00:01:05 - 00:02:35 | Speaker 6:

started not feeling great i had something for lunch that just didn't agree with me and my stomach was really really bothering me so i wanted to like go to bed early and i told chelsea because joe and jed came over to the house and hung out and we watched a little bit of the monday night football game you know those guys are on in tampa so we watched it was tampa versus uh the saints which had a crazy ending didn't it i brady again with the comeback but also brady angry on the sidelines we'll talk about that i'll get it i'll get you in the dirty so chelsea said what is it that's bothering you i said i don't know chelsea i feel like i like you ever have it where you feel like you have to you know vomit but you can't yes and you know that if you do it will make you feel better. Like it will suck at that moment, but it will make you feel better. So I told her, I said, I think I have to. So she goes, okay. She goes, just go lie down in bed and I'll bring some stuff to you. So she comes to the room with what is our vomit bucket, which is the same pan that she cooks the chicken tortilla soup that we all love. Oh, is it really? Yes. No. What is wrong? No. And it got me laughing because I said to her, I go, now I'm going to really vomit. Has anybody ever used this thing recently? And she says, no, nobody's ever used it, but I always put it next to the bowl or the bed because it's big enough that if you roll over, you can actually get in there and it won't splatter all over the place because it's deep and it's, you know, one of those. I know.

00:02:35 - 00:02:36 | Speaker 7:

That word.

00:02:36 - 00:02:37 | Speaker 6:

I apologize.

00:02:38 - 00:02:50 | Speaker 7:

Can't stand families who have the popcorn puke bucket. Oh, yeah. I don't understand what goes through your mind to make that an acceptable thing. When you could use a trash can. Why can't you?

00:02:51 - 00:03:16 | Speaker 4:

I feel like it's a rite of passage. Anyone that had a bunch of kids in the house growing up, a big family. Because, no, but like something about when you're sitting up in bed at three in the morning as a little kid and you're sick. Putting your head in the trash can is going to make you puke twice as much. So the popcorn bowl is more just reassurance. I have something if I need it. Hopefully I won't puke. Popcorn's a happy feeling. How about this though?

00:03:16 - 00:03:30 | Speaker 6:

How about this one, Spike? The trash can in the bathroom, that is the obvious place that you go to because you're on the toilet and there. And then your mom or your wife, in my case, cleans it out and we still use it as the trash can.

00:03:30 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 4:

Well, I'd rather have that. See, my parents always had like a fancy little wicker trash can. So you couldn't even. That was my mom. Yeah, so you couldn't puke in it. You didn't even want to put trash in it.

00:03:40 - 00:03:51 | Speaker 8:

We had a bucket, like an actual bucket that then my mom would use to pour the stuff in to mop the floors. And it was like this cream-colored, I can still picture it in my head, it was a cream-colored bucket. And that was our puke bucket.

00:03:51 - 00:03:55 | Speaker 7:

Y'all didn't line your garbage cans in your bathroom with garbage bags?

00:03:55 - 00:03:59 | Speaker 6:

Well, I do that. We do now. But my parents do. Yeah, my parents never did it either. I still don't do that.

00:04:00 - 00:04:03 | Speaker 8:

I don't, and then I just clean out my... Oh, that's gross.

00:04:03 - 00:04:10 | Speaker 2:

A period of my life, my parents maybe use Soloco. Solo cups. Oh, jeez. Solo cups.

00:04:10 - 00:04:15 | Speaker 4:

Solo cups, yeah. Now you've got anxiety that you're going to puke too much and it's going to overflow. Yeah.

00:04:15 - 00:04:22 | Speaker 8:

Oh, God. Now, if my sister were awake, she would call in and say, Shan just used my purses growing up.

00:04:22 - 00:04:28 | Speaker 6:

But that's a different kind of puking. It was a different kind of puking. That's puking after a party night. I've recovered from that. That's either doing that or getting fined by the Uber driver.

00:04:28 - 00:04:33 | Speaker 8:

$250. No, I was banned. I was banned from checker cab in Atlanta, Georgia.

00:04:33 - 00:04:38 | Speaker 6:

Amanda? You there, Amanda? Hi. Oh, I've got to push the button. Hi, Amanda.

00:04:38 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 1:

Hi.

00:04:39 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 6:

How are you doing? What was the puke bucket in your house?

00:04:43 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 1:

So it's actually our current puke bucket at mine and my husband's house. It is our Halloween candy serving bucket. So it's Halloween themed and we serve our Halloween candy to children every year out of it. Kind of embarrassing. I hate to admit it.

