Megan is very upset, guys. And this one is a weird one. She is upset because people are not talking bad about her. I don't get this thing. I don't get it at all.

Because I feel very left out right now, and I'm actually kind of heartbroken over this. So I fell into a rabbit hole. I saw a comment on a Facebook page, and it was like, oh, I read all about them on a Reddit thread. And by them, I mean us, the Mojo of the Morning Show. Wait, what? Yeah. I don't do Reddit. Oh, I love Reddit. I love having an anonymous accountant just arguing.

It's great. What was the thread?

It was all about us and just, like, media personalities in general. And it was pretty much a Reddit thread to talk smack about their everybody's least favorite media personalities in the area. And I was like, OK, to the Reddits, as Kev would say. And I said, let me go exploring. And I went to this page that had over 500 comments just ragging on bad experiences people have had meeting people in the media. And some of them I was like, accurate. some of them i was like how dare you that is the nicest person in the entire world right right and i was like digging through it and digging through it and i'm like all right what what what are they going to say about me am i going to fight with him i dug through over 500 comments and there wasn't one about me and i was getting so angry that i was completely left off the list of hate and i was sitting on the phone with my brother reading them and like something would pop up and He would be like, I've met them. They're so kind. That's crazy to hear. He's like, come on. There's got to be one about you. Like, we got to laugh about this. And I couldn't find one. And I felt.

This is unusual, by the way.

This is unusual. You hate when you have people on social media that will say stuff. Very true. I agree. You have come over to my side of the table here. I love when people say negative. Yes.

Yes and no. I think there was a part of it where a lot of people were talking like they had the proper information and they didn't. Like people were speculating about people's contracts and salaries and yada yada. And you sit there and you're like, I love that you're speaking like you're an authority and you couldn't be more wrong on this. So we were just going at it with the attitude of, come on, this is crazy. And I couldn't find a signal. I felt so left out.

By the way, will you do me a favor? Will you send me the link? Please. Because I love that stuff. So there used to be, what the heck was it called? Detroit Radio Board or whatever it used to be.

And Buzzboard, yeah. That's right. They used to be it. I went there yesterday. And members of the show would come in in the morning and go, did you see what they just said about? And I would go, I don't even know what you guys are talking about. And they would sit there and talk about it. And they would, like, it would bother them so much. So I'm like, well, I wonder what they're saying. And I went to the thing and the link on us was they hated us. They thought everything on our show was BS. We're all fake. We don't know. It's like all this stuff. And I'm going, I kind of like this. First off, I don't know if you guys ever took a marketing class.

I went to Columbia College, Chicago, never graduated, but I went there. I took a marketing class one time and they said that nothing, as long as they're talking about you, that's good. it doesn't make a difference and they were talking about they talked about like all the things that could go wrong of them saying negatives about you and there were more things that could go right if you handle it right yeah so sometimes i just say lean into it but i i love when uh i so buzz board or uh uh buzzfeed has this reddit i love reddit oh so do i i love my favorite reddits are the favorite reddit is i was walking down the street today and i saw a woman with her kid and she told the kid you're a dumb mother effer what should i do i'm like well what should you do you should tape it you should tape it and put the video on there you know what i mean um i saw a post from

turns out not the gaze do you know one of my favorite things ever in the history of my career was the first radio article that was ever written about this radio show and about me personally was a guy by the name of John Smintek. You can look it up online. He used to be the writer for the Detroit Free Press. John Smintek gave us a, yeah, this might be one of those fly-by-night shows that just uses Detroit as a stepping stone.
