It's a Friday show. You're going to have to come down here to the studio. I am not one for resumes because I would have to lie if I was trying to put a resume together. So I don't think you need a resume, but you do need to fill out a form that Lydia put together, a little Google form, and then just an application for the iHeartRadio people and the legal people here to be part of the show. Lydia, do they go on our social media to get to be part of this or what

00:03:11 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 7:

at that i love it everything you do on radio like be one of the hosts on mojo in the morning hey bitch that's my job mojo in the morning has an opening and it takes real intellect to be on

00:03:21 - 00:03:30 | Speaker 5:

this show if you're getting flued out if you're getting flued out what we're talking about things

00:03:30 - 00:03:42 | Speaker 7:

that draw out the best in society i just wanted to say this whole topic is so disgusting to me you work with mojo kev's lydia bianca zach and sweet innocent shannon shannon uh only likes to

00:03:42 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 4:

watch basically hardcore porn and likes to turn friends on to it, including me.

00:03:48 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 8:

I did not know that was the show.

00:03:50 - 00:03:59 | Speaker 7:

Apply by going to iHeartMediaCareers.com and search Mojo. You'll be one step closer to smelling whatever comes out of Kev's body every morning. Shut up.

00:03:59 - 00:04:02 | Speaker 4:

Deep voice guy's great. And Fletch is fantastic.

00:04:02 - 00:04:13 | Speaker 5:

That's awesome, Fletch. That part about Shannon sharing porn and then listening back to her earlier topic about receiving all of those risque clothes. Hey. I don't know, Shannon. That do not fit me.

00:04:13 - 00:04:37 | Speaker 4:

Things are adding up. Let's stay focused. We're trying to find people to work with us. We need somebody to actually help us here. Okay, so if you would like to be on this radio show, I mean, it's a legit job. Yeah. Like, it is a paid job. It is benefits. I mean, it is working for iHeart. Hopefully, you pass a background check. I mean, honestly, if you don't pass a background check, I might fight for you. I'll figure it out.

00:04:37 - 00:04:38 | Speaker 8:

It's happened before.

00:04:38 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 4:

I'll be quite honest with you. I almost think that the non-background-checking people might be more benefiting for us.

00:04:46 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 8:

Okay, listen, for real, here's the three things you need to do, though. You need to fill out the form on the social media. You need to make sure you actually apply for the job, or we can't even entertain the idea of having you in the studio. And then you need to make sure that you can be here on the 20th.

00:05:00 - 00:05:01 | Speaker 3:

in the morning. At 6 a.m.

00:05:01 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 4:

If you can't show up at 6 a.m.

00:05:04 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 3:

Those three things you need. You're not getting

00:05:05 - 00:05:17 | Speaker 4:

hired for this job. You understand that? That is honestly one of the biggest things. You are so f***ing fired. If you can't be here by 6 o'clock, because we all have to be here before 6.

00:05:18 - 00:05:22 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's not true. We have to be here technically at 5.30.

00:05:22 - 00:05:36 | Speaker 5:

5.45. Can I ask you a question real quick? I know we don't schedule. We got a show to maintain. You said you kind of bent the rules a little bit for somebody who may not have passed the background. You don't want to say their name or anything, but what did they do?

00:05:37 - 00:05:40 | Speaker 4:

It was an intern part-timing person.

00:05:40 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 1:

We had more than one.

00:05:41 - 00:05:52 | Speaker 4:

And it was, I think I paid them from my LLC. I think it was one of those ones where they technically didn't work for iHeart, but we won't talk about it.

00:05:52 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 5:

There's somebody who works here now that clearly did not pass a background check.

00:05:56 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 4:

That's true. Yeah. I'm pointing. Okay. But that was clearly. So it's going to be, honestly, it's going to be a really cool thing for the show too.

00:06:08 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 3:

Am I right?

00:06:09 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 4:

Because I'm going to be really honest with you. I really want us on the show to add somebody that's going to add to the conversation and make the show fun, even more fun than it already might be for you. I didn't know we weren't fun. and and i and i really want to add somebody honestly that adds a totally different perspective than all of us we all have different perspectives we're all listen i mean you look at us we're all different shape sizes you know whatever and uh that's what i want for the show so i'm hoping that that this becomes another great person to add to the mojo in the morning show you realize in the 25 almost 26 years it's 25 and a half years that we've been on the air that this show has um has had a lot of people work for us but only in the 25 years have we ever had an opening like this one time go out to the general public this is it this is the only time every person that has gotten hired for this job has gotten hired because i don't know they got hired by through a consultant or there was another radio person that turned us on to them or they came highly recommended This is one of those ones where we, and when I say we, Tony, I give Tony a ton of credit because a lot of program directors wouldn't do what Tony's doing and he's standing by this. We want to find somebody that has never worked in this business. I think it would be cool. Or maybe somebody that has and hasn't had an opportunity to really show their stuff.

00:07:36 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 5:

Don't DM me. Don't at me. Don't text me. Don't call me.

00:07:41 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 4:
