I never really noticed that, but if I bend my wrist, or if it's bent even a little, I have this lump. Like a cyst? Is that what it is? I mean, going off a couple things that I saw on the internet, so I don't know.

Well, no, I had one on my cyst. Or on my cyst. I had a cyst on my cyst. I had a cyst on my wrist. Same spot. I really did. It's like Dr. Seuss. Yes, on my right wrist.

What did you do to take care of it?

Well, okay. You tell me what TikTok says, and I'll tell you how I got rid of mine.

I saw a few TikToks. I went down a rabbit hole of TikToks and saw that if you take a large book, like a huge book, and just slam it down on it, it will literally just go away. Now, it might come back, but it'll go away for the time being.

That's actually very true, by the way. So I accidentally slipped and fell on the ice. This was years ago when I was in high school, and I smacked it so hard that it disappeared. It did end up coming back, and then I had to go to the doctor, and they stick a needle in it and drain it. But I feel like I remember somebody telling me to just grab a heavy book and smash it to pop it

Did you ever try that or no?

No, because I really did slam it when I fell on the ice and it went away, like immediately And has it come back since? It hasn't, it came back the second time, got it drained and then that was it

Do you ever just do, like, see that doesn't seem like it's that big of a deal It seems like something that I could take care of myself And I feel like everybody's got something like that where you're like, oh, I can fix that.

I personally, honestly, would think that I would not want to do anything to myself at all. Like medically. Like I would understand if Mike, if you said, yeah, I got a pipe that's leaking and I'm going to try to fix that thing. I'll figure out how to do it. I'll look at YouTube. But the medical thing of you, I mean, I guess if it was more than slamming a book or doing that whole thing.

It's going to hurt.

Like, the people that do, like, self-surgery and things to themselves, eh.

Yeah, but you ever seen, like, the, even, like, the pimple popping stuff where you're like, I could do that. If I get the tool, I could pop a big zit. You ever seen those, like, I don't even know what they are, though?

Hi. So, yeah, I had a similar cyst on my wrist from over, like, exercising pretty much from, like, doing a lot of push-ups. And I actually had an appointment to go get it removed. My husband had a friend who's a doctor that can remove it. And when I looked at the procedure, it grossed me out. So I did the thing with the book, and I got the largest, like, textbook that I could find from my college years. I had my wrist on the side of the table, and I had.

First of all, it was my husband slamming it down, but he couldn't slam it down hard enough, so I, like, really pissed off my mom, and she slammed it down really hard, and it dispersed. And it never came back. Oh, really? You're lucky.

I like that you had to really piss her off in order to get it done, right?

Yeah, because she was not really—she didn't really want to do it, so I just had to, like, just— I can't remember what I said, but I pissed her off, and then she was like, give me that book, and then she slammed it down.

Really? Now I want to know what you did to piss her off. That would be even funnier.

It's been a couple of years ago, so I can't really remember. I think I said something to her that was offensive, and she was just, like, she was irritated, so she was like, I want to do it. And I was like, look, it's a free hit.

So you no longer have the cyst, but now you also don't have a relationship with your mom because of the comment that you made.

We're good. So Mike did it himself.

He did it himself. Well, I have a ganglion cyst. That's what it is. So I went to the doctor because I thought something else was wrong with me. But, yeah, they drained it. It was really nasty. Yeah, that's not fun. Yeah, so I still have it, unfortunately. This was last year, but it's wet down, so there's hope.

Maybe I'll just piss my wife off while we're driving, and I'll just be like, I'll just say things while we're driving on this road trip and just let her hit it with a book.

I just think honestly, like after we just had a conversation with Shannon that make her go in and go get things checked out and you, too, also another person that we were like, you have to go get things checked out. What does it take to call your doctor and just or, you know, use the insurance that you pay for anyway?

Well, if you want it to go away for good, like, you do have to have it drained. In most cases, not all cases. Because they've got to get the sack.
