I love when you get unfollowed on social media and you didn't do anything wrong. It happened to Megan. Now, why would anybody unfollow you, Megan?

I can only think of just a few reasons. Just an absolute few. But I'm a little bit irritated about this one specifically because it had nothing to do with me and I feel like I am being punished. So my brother and his best friend got into a bit of a tiff. Is that the right word? A tuff. Is it a tiff? A tiff. A tiff. Okay. So essentially, I don't want to hear anything about girls being dramatic because I've never seen anybody more dramatic than two adult men trying to have a petty fight with each other. Y'all be dramatic little babies. But the two of them got into a tiff and he, his best friend, my brother's best friend, unfriended and blocked my brother and me which I kind of maybe a little bit understand but I didn't do anything and the two of them have since talked to each other because it lasted like two weeks talked to each other made up their best buddies again they're now social media friends but his best friend refuses to accept my friend requests and won't keep me off the block list and I didn't do anything. I had no involvement whatsoever

and I feel like I'm being punished. You are. You are. You're guilty by association. Just being brother, sister.

But Buddy accepted Sean back as a friend. Exactly.

And association is not something I want with my brother. I didn't choose this. It was bestowed upon me. Some people see it as a gift. Personally, I see it as a curse.

He probably forgot that he even blocked you during all of that drama in the first place. Correct.

until we went out to the bars a couple of weeks ago and i was like hey what's going on and he said oh yeah i'm not accepting your friend request and just walked away from me what did i do because he knows it bothers you that's why i didn't get invited to the wedding but my dad and my brother

did so okay here's the question not why were you unfollowed or blocked but why were you unfollowed or blocked because of someone else like why did you get unfollowed or blocked because of somebody else like why did somebody stop talking to you because of somebody else is usually the thing and it doesn't even have to be social media it could be anything because that ends up happening it's guilt by association where it's like I'm not going to ever talk to you ever again and I had that happen with a friend that went through a divorce and it was the wife ended up unfollowing and unfriending everybody that were friends with him. But I'm like, wait, I was just as equally friends with you.

Yeah, and I didn't do anything wrong.

Like if you and, you know, this is, I'm talking to your brother's friend. up friending him again on facebook and he accepted as if nothing happened so i have no idea yeah

well on top of this too don't guys know if you're mad at us you can't hate stalk us if you block us and unfriend us.

That is very true. It backfires. This is where I think girls are better at fighting than men are is because we know how to put it aside and not talk publicly so that we can secretly stalk and go through all of their posts.

Oh, now I get it. So you don't unfollow right away. You got to keep that there so that you can see what they're doing. I get it. Sneaky people. Or you just use the Mojo in the Morning account to do that. There you go.

I was thinking that because I know people that do this. My daughter's a Gen Z and this is what they do all the time. They don't want other people to see what they're saying about them. And by that being his sister, if he's talking trash about what they argued about, he doesn't want it to get back to him. So, you know, the sister can still see everything. She'll go back and say, hey, he's saying this about you.

Oh, yeah, he's not a very smart guy that he shouldn't have done that to Megan, you're saying, right?

Yeah, but I think that the dumbest part was we didn't even realize we were blocked because who uses Facebook anymore until we were verifying when his birthday was. And then we both were like, oh, we've been blocked.

You know what Megan should do? Tell me if this is a good idea, Tara. She needs to get like a Finsta or, you know, what is a fake? What's fake Facebook? Yeah.

Yeah. She needs to do that and see if he'll follow that person before he starts following actually Megan.

With a real pretty girl or something he's interested in, like Marvel or whatever. Yeah, that would be funny.

Not too much. So the story that I have is that my girlfriend at the time, her uncle, his girlfriend slash friends with benefits, there's like a huge argument that happened and everything, and she blocked me as well from being her friend on Facebook and Instagram and everything too.

Oh, jeez. Wow. Does it bother you? When somebody does that and they block you or they unfollow you, it almost hurts your ego more than if they verbally told you they don't like you. Exactly. I don't know why that is. Listener Megan, what's up?

Oh, it fills up my feed, and it's annoying. So I'm still friends with her. I just unfollowed her, so I can't see it anymore. Oh, okay.

It's funny. When people use the emojis, I try to figure out exactly what they're trying to say, you know? Yeah. Sometimes it doesn't work so much. There's a story here.