00:04:58 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 6:

That's great. Tell us in the neighborhood so we don't ever trick-or-treat there. What's up, Poncho? Morning. How you doing, man? What's the puke bucket for you guys?

00:05:08 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 10:

I'm not doing too hot for me this morning, but I wish I could use all these puke buckets. I can't use one of them.

00:05:15 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 6:

Why?

00:05:16 - 00:05:23 | Speaker 10:

I'm a projectile, no matter how much I aim. Oh, God. No matter how much I aim, it will not go in it, so I use the bathtub.

00:05:23 - 00:05:24 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God.

00:05:24 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. You could risk clogging a drain if you use the bathtub.

00:05:29 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 6:

When's the last time you actually got back into the bathtub and took a bath?

00:05:33 - 00:05:34 | Speaker 5:

Well, I don't take baths.

00:05:35 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 6:

No. Has anybody ever used it? Your boyfriend ever used it?

00:05:39 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 10:

Yeah, but I usually clean it well before that.

00:05:42 - 00:05:47 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah. What are you doing, like, if you have an excessively chunky puke, you've got to, like, push it and cram it down the drain?

00:05:48 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 10:

Oh, I'll scoop it out and throw it in the toilet. Oh, that'd make me puke all second time.

00:05:54 - 00:05:55 | Speaker 5:

This is not a good breakfast conversation.

00:05:55 - 00:06:00 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. The McDonald's arrived. Turned our dash. What's up, Taryn?

00:06:01 - 00:06:15 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, so my puke bucket at home is like one of those big red solo cup buckets. It was like a white elephant gift that I got for Christmas. Yeah. It was like a beer pong set. And so there will be my 8-year-old just puking in a big red solo cup.

00:06:15 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, so it's not like a little red solo cup. It's just like a demonstration one or something, right?

00:06:20 - 00:06:29 | Speaker 8:

No, it was like a beer pong kit. It came with the big solo cup and the little balls, and that's what we use the puke bucket for.

00:06:29 - 00:06:33 | Speaker 6:

Oh, man. Oh, man. Thank you for the call. I appreciate it.

00:06:34 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 9:

Yeah, you too.

00:06:35 - 00:06:36 | Speaker 6:

What's up, Jen? How you doing?

00:06:38 - 00:06:43 | Speaker 9:

I'm great. And I just want to know, what's a puke bucket? Because my kids just puke whoever the heck they are.

00:06:43 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 6:

That's true.

00:06:45 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 9:

Even if I give them something, it does not matter.

00:06:51 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 6:

That, by the way, to be a mom, I watched this video yesterday. there was a video that was on the news about this little girl that was going to the bus stop and a raccoon attacked her. I saw them. Yeah, isn't that crazy? And this mom picked up the raccoon without even thinking about her safety, grabbed the raccoon off of the kid and then threw the raccoon. And I looked at Chelsea and I said, you know, I would never do that for my kids. And she goes, because you're not a mom. It's like the puke thing. I was always the guy, like when the kids would get sick, I would be like, Charles, the kids just threw up.

00:07:27 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 4:

And moms will stick our hands in poop, pee, blood, whatever it takes. You have to do it.

00:07:35 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 6:

Megan, could you imagine you as a mom?

00:07:37 - 00:07:42 | Speaker 8:

No, I don't love anybody, including myself enough to put my hand in puke or poop.

00:07:42 - 00:07:48 | Speaker 6:

Mr. Raccoon, stop. From a distance. What's going on, Jess?

00:07:49 - 00:07:58 | Speaker 7:

Hi. Yeah, so I'm calling in about the puke buckets. So we use our beach buckets for sand and stuff for our puke buckets at home.

00:07:58 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's actually a good one because those are fun looking.

00:08:00 - 00:08:03 | Speaker 6:

And they're fun. That's what you want is fun looking.

00:08:03 - 00:08:04 | Speaker 4:

And they're deep.

00:08:04 - 00:08:09 | Speaker 6:

And they're deep, yeah. And then do you guys go to, like, the beach with them later?

00:08:09 - 00:08:29 | Speaker 7:

So my husband's, like, crazy has a phobia of vomit. So when summer rolls around and we go on vacation, he's like, breaking out the puke buckets for the beach um but i do line them with like a grocery bag and paper towel on the bottom because i'm also really grossed out by vomit but i'm a mom so i have to

00:08:29 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 6:

deal with that yeah that's that's uh pretty amazing again you guys are are definitely our uh

00:08:34 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 4:

our saviors you moms you know what's so funny is i'm thinking of where my sand my beach sand buckets are and they're in my garage right now with the shells we collected on our last trip So if I grabbed them, there would be shells floating at the pew.
