All right, it is Mojo in the morning. I saw this on BuzzFeed, and I thought this actually is a really good topic. And I'm going to give you guys a little bit of time to think about this. What is the most or what is the pettiest thing that you've ever done? That was the title of this BuzzFeed. What is the pettiest thing that you have ever done? And I will give you an example of my petty thing. But then I also want to read for you guys some of the response that they got on BuzzFeed, which I thought were priceless. I thought some of these were really, really good. Pettiest thing that I've ever done, and I know I'd probably do petty things every single day, little passive-aggressive moments. This was one way back when, when I was just dating my now wife, Chelsea. I lived in an apartment called Eastridge Apartment Complex. And there was a guy that lived in the apartment complex. I was in 1302. He was in 1420, and I knew this because I used to call him 1420. That was always the name that I called him. He would always flirt with Chelsea, and it was one of those complexes where you had a gate, and you had to get buzzed into the gate, but you couldn't call a number to get buzzed in. I had to physically go and push a buzzer to hit the thing. There was no technology back in this day. And Chelsea used to get mad that I wouldn't give her a key to my apartment because we were not key official yet. So this guy, 1420, would go and open the gate for her and then basically try to move in on Chelsea Shauna is her middle name. And I used to get really pissed off about this. So the maintenance guy was a friend of mine, and here's where the pettiness came into play. The guy had a convertible. and one time his convertible was illegally parked right by the front area of where our apartment complex was and they had a sprinkler that used to go off all the time and they never would let you park there because the sprinkler would just start spraying the the pavement so i called the maintenance guy and i asked him to turn the sprinklers on because his top was down on his car and it sprinkled the entire it was like the whole time on top of his car for probably 30 minutes or 40 minutes before he came outside and he was all upset. So that was the pettiest thing that I ever did. Shout out to the maintenance man though. Yeah, he was good. He was great. Here are my favorites from BuzzFeed. This one is titled The Split Trousers. One time my friend said something that annoyed me so I snuck into their house and unstitched all the crotches in their trousers, making them fragile. They kept splitting on them. Here's the plus one. I like this one too. of the pettiest thing you've ever done. And I want you to call us up, 844-MOJO-LIVE or text 95500 with the pettiest thing you've ever done.

00:05:00 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 2:

done the plus one i went to my uh ex's wedding as the best man's plus one could you imagine being the groom how would you like to be the groom at that wedding and seeing your ex with the best man that's not a best man by the way that's the real story yeah the surprise delivery this f boy that i know keeps sending me nudes on snapchat so i screenshot them printed them out and mailed them to his mother he changed his number these are like are they good they're so good um the orange juice a co-worker that i hate so much would drink all my orange juice that i put in our fridge at work i decided that i was going to get them back i gave them their own version of orange juice What it was, was water mixed with mac and cheese powder. That's a great one. Is that not a great one? Just put that in. I'll do that for your mimosas.

00:06:05 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 5:

Don't you dare. I was going to buy mimosas.

00:06:08 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 2:

And then the moldy cheese is a good one, too. My ex thought that it would be funny to cheat on me. By the way, nobody thinks it's funny to cheat on you. They do it because they want to get their dilly-dilly-ed. um so i hid all types of moldy blue cheese in their car he only used this car on the weekends when he got into it the cheese had melted all over in the hot sun the car smelled so bad he could not get the smell out the moldy cheese smell do you guys have a petty thing that you

00:06:38 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 4:

guys have ever done oh absolutely there's many my favorite you guys know how little i drink right Like, I never really get drunk. But one time I got absolutely smashed. And my brother, his girlfriend at the time, me and my boyfriend at the time had all gone out for breakfast the next day. And I was still, like, maybe a little drunk, very hungover. And they kept making fun of me the entire breakfast. Well, I was done and I had one piece of bacon left over. And my brother just was harping on me over and over and over and over again. And he said, can I have that piece of bacon? And I shoved it into my mouth and I chewed it for over 10 minutes, gagging. the whole time i did not want it i was trying not to puke on the table but he was not getting

00:07:20 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 2:

that piece of bacon i love that one that's so good um what's the pettiest thing that you guys

00:07:26 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 5:

have ever done god i mean i've done a lot of petty things but i the first one that pops into my mind is and this was a while ago but when i was dating that guy who was a musician and um when When he, when I found out that he, you know, had cheated on me, his songs would, I was working at a radio station and his songs would still, his band was like kind of, sort of popular at the time. His songs would come up in the system and I ran the board in the morning before the show. And so I would see the songs come up and go delete, delete, delete, delete. They never got spins. They never got spins. That's good.

