00:02:25 - 00:02:34 | Speaker 7:

I'm going to get to a topic here right now. uh kevin and the embarrassing wife calling her out what's going on man a friend of mine is i feel

00:02:34 - 00:03:33 | Speaker 3:

like she a-hole in this situation for how she's going about it i don't agree with her but it was interesting because i didn't think about it from this perspective she's on a fitness journey and she started to like work out a bit and there's this guy that is a personal trainer that works out a lot of women that go to this same place that they frequent i'll say that and he only works out women and a lot of the women show progress extremely quickly and she's considering joining her hesitation though is that his wife is fat um well i probably should have said it better her wife isn't a part of that workout community and she feels like your wife should be your billboard in a sense that if you are a personal trainer and your target audience is females then why is the number one female in your life not an indicator of how good your services are and she

00:03:33 - 00:04:02 | Speaker 7:

says that that is a bad representation for his business that is a deterrent for her well it's funny i always say this and this this is on the opposite end of spectrum i never will eat food from a skinny chef i don't care how if the guy is skinny or girl is skinny i know they ain't tasting their own food so in this case if the trainer is like a trainer can't cannot nobody's ever seen a a heavy trainer right is there a fat trainer i don't think so i don't know but i think about in

00:04:02 - 00:04:19 | Speaker 2:

this case like the wife could could actually be very physically fit she's just not skinny yep you know what i mean i mean yeah no would you look at football players they're all well not they're all a lot of them are humongous they're in great shape that's only they're in

00:04:19 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 3:

great shape that's a certain segment but i'm saying the football player i think lizzo is a

00:04:24 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 1:

great example of this where she was on stage dancing for two hours a night and she is a bigger girl but a lot of skinny people could not get up there and do the cardio that she was doing while she was performing on stage you don't know that oh she was unhealthy you do not know that

00:04:39 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 7:

Megan, there's no doubt, there is no doctor in the world that would say that a woman that was of Lizzo's size, no matter, listen, I am a big man. I was up to 400 pounds at one time, and I could play basketball with the best of them when I was doing it. I was putting too much stress on my heart. I was unhealthy.

00:04:57 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but I lost weight, and I had worse blood work.

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 6:

after i lost the weight than beforehand you don't know like but could it could be from when you were

00:05:04 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 2:

you were heavier that that the blood work no my blood work was always fine when i was overweight and as soon as i lost weight that's when i had to get on medications well i'm gonna i will say you just don't know is all i'm saying i'm not saying that's the case for everybody it's just not fair

00:05:18 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 6:

to say oh you're overweight you're unhealthy well i will say this i've i've thought of this a couple of times with doctors i had one doctor years ago that i went to well before dr warner this was a while ago and the doctor was a bigger dude and I actually felt comfortable being around him because most of the doctors that I go to including Dr. Warner will tell me hey this is not healthy for you to be over and this guy was a big guy like he was actually my size yeah and I thought to myself I wonder if that's bad like to be like does he abide by the advice that he's dishing out to everybody else like because they always every doctor tells you this is the there's no magic diet out there it's always about food intake and exercise and all this stuff this guy tell me that And I'd be like, eh, come on.

00:05:57 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 5:

Bro, that's how I feel like if I go to the hospital and I see a bunch of nurses outside smoking cigarettes,

00:06:02 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 6:

I'm like, oh, you can't do that. What are you doing out here? What's up, Sean? How you doing? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:06:10 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 9:

Hey, I'm doing great. How are you guys doing?

00:06:12 - 00:06:15 | Speaker 6:

We're doing fantastic. What's going on? You wanted to add to the conversation?

00:06:16 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 9:

I sure do. I don't think that she should not want to work out with him because of the way his wife looks. He can't control what his wife do. Maybe she's not into working out. that's what i said yeah yeah um that's not her thing so what does his wife get to do with him

00:06:35 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 5:

being a personal trainer like again from from having this conversation with her her mindset is like whatever my man's doing i'm gonna be the loudest cheerleader i'm gonna be a representation of whatever it is that he's into and if my man is a physical trainer then why is my body not bang it hey nick what's up it's mojo in the morning yeah it sounds like my comment is similar

00:06:59 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 4:

to the last person but yet sometimes i think that like we lose focus of the fact that your partner your wife whomever that may be may not be into the same things that you are um and that they may just love you know you know or you may just love your you know your spouse or whomever regardless of that fact they may be out of shape they may be a geek they may not be into uh gaming but they may not be into music but that doesn't mean because they don't participate that you don't love them any less so i i think the idea that oh your woman doesn't have this so that doesn't make no it has nothing to do with his work ethic it has nothing to do with what he does that's just who he's choosing uh chosen to love regardless of all of her faults that may or may not be there

00:07:41 - 00:07:52 | Speaker 6:

although although my wife to equate that to us my wife is a perfect example she does not like the music we play here on this radio station yeah she's a country music fan i've told her

00:07:52 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 3:

Or like if Kev just happened to start dating a girl who was really shy and did not ever want to be on the radio.

