watching a TikTok with a smoke detector that was like beeping in the background. You know how they do that when your batteries are starting to run a little bit low and they like beep? Yeah, chirps. Oh, chirp is a great description of what that is. Okay. So my brother, who is usually annoyed with me, was very annoyed because I was playing this TikTok. It was short, so it just kept repeating over and over and over again. He was like, what is that? I was like, oh, that's the sound that your smoke detector make when you don't change the batteries it's just like a quick little warning he goes oh ours has never done that do you do you change the batteries all the time and I went I thought I thought you changed the batteries because we've lived here three years and I've never changed the batteries in any of my smoke detectors so then I'm thinking you know what maybe they're hardwired in oh my god I'm so lucky I get up off of the couch I go look I have forgotten that when I moved in three years ago i took down the smoke detectors because i had bought new ones and i never put the new ones oh wow three years three years i have not had a smoke detector opened up my kitchen cabinet which you can tell how often i cook because i open up the kitchen cabinet and there were the two brand new smoke detect i have smart smoke detectors how long have you lived in this Three years, and I've had them for three years. They're ring ones, so they connected my ring app and tell me if there's ever an issue. Never installed them.