00:08:02 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 2:

Did the program director ever notice that you were deleting songs?

00:08:05 - 00:08:10 | Speaker 5:

I think he probably did, but he got it. He was cool. He was cool.

00:08:10 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 2:

Was the most petty thing that you've ever done done to me? Because I feel like I keep getting all your texts and tweets and. What you mean? You and your Caitlin Clark, anti-Caitlin Clark feelings these days. You keep pushing this narrative. What's the pettiest thing that you've done?

00:08:27 - 00:08:57 | Speaker 3:

I don't, I mean, I don't know, man. I'm not good on the spot. I probably, I don't know. I'm not really petty like that. You're not petty? Oh, good for you. Honestly, my motto is, what's my motto? Because I say it to Sherelle every time. It's something like, it's cool when they do it. It's a problem when I do it. So I'm the same person. I will give you the same energy that you give me. And I guess maybe that's petty. So if you do something that I don't like, and then I do it the same, and you don't like it, that's my petty.

00:08:58 - 00:09:00 | Speaker 2:

I think he's petty with the text that he keeps sending me.

00:09:01 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 3:

Do you see the Asia Wilson text that soon?

00:09:03 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:09:03 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 3:

First player in the history of WNBA.

00:09:05 - 00:09:16 | Speaker 2:

This guy cared nothing about the WNBA until Kaitlyn Clark got into it. But now thinks that this girl has done nothing for the WNBA. It made him a fan.

00:09:16 - 00:09:21 | Speaker 3:

Zach, didn't I say I was going to Las Vegas last year when they were playing the Liberty in a championship?

00:09:21 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. That's true. I don't buy it for a second, Zach. Don't lie for him. Don't be petty. Clearly. Hannah, what's up?

00:09:28 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 3:

Only women named Tom.

00:09:30 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 1:

Hi, guys. So, in high school, a few of my friends and I were friends with this really snobby girl, and she ended up getting a new car. Her parents bought her a brand new one and kind of was making fun of ours, saying how hers is better than ours, blah, blah, blah. But long story short, my friends and I took turns, like, months apart and reported her license plate, and we got her license suspended.

00:09:56 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. What did you report it for?

00:10:00 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 7:

Just, like, bad driving. We did, like, a different thing each time, but we had, like, enough reports, and then she was like, oh, my God, guys, my license is suspended. Like, I don't know what I did, and then she ended up having to, like, take a class, I think.

00:10:13 - 00:10:20 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's bad, but it's so good. It's the mean girl you got back. Kevin, what did you do? What's the pettiest thing you did?

00:10:21 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 1:

Hey, guys, how you doing? Good morning. The pettiest thing I did, I got cheated on by my ex, by a girl. So it was really around like Valentine's Day. So I called the reservations that I saw in her email that I still had access to, canceled the reservations, canceled the hotel room that they were in. I also canceled their plane ticket to L.A. So I canceled the flight and deleted all her emails and everything off of her.

00:10:51 - 00:10:56 | Speaker 4:

Kevin, she did you dirty, so you did her dirtier.

00:10:57 - 00:11:00 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, dirtier and extra, yeah.

00:11:00 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 4:

Do you ever feel bad about that or no?

00:11:03 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 1:

Never, never to this day. I'm actually kind of proud of it, to be honest.

00:11:07 - 00:11:13 | Speaker 4:

It is kind of a proud moment. That's a lot of work to go do that. May, you're being voiced, guys. Hi.

00:11:14 - 00:11:14 | Speaker 2:

How you doing?

00:11:15 - 00:11:17 | Speaker 4:

Good. What was the pettiest thing you've ever done?

00:11:18 - 00:11:33 | Speaker 2:

My ex used to cheat on me all the time, and he used to always tell me he was going to the store and never returned. So one day, we had company. He was like, your cousin at the door. he let my cousin in. He told me he was about to go to the store and when he left, it wasn't my cousin. We started baking cookies.