00:08:00 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:08:01 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 3:

Right? Like that's what I'm trying to equate it to. Like is an engineer only good if his wife is good at math?

00:08:08 - 00:08:13 | Speaker 6:

No, that's a good point. And by the way, what if Kev, would you date a girl that wasn't a Pistons fan?

00:08:15 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 5:

She just couldn't be a Pacers fan.

00:08:17 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 6:

We can figure it out from here. And she cannot like Halliburton, right? What's up, Ashley?

00:08:22 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 8:

hi what's going on hi good morning i just want to uh call in and agree with mojo i feel like there's a big difference between being fit and being healthy um but it's all she was able to maybe go on the stage and like you know do all those moves and everything for two hours but again she was still bigger in a sense but that that means she was fit enough to actually you know do those things it doesn't mean she was healthy that makes sense well and there's a

00:08:48 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 6:

reason why she's now lost a bunch of weight somebody probably said something have you seen

00:08:52 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 2:

her she looks amazing in the past couple weeks oh my gosh a lot of people lose wages to get

00:08:58 - 00:09:06 | Speaker 6:

respect back from people that's crazy leslie what's up morning morning so the first thing

00:09:06 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 1:

that i thought when kevin was bringing that up is maybe this trainer is attracted to sicker women

00:09:11 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 6:

it doesn't mean he's not a good trainer yeah that's actually a really good point yeah that's a really good point um who is it jamie fox used to always say that he loves his women thick and he liked to go out with them because he said that they would make the number 10 what that mean he was the one and she was the okay yeah what's going on adam

00:09:32 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 7:

hey how you doing sometimes it's a opposite attract type of situation my landlord my landlord my neighbor across the street the landscaper and his lawn is basic as can be because sometimes you

00:09:46 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 6:

don't want to do at work and at home that's interesting but i will tell you but i will tell you something adam i would have a problem hiring that guy if he had bad lawn well well

00:09:57 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 7:

you don't show people your own home

00:10:00 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 8:

when you're showing them what you do. You're showing them the good stuff you did. Yeah. But, and like the last lady said, my uncle was a truly unfit person, and I don't think he ever dated a woman that was under 275. He liked big women. So there's a lot of variables that go in. So for her, just assume that is just, that's wild.

00:10:19 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:10:19 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 7:

I like the BBWs.

00:10:21 - 00:10:28 | Speaker 6:

And by the way, the neighbor with the weeds, that's the landscaping guy. I hope he doesn't have one of those signs out in front promoting it.

00:10:30 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 8:

No, it's basic. He just got its mold and not about it. Nothing fancy at all. It's basic.

00:10:35 - 00:10:42 | Speaker 6:

There's nothing wrong with basic. Listen to this one. John, you were a personal trainer, and your wife was overweight.

00:10:43 - 00:11:44 | Speaker 9:

So, yeah, it was my ex-wife at the time when we were married. Yeah, she was overweight, and she had some health issues. But she also did work out, and, you know, we made, and she was doing healthy choices. And the fact is she was just a bigger woman, and people would always you know look at us like oh wow and she'd always say i wish i could be skinny but you know it just wasn't her body type um i loved her for who she was and you know and that would change a bit but there were times that i would walk in there and i was a personal trainer but like look look at you you're all ripped and everything but all of a sudden you're like well this is your wife i'm like yeah but i loved her and you know what it's the support you You need the person, you know, as long as they're there to support you and do everything you can, like, you know, you can't really change somebody. You can, I guess, make changes to somebody's body style and things like that, but sometimes their bone structure and things like that, like, you can't really necessarily do huge changes.

00:11:44 - 00:11:51 | Speaker 7:

Did you say you had people come up to you and question why your wife looked that way with your profession?

00:11:51 - 00:12:25 | Speaker 9:

so there there are times that i would get looked or say like oh that's your wife and i'm like dad like oh and they're kind of like you know they get thrown back a little bit and when i'm you know in the end uh you know it's just she was a little bigger of a woman and you know like i said you would do at home we would you know wash with the eight eight healthy um you know it's made healthy choices and she'd be working out while i was training clients she'd be working out as well And I'm like, oh, yeah, that's my wife over there on the treadmill working out as well. And they're like, oh, oh, that's your wife? I'm like, yeah.

00:12:26 - 00:12:28 | Speaker 6:

Wow. Those are like fighting words.

00:12:28 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 1:

People are so rude. That's crazy. I think about this with, and Lydia and I go to the same nail girls, PD and Linda the best, but they do the best nails, but they don't always, their nails, because they're doing nails, aren't always. The only one that I really think that I abide by and it matters to me is hairstylists.

00:12:48 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 6:

Really?

00:12:49 - 00:12:53 | Speaker 1:

You got to have good hair. If you don't have good hair and you're a hairstylist, I'm nervous.

00:12:53 - 00:12:56 | Speaker 6:

I've gone to a bald barber before. Is that bad?

00:12:56 - 00:12:58 | Speaker 1:

Well, you can't help that in most cases.

00:13:00 - 00:13:34 | Speaker 4:
