Mojo on the Morning Show. We're commercial-free right now. Shannon found something in her garbage can that has now become the big mystery. What's it the mystery of?

00:01:52 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 1:

Whose clothes are they? This is so strange. So I emptied all of the trash cans in my house and dumped them into the bin outside. Yesterday, it was trash day. So this happened not last night, but the night before. So I'm throwing all the bags in my big bin that's up at the top of my driveway next to my garage. And as I'm dumping stuff in there, I notice there are men's clothes in my outdoor trash bin. Specifically on the top of the pile, I could see this really nice, like, quilted, maroon-colored men's pullover, okay? So I lifted it out to see it because I'm like, whose clothes are these? They're definitely not, obviously not mine. Size extra large, Van Heisen brand. Nothing seemed wrong with the pullover. I could see some other stuff in there. And so I'm like, who in the heck does this belong to and why is it in my trash can?

00:02:47 - 00:03:29 | Speaker 3:

You just pulled them out of your trash can and touched them? thing out oh god don't do that because i somebody put in something in my trash can once they poop themselves and put it in the trash can wait a complete stranger oh yeah you know i don't care what it is if somebody put something in your trash can it stays in there until the trash comes don't touch it i made that mistake once i found a pair of bicycle shorts and i was like what these aren't mine whose are they and i thought i busted one of my daughters like throwing away a pair of clothes They didn't like And I thought Okay this is gonna be A life lesson I have to take it inside And talk to them About valuing What we have I pulled them out And immediately Dropped them And realized Oh my god There was poopy pants In my trash

00:03:29 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 1:

This did not smell like poop It looked very nice And that's why I was like Why did somebody Throw this away

00:03:32 - 00:03:35 | Speaker 2:

This did not smell like poop Did you smell them

00:03:35 - 00:04:09 | Speaker 1:

No I didn't sniff it But like I would have smelled If it smelled like poop And it didn't I know it's not Wes's Because Wes is small He wears his eyes small Again this was an extra large So I texted my mom to see if her boyfriend had thrown away some stuff when they were over the weekend. And she was like, nope, not his. So it is a mystery. I have no idea why somebody would have walked up my driveway. And not pants. This was a shirt, but there were other things underneath. I didn't, Spike, to your point, I did not dig in my trash can to see. But that was the thing I pulled out, and it was a size extra large.

00:04:10 - 00:04:16 | Speaker 2:

Who's throwing their clothes in Shannon's trash can? Isn't that strange? That is weird.

00:04:16 - 00:04:22 | Speaker 1:

And again, not at the side of the road. I hadn't put them out at the side of the road yet. They walked up to your house. They walked up to my house.

00:04:23 - 00:04:40 | Speaker 2:

And you're not having any work or anything done around your house? Nope. That is nutty. I know. That just makes me wonder if there's a guy taking his clothes off outside of your house, and why is there a guy outside your house taking clothes off? You know what I mean? Yeah, I don't know. Why is there...

00:04:40 - 00:04:41 | Speaker 1:

I don't know.

00:04:41 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 2:

Wait, is it the crazy neighbor that complains about your leaves during fall?

00:04:45 - 00:04:53 | Speaker 1:

the time that would be his size i think really he's probably a large extra large what's he doing maybe he's and it does look like something he would wear but he has his own garbage can

00:04:53 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 2:

really uh mojo in the morning hello hi i'm guessing

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 4:

that one of Shannon's neighbors is having an affair and needed to dispose of the evidence.

00:05:05 - 00:05:05 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God.

00:05:05 - 00:05:08 | Speaker 6:

Oh, that is a great theory.

00:05:08 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 5:

That's a good plot twist here. What could be going on? Yeah. When you guess this, are you guessing this because your mind goes that way because you watch a lot of TV shows that are like that?

00:05:21 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I would say so. And then also today's Thursday, it's the War of the Roses. Right, exactly. Thank you.

00:05:26 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's a good point. Wendy, hi. Good morning. What's going on? Wendy's got a wild thought and comment. What's that?

00:05:36 - 00:05:45 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my gosh. The first thing I thought when she said that, she should take them to the police or let them come get them. Because what if somebody committed a crime and stashed them in there?

00:05:45 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 5:

And that's evidence.

00:05:46 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 1:

My brain does not go there. And by the way, it's already gone because garbage day was yesterday.

00:05:51 - 00:05:54 | Speaker 7:

I do watch a lot of dating. Oh, damn it. Are you already gone?

00:05:55 - 00:05:55 | Speaker 1:

You and me both.

00:05:55 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 5:

Because I'm going to tell you this.

00:05:56 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 1:

You and me both, Wendy.

00:05:57 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 5:

If I were to commit a crime, I would not throw the clothes in my garbage. Of course. I would throw, although you know what I would do? I'd throw them over a bridge into a lake or something. You know how they always do that? I don't know.

00:06:09 - 00:06:13 | Speaker 6:

The movies I always find always washes up or a fisherman catches it on his hook. Right.

00:06:15 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 5:

What's going on, Jasmine? Hi.

00:06:18 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 4:

Hi. I'm wondering, Shannon, do you have a ring? Have you checked your ring?

