I'm taking you home with me. I mean, you can't find shoes this good just anywhere. I am a sample, long before I'm measured, long before I'm named. Each piece of me has a message, a nuanced role. When you look beyond the average, when you see where I belong, you see why I behave the way I do. When you start looking at my details, when you include my context, I start telling you the truth. I always had a story. You just needed a way to hear it.

00:01:25 - 00:01:29 | Speaker 1:

Every sample has a story. Learn more at 10xgenomics.com.

00:01:30 - 00:01:40 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning Show. Shannon, I hear you want to get arrested. Wait, no. I hear you. You got a thing for cuffs?

00:01:40 - 00:02:59 | Speaker 7:

I swear. You guys, Lucy got me in trouble, and I shouldn't be in trouble. And it's funny because she talked to you guys about it, didn't she? When you were at my house. She talked to Lydia about it. So, okay, let me tell you the story. I was dropping off some stuff to the kid's babysitter's house, and their babysitter lives in Royal Oak. And this was a couple of days ago. And there was a police officer. I pulled onto her street. There was a police officer who had pulled somebody over at the end of the street. And she lives kind of right there. So when I pulled up into her driveway, I could see the officer get out of his vehicle to give this lady a ticket. And I noticed that he was super young. and kind of hot and I said out loud and the kids were with me oh hello I'm like he's cute who can we hook him up with and instead as soon as we got home Lucy tattled on me and told Wes that I was checking out the young hot police officer and I'm like she left the part out of this story where I said we should hook him up with somebody and when you guys came over the other night I was like like Lydia or Megan or KP, but instead it was mom was checking out the young hot police officer and got me in freaking trouble.

00:03:00 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 6:

Dude, I don't know what it is with Metro Detroit police officers, but y'all are very attractive, especially the ones downtown. And firefighters. Oh, the fire, dude. I thought there was a fire at my apartment one time. We were all sitting in the park outside of my place and we were all just gaping at the firefighters that showed up because they were so hot. Yep.

00:03:21 - 00:03:24 | Speaker 5:

Are there uniforms that make people instantly hotter?

00:03:24 - 00:03:28 | Speaker 6:

I like a firefighter in half of the uniform. Which half? Just the pants.

00:03:30 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 7:

I feel like that's like a show in Vegas. Yeah.

00:03:34 - 00:03:39 | Speaker 5:

I feel like when I look at people in uniforms, there's something about a woman in scrubs I kind of like.

00:03:40 - 00:03:52 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. I don't know what it is, but. And the scrubs now, they have those figs. I think the brand is called Figs, and they're really cute. They're jogger bottoms, and, like, the tops are a little bit better than just the, you know, standard scrubs.

00:03:52 - 00:04:04 | Speaker 6:

And I think a man in scrubs is so hot, except for when he's wearing the, like, surgery hats. You know how sometimes they go to the coffee shop, and they'll leave that on, and I'm like...

00:04:04 - 00:04:11 | Speaker 7:

Okay, you're just trying to tell everybody that you're a doctor. When I see a guy out in scrubs, I'm like, you shouldn't be wearing your scrubs outside of the hospital. Right.

00:04:12 - 00:04:16 | Speaker 5:

I know those are dirty. You couldn't have took that off, bro? Like, you had to keep that on?

00:04:16 - 00:04:21 | Speaker 7:

But that's actually a good question. What uniform, or like, what's the, I don't even know how you said it.

00:04:21 - 00:04:23 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. What uniforms make someone hotter?

00:04:24 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 7:

Yes.

00:04:24 - 00:04:33 | Speaker 5:

844 Mojo Live, 844-665-6548. Did Wes say anything about this when you brought it up?

00:04:33 - 00:04:49 | Speaker 7:

He looked at me and he goes, oh, really? And I said, she left out the part of this. I wasn't, I mean, he was hot. I'm not going to not acknowledge that. He was a good looking kid. He was a kid. He was probably like 25 years old. I'm like, she left out the part of the story, though, where I said, who can we set him up with?

00:04:49 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

So you like kids. OK, got it. No. Oh, my God. I really got a call to police. Why did I even come back to police? Yeah, bad boys, bad boys.

00:05:00 - 00:05:17 | Speaker 2:

No, I think certain cop uniforms are hot. You get the SWAT uniform on, and now I'm scared. And not in the sexy way, but scared, like, in the scared way. You don't like SWAT? No, it's too much. Bulletin vest doesn't do it for you? It's too much. You look like Iron Man going into battle.

00:05:17 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 1:

Like, there's too much. So which police uniform looks the best? Do you like the blue? Do you like the brown? The sheriff? Do you like the state police? Which one looks the best to you?

00:05:25 - 00:05:51 | Speaker 2:

I like the formal blazer look that they wear to formal events, award ceremonies, stuff like that. Yeah. They have the jacket with the patches. There's a name for it, but I don't know what it is. It's like Navy whites. I think the white uniforms for the Navy. Remember when we were in Grand Haven doing Coast Guard Fest? Oh. Panty dropper. Panty dropper. It's a little early for that. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry.

00:05:51 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 1:

We're talking hot uniforms and who looks good and what. Kayla, what do you got to say?

00:05:58 - 00:06:10 | Speaker 4:

My husband is a mechanic, and very occasionally he gets to come home in his uniform, and he's covered in grease and sweat, and it's just like, oh, it gets me going. I love it.

00:06:10 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 1:

The dirt under the fingernails does it for you?

00:06:14 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 4:

That's what does it for me. Like, I don't care if he smells like oil. It's like, oof, take me in the room.

00:06:21 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 1:

That was going to be my question. Do you make him shower as soon as he comes in, or you can have a little fun with him immediately?

00:06:29 - 00:06:40 | Speaker 4:

It depends on how dirty his hands are, but he does scrub them when he leaves work, and he scrubs them when he gets home. But if I see them and, like, nails are clean, hands are clean, I'm like, what the hell?

00:06:41 - 00:06:45 | Speaker 1:

You go to the bathroom, see a little grease on the cheek, and just say, mm.

00:06:45 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 4:

Oh, by the way, first time long. Yeah! Yeah! Kayla's on the phone! And now my four-year-old is listening to you guys as well in the morning with us.

00:06:56 - 00:07:03 | Speaker 1:

Generational. Gotta love it. Thanks for calling, Kayla. Nikita, who's the hot one in the uniform for you?

00:07:04 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 4:

It's the military uniforms, but the dress one. Yes. With all their awards and medals and cords.

00:07:12 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 2:

Megan just made an inappropriate gesture with her tongue in the studio to agree with you, Nikita. How dare you? I deserve that after what I did to you, but how dare you?

00:07:22 - 00:07:24 | Speaker 1:

That's kind of like what you were saying, Megan, right?

00:07:24 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. All those formal... Like, if you had that weird gold rope around your armpit, let's go.

00:07:29 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 1:

That's a... No, immediately.

00:07:32 - 00:07:48 | Speaker 2:

Or, oh, cops on horseback. You like cops on horses? I do. Except they're like weird big stallions. I don't know. They remind me of the Budweiser horses. What are those called? The, um... Clydesdales. Clydesdales. Give me a cop on a Clydesdale in Greektown, and I'm like, Let's party, officer.

00:07:50 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to Clyde's deal. Hey, Carissa, good morning.

00:07:54 - 00:08:09 | Speaker 5:

Good morning, Kevin. First time, long time. Hey, Carissa's on the phone. Who looks hot to you? I grew up as a police officer's daughter, and I am marrying a firefighter, so I am surrounded by the uniform.

00:08:10 - 00:08:13 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I love it. It's a fire in the pants.

00:08:13 - 00:08:16 | Speaker 3:

What fire department, by the way? Shout them out.

00:08:16 - 00:08:30 | Speaker 5:

00:08:30 - 00:08:32 | Speaker 2:

00:08:32 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 1:

00:08:33 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 2:

Don't make that face I meant actual Like I'll bake those cookies That I made That were really good So I can impress these boys Yeah

00:08:39 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 1:

I think any way you say I bake cookies Is gonna sound crazy

00:08:42 - 00:08:45 | Speaker 2:

I meant my almond sugar cookies

00:08:45 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 1:

It still sounds crazy. I don't know. Jacqueline, good morning. Hey, y'all. Hey, who looks hot to you?

00:08:53 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 4:

I love men that have their chef's jacket on because I love a guy that can cook for me. Oh, that's a good one.

00:09:00 - 00:09:04 | Speaker 2:

That's a great one. And then when they roll up their sleeves and they have, like, some tattoos showing.

00:09:06 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's pretty hot.

00:09:08 - 00:09:15 | Speaker 1:

Yes, chef. Heard. Hey, Jacqueline. Hey, Sarah, good morning.

00:09:15 - 00:09:19 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. Long time, first time. Yeah, Sarah's on the phone.

00:09:20 - 00:09:21 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Sarah, who looks hot to you?

00:09:22 - 00:09:36 | Speaker 3:

My sexy construction worker husband. Oh, yeah. What's he typically wearing when he comes home? Usually hard hat, dirty hands, orange shirt, dirty jeans, work boots. Okay.

00:09:36 - 00:09:37 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, hard hat, huh?

00:09:37 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 2:

I love how some women are like, ooh, I like somebody who has a clean, pressed, perfect uniform, and others are like,

00:09:42 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 4:

dirty, I want him dirty. America.

00:09:44 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

00:10:00 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 2:

I was like, I'm admitting he was hot, but not for myself, not for myself. I find it a little yucky because my dad's a cop.

00:10:10 - 00:10:28 | Speaker 3:

Oh, so your dad's hot. Got it. I mean, in his 50s, I don't think so, but other people must. Oh, Megan, what? I do. That's her age. So he's got a 401k. All right. We know we have the right to remain silent. We just suck at it.
