10:00 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 6:

And we still don't know what happened. We searched local garbages. We're wondering if maybe he had an accident.

00:10:06 - 00:10:10 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. He had an accident on the rug, you think, and took the rug with him?

00:10:11 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 6:

We don't know.

00:10:12 - 00:10:15 | Speaker 2:

That would even be better. That's crazy.

00:10:15 - 00:10:20 | Speaker 6:

You know, like, you had a big truck, and you just took it away with him. Like, where else would it go?

00:10:20 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 2:

That's insane.

00:10:21 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 6:

You can hide it. It's huge. It's so heavy.

00:10:24 - 00:10:44 | Speaker 2:

The guy goes into the, oh, crap, craps his pants on the rug and takes the rug with him. the evidence uh linda what's happening it's mojo in the morning how are you i'm doing good how about you good shannon was dead on with what she said because we're talking about the maintenance people doing things in your place what did the maintenance guy do so first of all first time

00:10:44 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 5:

yep so it was about six months ago every three months we have like a sort of like a little inspection so i went and when i went to my room i found my underwear underwear drawer open yeah i'm like okay i know i didn't do that so i said okay whatever so the next time when he had came i decided to put a camera in there that's what what he was going through my underwear oh he was did he take anything she says guess what no look he picked a pair up and just started looking at him like up close yeah did he sniff sniff on the bed looking at him like what the hell are you doing

00:11:31 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 2:

oh my gosh wait he sat on your bed while looking at your underwear yeah that's a bigger offense

00:11:38 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 4:

to me by the way that he sat on your bed and messed up my bed yeah you know and i i was at

00:11:45 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 5:

work and my camera went off and I went home and then he was out of the apartment by then but I called the owner I did press charges on against him because that was so disgusting yeah

00:11:58 - 00:12:03 | Speaker 2:

that's scary that by the way having cameras is a good thing actually Alyssa you think Megan

00:12:03 - 00:12:24 | Speaker 6:

should have cameras in her apartment huh Alyssa yeah and I like that last caller said that's what i do i've never caught anybody doing anything but you have the cameras and then you can talk through those just like you can on a ring camera yo could you imagine if that last caller was

00:12:24 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 2:

watching live and was like hey get off my bed with my panties here's what's going to happen

00:12:29 - 00:12:39 | Speaker 3:

though i'm going to check that footage and i'm going to see angles of myself that i'm not meant to see and some things are none of my business like the back of my hair and the way i look from

00:12:39 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 2:

the side you know what i mean isn't it funny that the majority of time people don't want cameras because they don't want to see themselves on the cameras. Madison, you guys had money missing, and it was the maintenance man?

00:12:50 - 00:13:01 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I'm a server, and we used to just leave money around our hearts, not like the smartest thing, but, yeah, we used to leave money around, and we had maintenance come in without knowing, and all of our money was missing.

00:13:02 - 00:13:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. That's crazy. Wow, Madison. That's nice. How much money are we talking about?

00:13:08 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 4:

Like a couple hundred dollars.

00:13:09 - 00:13:15 | Speaker 2:

Oh, wow. And what's your address? Samantha, hi. You had a maintenance guy do what?

00:13:16 - 00:13:19 | Speaker 7:

He used to come to my house to eat cookies.

00:13:20 - 00:13:28 | Speaker 2:

Wait a second. To eat cookies. Are you talking like baked cookies? Like how we use that as a phrase? I am.

00:13:29 - 00:13:31 | Speaker 3:

Yours or somebody else's?

00:13:31 - 00:13:34 | Speaker 2:

Mine. Wait a second.

00:13:34 - 00:13:39 | Speaker 3:

I bet your place was so taken care of. There wasn't a crack anywhere, was there?

00:13:41 - 00:13:43 | Speaker 7:

And he used to wash my dishes, too.

00:13:43 - 00:13:44 | Speaker 2:

Wait, wait a second.

00:13:44 - 00:13:45 | Speaker 7:

Is that another?

00:13:45 - 00:13:48 | Speaker 2:

Hold on. The maintenance man would come to your house.

00:13:48 - 00:13:49 | Speaker 7:

Every morning.

00:13:50 - 00:13:51 | Speaker 2:

And he would eat your cookies?

00:13:52 - 00:13:52 | Speaker 7:

Every morning?

00:13:53 - 00:13:57 | Speaker 2:

Yes. So you liked it, though, right? Because that was something fun that he was doing. That's too much.

00:13:58 - 00:14:05 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, for sure. Did you have like an online portal where you had to submit a maintenance request? Or how is he justifying it?

00:14:06 - 00:14:21 | Speaker 7:

No, no. So, and I don't know how he was justifying it because it became a routine until he decided one night when he got drunk and went out that he wanted to stop by. That was not a part of the routine, and so then there was no more cookies for him.

00:14:21 - 00:14:26 | Speaker 3:

Okay, is he still a maintenance man, though? Because my door to my bedroom has been messed up for months.

00:14:29 - 00:14:32 | Speaker 7:

He actually ended up marrying somebody that I know.

00:14:32 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 2:

Really?

00:14:33 - 00:14:35 | Speaker 7:

And I don't think you know that he used to eat my cookies.

00:14:35 - 00:14:53 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. Wow. Oh, Lord. I thought that was great. He used to eat my cookies, and he would do my dishes, too. And you're right, Kevin. I'm thinking that's not a euphemism. I think he was just doing dishes. He was good at just putting them in. Man, that's unbelievable. Well, thank you for the call. I appreciate it.

00:14:54 - 00:14:54 | Speaker 1:

You're welcome.

00:14:55 - 00:15:00 | Speaker 2:

00:16:13 - 00:16:17 | Speaker 3:

It's easy to laugh at the meme, but have you ever wondered about the human behind the headline?

Hey, I'm Frankie P.