00:06:22 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 1:

I do, but I don't know when this happened. So I would have to go through like days and hours and hours of footage And I'm not that invested

00:06:30 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 5:

I'd be invested If you give me your passcode I'll go through it for you Hi Sonny, what's happening?

00:06:38 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 7:

Hey, how you doing?

00:06:39 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 5:

By the way, I felt like I don't know your name is Sonny But I felt like one of those old ladies That calls everybody Sonny When I was calling you Sonny I don't know why I felt that way Hi Sonny

00:06:48 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, I do have a podcast for throwing the clothes in Shannon's garbage

00:06:54 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 6:

Oh, you're taking credit or blame for this.

00:06:58 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, I was driving by and, you know, you're right. The body's in the river.

00:07:04 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Okay. I thought he was going to go to the creepy side and he was going to say I was hanging out at Shannon's house naked or something like that.

00:07:13 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 7:

No, no, I'm not that bad.

00:07:15 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 5:

Okay. All right. Thank you.

00:07:16 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 7:

Thanks for adding to the... See you, sonny. I love you. I love your radio show.

00:07:21 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 5:

Oh, we love you. Or we kind of like you after that call. What's up, Dorothy?

00:07:26 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 4:

Hi, guys. Listen, this is my second time calling in. I'm so excited.

00:07:30 - 00:07:32 | Speaker 5:

Wait, you called us up already today?

00:07:33 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no, no. I'm just saying, like, this is my second time. In your life? Yes.

00:07:37 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 5:

Nice. Oh, good. Call anytime. Second time caller, long time listener.

00:07:41 - 00:07:47 | Speaker 3:

Yes. So, listen, Shannon. Yes. Do not touch the stuff. I already did. I just said I did.

00:07:47 - 00:07:48 | Speaker 5:

Why? Why?

00:07:48 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 3:

No, but in the future, like, if stuff like that happens,

00:07:51 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 4:

because like say you probably probably stay in a good neighborhood but just say like if somebody was to do a crime and like want to get away throw away the evidence or something like that and then you put your hands in the trash can touching it and then say if they do like an investigation and want to you know track the crime scene and then forensics and stuff so do not

00:08:12 - 00:08:19 | Speaker 1:

touch the stuff that's not yours well the next time i come into evidence from a murder i will

00:08:19 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 5:

remember that do you tell us this because you work for like a crime lab or a police department

00:08:25 - 00:08:28 | Speaker 4:

no i just like to watch law and order

00:08:28 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 5:

yeah you don't want to get you don't want to uh you want to mess with that mariska cart harkache or whatever her name is sure right yeah love you guys but also not just the murder part it could have poopies on it yes yes mike i'm so sorry yeah um mike uh mike says that people do this all the time they throw crazy crap into your garbage is that right mike i used to in the

00:08:56 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 2:

past uh i used to be a manager of uh frank stars for years ago and one of our favorite things was to go to the dumpster just see we found a motorcycle a boat one day i go in there a boat And there's a woman's dress I move it over There's also bra and panties What the hell's going on? I got a stick and I'm moving it I find a little tub of Vaseline And several Pornographic magazines And I said this is too weird So I ended up calling the police I said you know you may want to check this out Whoever's going back there and doing this

00:09:30 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 5:

Wait hold on Is that Frank's Nursery? Yeah

00:09:35 - 00:09:38 | Speaker 1:

I remember Frank's Nursery They don't have them anymore.

00:09:38 - 00:09:40 | Speaker 5:

Were you ever around a Frank's nursery at all?

00:09:41 - 00:09:41 | Speaker 2:

Not recently.

00:09:41 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 5:

Not recently, okay. All right, just checking.

00:09:44 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 2:

But also, where's the boat? I was up on the police. The crime scene taped my whole dumpster off for three days. Wait, because of the porn magazines and the Vaseline? Well, come to find out, they found a dead prostitute on the other side of a house.

00:09:57 - 00:10:07 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my gosh. It was her stuff, and they thanked me over and over for calling. Wow. It turned out it was part of the crime scene. Oh, my gosh.

00:10:07 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 1:

Well, Drewski and Dank, my garbage guys.

00:10:10 - 00:10:13 | Speaker 2:

You know your garbage guys' names.

00:10:13 - 00:10:15 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, because they write me chalk notes on my driveway.

00:10:15 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 2:

Your garbage guys chalk note your driveway.

00:10:19 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 1:

They are the best. Yes, they do. All the time.

00:10:21 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 2:

The life of a single girl, to have that happening, that's unbelievable.

00:10:25 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 1:

I love that.

00:10:25 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 2:

What do they write you, like love notes?

00:10:26 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, or like yesterday they put a heart. Last week, they wrote Happy Thanksgiving. They do. They really do all the time.

00:10:33 - 00:10:34 | Speaker 2:

You're garbage, guys. Look at that.

00:10:34 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 1:

Aren't they cute?

00:10:35 - 00:10:42 | Speaker 2:

Meanwhile, the people in the next street are like, are they ever going to come? Maybe it's their clothes. Maybe it's Drewski and Dank's clothes.

00:10:42 - 00:11:12 | Speaker 7:

They had Taco Tuesday, and then they have to throw it away. A home World Cup only happens once in a lifetime, and we are not missing a second. I'm Castle 1021.