00:11:34 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 6:

Whoa! That's premeditated.

00:11:38 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 7:

I don't know that I would call that petty. I don't know that that's petty.

00:11:45 - 00:11:52 | Speaker 2:

It's crazy. That's what he gets for cheating. I like how you don't...

00:11:52 - 00:11:55 | Speaker 4:

Who is it that you're afraid of hearing this? That you want to be Voiceless guys?

00:11:57 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my family, everybody.

00:11:58 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 4:

Your family, everybody. My pastor.

00:12:01 - 00:12:02 | Speaker 2:

I love your laugh, Nate.

00:12:03 - 00:12:07 | Speaker 4:

The laugh might give it away, though. What's up, Aaron? Hi. It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:12:08 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 5:

Hey, how are you?

00:12:09 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 4:

Good. What's the pettiest thing you've ever done?

00:12:12 - 00:12:19 | Speaker 5:

I had a roommate that kept eating all my food, and he used to have to dress up for work or he'd wear, like, a suit and tie.

00:12:19 - 00:12:19 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:12:19 - 00:12:34 | Speaker 5:

So every couple months, I would take his suit to a seamstress and have him take it in a half inch. So after about three or four months, he started going on this stress diet because his suit wouldn't fit anymore. Oh, my God.

00:12:34 - 00:12:45 | Speaker 4:

That's the best thing I've ever heard. You win. You win. King Petty is you, Aaron. That is amazing. Did you ever tell him?

00:12:46 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 5:

No. Oh, no. No, no.

00:12:49 - 00:12:58 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. That is actually one of the most brilliant things I've ever heard. Oh, geez. Curtis, what's the pettiest thing you've ever done?

00:12:59 - 00:13:04 | Speaker 6:

How's it going, guys? First off, lifetime listener, first time caller. Yeah! Curtis on the phone!

00:13:05 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 4:

Welcome, buddy.

00:13:07 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 6:

So I was with a girl for a long time, and in this relationship, we was looking for other girls. We were, like, seeking the third, but it never worked out because she was crazy. And after a while, she ended up cheating on me in the relationship. So during the process of us trying to work it out after her cheating, one of the girls that she had pursued before, that we had pursued before, I ended up starting working with her at my job. And one thing led to another. I had to put it down.

00:13:37 - 00:13:40 | Speaker 4:

So you did it. You just did it by yourself.

00:13:41 - 00:13:43 | Speaker 6:

I had to. I had to. Without the third.

00:13:43 - 00:13:43 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:13:44 - 00:13:49 | Speaker 6:

Oh, yeah. Of course. She didn't deserve it. She already had her fixes and everything else prior to. I earned this one.

00:13:50 - 00:14:00 | Speaker 4:

I earned it. I like, that's your earning. That's your way to justify cheating on her. Tara, this is a big one. I'll end with you. Tara, what's the pettiest thing that you've ever done? Your voice disguise.

00:14:01 - 00:14:16 | Speaker 3:

I dated a guy for 17 months, and he was still seeing his ex-wife at the time we were dating. I didn't know what I found out. And I wrote a letter. He canceled his season U of M football ticket that he had for years and years and was a placeholder.

00:14:17 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 4:

Whoa. Wait. So you were cheating with a married guy. He never would leave his wife.

00:14:24 - 00:14:27 | Speaker 3:

No, no. He was divorced from her, but was still seeing her.

00:14:27 - 00:14:36 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so divorced, but still seeing it. He was cheating on you. So you called or wrote a letter to U of M to cancel his family's long-running U of M tickets?

00:14:38 - 00:14:38 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

00:14:39 - 00:14:42 | Speaker 4:

Did he know that you did this, or did he think it was just an error?

00:14:43 - 00:14:45 | Speaker 3:

No, it was a surprise to him.

00:14:46 - 00:14:50 | Speaker 4:

And by the way, you'd cancel it right before their best season they ever had. That's the best thing.

00:14:50 - 00:14:58 | Speaker 3:

that's awesome all right it's been a while a while ago so that was good thank you for the call i

00:14:58 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 4:
