And at this point, Ted rolled around, and I'm like, I'm good to go now, right? This is late enough. Late enough. Everything else sucks, but going out and staying, you know, home early is a big win for me. Anyways, so Wednesday night, obviously biggest bar night of the year. And every year no matter how I'm feeling I go out on that night And I get absolutely hammered drunk It's just tradition I get drunk like two days a year And it's the night before Thanksgiving And St. Patrick's Day So the night before Thanksgiving rolls around My cousins live down in Columbus And they came home And we kind of did our Thanksgiving separately But we all got together the night before to drink And my cousin brought her new boyfriend Which was very exciting It's very crazy trying to meet up with my family because we're loud and we're very close and it's just it's hard to come into the group so we're out at this bar and it's with me most of my cousins and a few family friends and i don't know what happened i truly love my friends but without discussing this they all decided very last second that they were going to make up how they were related to us and expand our family and they just lied to this new boyfriend i'm cousin amanda yes uh uncle jerry's kid i don't have a cousin i don't have an uncle just lied to this kid's face and he had been prepped right so like my cousin had run down like we're gonna meet up with so and so and so and so this is how we're related this is how they knew each other yada yada so he shows up and he thinks he's prepared he's like i got this he had a quiz in the car he nailed it and then he shows up and there's six extra people that he has no idea where they fall into line for and what's your what's

with all your friends yes because we're all terrible people uh he started to catch on i think a little bit when we kept naming people wrong because they weren't using their real names which was dumb like my friend eric said his name was jacob and then we started like losing track of what his name was and then we were calling him two different names it was weird uh but i just felt so bad for the kid because his name is luke first time he's coming to meet the family he's very confused thinking things were making fun of him we weren't but it was just oh it was just

it was a little much and then i was like i don't know who you are you do what you do for a living don't stalk me that's what i do to other people do that to me it's kind of uh tough isn't it like

you if you marry into or date into a family where there's a lot of family members and your family actually you guys don't have a ton of people right well there's 58 cousins there's 58 cousins

how do you know how many cousins you have irish catholics i count them i didn't even realize that

can i be really honest with you so my family's from detroit my dad was born and raised here most of my family didn't think my job was cool because i used to work just on kiss fm in toledo like I did the morning show until I joined Mojo in the morning and then all of a sudden it was very cool what my job was and everybody cared they liked you way more than they liked me

so that's why we're not allowed to be around your family

I want Megan's cousins to call us up and give us some stuff that we have not heard about Megan like things behind the scenes Because she's been the gatekeeper of all the old family stories.
