All right, it is Mojo in the morning. So I was talking earlier this morning about how we moved Luke back up to school, and I got to tell this story, and I think this story requires me to make a couple of phone calls, so I'm going to do that here. But Luke had kind of an interesting thing happen. So Luke was going to be moving on Saturday and Sunday up to, he's renting with a group of like nine guys from his fraternity a house. So they have this house that's on campus that they are all going to be living in this year. And Luke was one of the first to go in because he was the guy, I think, that got the codes and the key and all that stuff first. And they were able to officially go and move into it on Saturday. Well, when Luke moved in, he noticed that there was somebody already living in it. And this was an interesting story. And I know Chelsea's going to think that I'm over-exaggerating, but I think it's funny. there was a female squatter still inside of the uh the place i guess that there was girls that lived in this place prior to luke's guys living in there okay and one of the girls had worked out some kind of a deal with the landlord that she didn't have to move out until monday which is today at noon or something like that so she was still living there could you imagine how freaked out she was when all of a sudden some guy walks in now he was carrying a mattress with him so he had like a mattress with him and he was trying to move stuff in while she was still there still living there and she was completely by herself all the rest of the girls I guess had already moved out of the place but it got me telling that story to a couple of friends and I couldn't believe how many people have told me this there are there have been a couple of people that I know that said that they moved into apartments and had people already living in the apartment or they rented a house and there was already people living in there. And then I couldn't believe how many people have told me that they had to deal with squatters. If you ever had to deal with a squatter, somebody that was living in the place that you were about to move into or something that was your house, I want to hear your squatting story because I hear they're crazy.

This is a fascinating concept to me. Like the fact that people, I guess because it's legally they can stay, right? or legally they can occupy your residence. Yes. That baffles me. Like, you can call 911 and say, this person is living in my spot. Obviously, they don't live here. They don't have any legal right to it, but you can't put them out.

Yeah, you can't. That's crazy to me. You can't kick them out, and that's happening, I guess, more and more these days. All right, so this is some of the funniest parts of this. Luke, when he was moving in, he said the reason that he knew that there was a girl...

still there was he said that all her products were in the bathroom that luke was supposed to be sharing he said that it was pretty funny that uh that he looked he was like oh my god there's like they the girls didn't clean everything out and then all of a sudden the girl walked out of the room uh chelsea uh told him and all the other boys to not stay there last night because they didn't want you know leave the girl we're not calling luke you know who we're calling the girl No. We're calling Ass Juice. check with luke to make sure she leave out when she's supposed to i wonder if she will because That's her house.

Yeah, somebody was telling me a story about they had a squatter in a rental house that they were at, and the way that they found out was they got an electric bill, and their electric bill was, like, crazy high, even though the electric, same situation, they turned everything off. yeah with continuing the process you know it's funny i in my old neighborhood we had somebody that squatted in a house and the poor the people that owned the house were trying to sell the house they had moved out already and put the sign out in front and they moved out to the west coast so you know how they got them out of the house when these people left to go to work in the morning they had a guy come break into the house and change the locks on the squatters and it was the only way they could get the squatters out of the house they had to actually break into their own home otherwise the cops can't get rid of you if you're a squatter in the house I don't understand why they can't it's some kind of technicality there's like squatter rights what's up Tammy how you doing
