Here's the gist of this, that two-hour delays for many Detroit area schools. There is somebody that's going to be having a baby on the show, and that is Mike. He made the announcement towards the end of this past year that he and Allie are having a baby, that they're pregnant right now with number three. I even checked in with you to see how's the pregnancy been for Allie

it's a lot harder than the first she was blessed we were blessed to have I don't know how you're supposed to say that to have an easier pregnancy on the first two it's a little harder the first trimester she was pretty sick this one she's very very tired and she's also got

she's also got kids that she's running around after and she's working and everything yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Is she craving anything in particular? Oh, my. I had to go in the middle of that snowstorm. I had to go to Meyers because she wanted mayonnaise. Oh, really? We don't have mayo in that. She doesn't even like mayo, but she wanted just a mayonnaise sandwich. And so I had to go to the store and get her. That's funny.

Really? Is it like mayonnaise or is it like that real? Like miracle.

Uh-uh.

Real mayonnaise. Like Hellman's. I love that. I feel like I need that, too. Do you guys know what the sex of the baby is? Have you guys figured that out? Or didn't you say you were waiting?

So, yeah, that's the idea. We have a boy and a girl. So we decided that we're just going to wait till the baby's born and not find out the gender. But she has an appointment on Friday that I can't make it to. And we kind of wanted our daughter to go to it, too. So she's kind of a part of this all. And so she's going just for the ultrasound just to check on things. And she tells me that she's not going to find out the sex of the baby. But we've also been struggling with names. Like, I can't figure out what no name seems to fit. and I think it was easier when we knew what the gender of the baby was and then you got to buy the stuff and like the clothes and the other stuff that you're just kind of stuck right now not being able to get any of those things or figure out a name until we know the gender and I have a sneaky suspicion that she's going to go to this and she's going to find it out and not tell me the gender of the baby. She'll know. Well, her and Cess will know then. Yes.

You think Cess could keep that a secret?

I don't know. I don't think so.

I'm always surprised how many couples, like, somebody will go find out and not tell the other person. Because I don't know how you keep that secret once it's there.

I see. And I think she knew with Milo, too. Because if we go back to the gender reveal, we're not doing that this year, but if we go back to the gender reveal, she wore blue for it. And I was convinced she knew then. I think she's going to find out, and she's just not going to tell me.

Who didn't want to find out this time? Was that both of you guys, or were you pulling for it harder? No, it was both of us. Okay.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I think we've hit a point, though, of no name. We've even started using a baby app that tells you baby names. So it generates a bunch of baby names based on your— It's like Tinder, but for baby names. What a great idea.

That is a great idea.

We're both connected to this app, and then we swipe left or right if we like the name, and we can't get any of them to match.

Oh, I hope she doesn't find out, because it is so fun to be surprised. It really is.

a baby a little boy and it was fun keeping it from my husband and teasing him and stuff like that so we had a bit of a laugh at that time but i'd like to tell you something a little bit more interesting why i i found out uh my mom who was uh dying at the time told me i was having a little boy so she said i'm having a little boy she told me i was pregnant really wow after visiting her at the hospital. I did a pregnancy test, and I found out I was pregnant, and then I had a little boy. Oh, my goodness. Now, did your mom always have, like, this ability?

She

did, but she didn't flaunt it much, you know, especially when she knew deaths were happening. She always told me afterwards that, hey, I knew that was going to happen or, you know, but she was a bit of a matchmaker, too, so she did a lot of matchmaking in our community, and she was very spiritual. She meditated every day so i think she had the ability but she didn't use it much because she was just a bit aware of what the community would sort of say that is fascinating ridicule her or whatever you know so

Good morning. So when I was pregnant, I found out in like October, and we were going Black Friday shopping. And I was determined to find out. And my family is huge advocates for not finding out. So my family paid me off with buying my stuff when we went shopping, buying me a crockpot and a vacuum to bribe me not to find out what I was having.

That's what I should do.

So I got a crock pot and a vacuum, and I did not find out what we were having until he was born. And we're in the room. We had a C-section, and we're in the room, and three minutes goes by, and my husband said, would you just tell us what it is? And they said, oh, my gosh, we forgot. Nobody does that anymore.

Wow.

So then, you know, it took them a while to tell us the gender of our baby at the time because they said everybody finds out now, and they just forgot that we didn't tell them.
