For those that don't know, she's new to the show. But KP is long-lived here in Michigan. Matter of fact, grew up in Lake Orion, the pride of Lake Orion, Michigan. And you were just recently, not that far from your house, at the Bell Tire in Auburn Hills.

I feel like you guys will like this. And I need you to tell me if this is something that you guys do too. But I was getting new tires at Bell Tire, and I just got done. Get them on. We're just hanging out at the register. And all of a sudden, all of the techs or whomever come out, and we're all watching outside the window. because there is this plow truck absolutely whipping through the parking lot like there are like one or two cars he is whipping i'm like oh my god what is he doing like whipping like like how fast like i would say like 45 or just like turning court he was definitely drifting in the plow truck and oh my god we we were all just like what we should have had popcorn or something because we were all at the window, just like jaws dropped, like, what is he doing? I've witnessed that before. He's in a huge truck, and he plowed into this snow pile going so fast. It was like a mountain, I swear. And then he curbed it. It was like a huge clunk, and we're like, oh, shoot.

I'm like, oh, my God. Actually, Peasy would go, yeah.

I want to get the guy in trouble because he looked like he was having a really good time.

Well, I've seen these guys go crazy before, and it's because they're getting paid by the push. So the more jobs they can get done all morning.

Some people get paid by the property, and that was probably him. So he's trying to get that property done and get out of there. You see Blake's driving.

plow guys um i want to i want to ask this question for kp's topic here what did you witness from the comforts of your your work what did you witness and by looking out on the streets and seeing this um because you see some crazy stuff sometimes you know like we we've witnessed before Like, I've been in Tony's office, and I can see the, what is it? Is that Halstead Road that's out in front? And I witnessed, like, two cars, man, like, peeling out and almost nailing each other.

I've got to tell you what happened to me.

I had this happen. So my family and I, we were out getting breakfast at Leo's in downtown Lake Orion. We were enjoying our breakfast, and all of a sudden, everyone in the restaurant turns and looks outside, and they're like, And we're like, oh, my God, what? We didn't even hear a thing. A crash happened right outside of Leo's And if that car had gone any further It would have been in our breakfast Right by our table And we were just like watching them I felt so bad for the kid They put that neck cone thing on him And I was like

Oh yeah but when those Michigan drivers Come down from up there and come down to Ohio They're the crazy drivers

Let me ask this KP Did you finish your breakfast while you were watching them Put the collar on the guy

Yeah, we stayed for an extra half an hour just to watch everything.

It didn't actually make you feel like you're not going to want to eat because you sort of didn't know about this guy.

Well, nobody was hurt. Nobody had, like, blood or anything. It was just kind of, like, crazy. And I felt bad for the kid because I've gone through, like, three cars. I'm like, oh, bro, I've been there. I've been that guy.

Mom and dad are not going to be happy with you.

What is it about, like, I, you know, they call them gapers delays, like when you watch car accidents happen. Gawker. is that gaper gawkers whatever so they and you what is it about when you see some people doing crazy stuff out on the streets if you're in the comfort of your own car and everything is fine you just want to sit there and watch it the entire time it's kind of like how in california they they televised all the high-speed chases yeah that the cops do It's such a cool thing.

They get huge ratings. Yeah, but part of you wants to do it yourself. Oh, my God.

You know what I've wanted to do forever? And I don't know if any other listeners feel this way. And I bet you plow guys have done this. I've always wanted to go into an open, like, Myers parking lot, do, like, 100 miles an hour, and then just slam on my brakes and spin the – That would scare the crowd. I've never watched donuts.

Myers got too many sign signs for that.

Oh, there's too many signs in there?

What's the best parking lot to do that in? What's that? What's the best parking lot to do that in? Any.

Just none that don't have any telephone poles because they've even done it.

Or curbs. You're going to find it. Right, right, right. Yeah, or curbs. I actually, there's, so the junior college by my house, OCC, I'll pull in there sometimes with the kids and show them how to, like, you know, defensive driving during the snow. Yeah. And you do that, you kind of get crazy. Yeah. Oh, by the way, guys, I'm the worst. I close my eyes. I don't even keep my eyes open to witness what's happening because I close my eyes hoping that I wake up and everything's fine.

Which is weird because that's what we do when you're driving. That is true.

And that day there was probably 30 people along the front of the building. And had that pole not been there and he hit that pole, he would have came right through our building.

Oh, wow. Yeah. So thank God he hit the pole. I mean, he wasn't hurt too bad. He's been in since. Wow.

Wait, he was actually coming to the restaurant to eat. It wasn't that his car drove out of control before he was coming to the restaurant.

No, he was coming into the restaurant. Somebody ran a red light as he was making the left turn, and they hit him, which pushed him into the front of the building towards, yeah, into the pole.

Just to be safe, did you ask him to start parking across the street?

We did ask him if he'd park at CVS.
