Lions vs. the Minnesota Vikings That game happens on January the 5th. We are going to be on vacation until January the 6th. And so we get to give away our pair of tickets. Well, it's actually a $1,000 StubHub gift card. And we have vowed that we'll do it always the day before our show's over. Because what happened when we didn't? We should have listened to Megan. We should have listened to Megan. The Lions ended up having a loss. They are taking on the Bears this weekend, right? In Chicago? Yeah. The Bears are 0-8 since that incident took place where their cornerback, remember that, when the guy was taunting the fans? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I saw that on TikTok. In the end zone? Yeah. They haven't won a game since then? They haven't won a game since then. We love to see it. We love to see it. Well, here's the deal. We also want to make sure that we don't get too hyped up with this and get too crazy. That's why the Lions are telling you, don't give up hope. When they have injury, they know what they're doing. This team has put together for a reason. That's why when you have an injury, you don't give up hope. You come back from it. So this morning on our show, we want to go injured for the Lions. What's the craziest injury that you sustained? How did you get it? We've got some people on the phone lines here. And then we've got to pick who's going to be the person winning this $1,000 card from Papa Romano's Pizza. Our good friend Chris over at Papa Romano's Pizza. Oh, that's the wrong button. Where's my ding? Oh, no. My ding went. There it is. My ding's getting blocked over here. All right, so first up for grabs, let's go to Katie here. Katie, how you doing?

00:04:32 - 00:04:33 | Speaker 6:

Hi, how are you?

00:04:33 - 00:04:36 | Speaker 7:

Alexandra, let's get yours, okay? Craziest injury that you got, Alexandra. This one's going to make you cringe.

00:06:07 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 1:

This is going to, trust me, when I was in school, I remember running and I had a pencil in my hand. I tripped and fell and it got me between my eyeball and nose. and i i kid you not until this day i still have blood in my eye like i can see it's still blurry

00:06:28 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 4:

but i still have blood in my eye you are so lucky that you have an eye though man that's amazing

00:06:34 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 1:

and you can see out of your eye i mean i can see it's like very blurry in my left eye but i can

00:06:41 - 00:07:06 | Speaker 4:

still see but i mean i'm blessed oh my god that's crazy all right hold on one second hold on that's a good one that's a really good one d is up next hi d how you doing what's up d i'm good what's happening there d i was thinking i was thinking d was going to be a guy and i'm like i'm good i'm like yes d what's up let's hear about this injury you got oh i don't know i i i tell people do not

00:07:06 - 00:07:13 | Speaker 3:

try this at home so my horse got out and he was hold on stop for a second when people say

00:07:13 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 4:

Hey, something like that. Like, yeah, like everybody has a horse. Your horse got out. Where'd your horse get out of?

00:07:20 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 3:

The barn.

00:07:22 - 00:07:24 | Speaker 4:

The horse got out of the barn.

00:07:24 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 3:

As one does. And of course, he's running towards the road. I'm in my pajamas. I jump on my side-by-side. I get all the way up to him, and he turns around and decides he does not want to be caught and runs back to the barn. Unbeknownst to me, the rope that I had that I was going to catch him with slipped down around my arm and went into the wheel well of the side-by-side. And it wrapped around my arm and pulled me out of the gator going 45 miles an hour. I broke all of my ribs on my left-hand side. The gator hit me. It scalped me. And it was also on a dirt driveway, so I had road rafts everywhere. My poor mother, who's 70-some years old, was in the passenger seat, and she's still going, looking back at me like, oh, my God, what just happened? So finally, the rope is still wrapped completely around my arm, cutting off all circulation, but finally got up to the house and walked in the front door and proceeded to pass out on the dog bed, and my husband was like, what did you do? and called an ambulance and kind of the rest is history. But I tell kids we do not call that horse. Oh, my goodness.

00:08:46 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 4:

By the way, if you got a horse, do you got enough money for tickets? That seems like a lot of money to have a horse. Unless, where do you live? Where do you live?

00:08:55 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 3:

It's Cedar Springs.

00:08:56 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so we got you live, you're in the sticks then, huh?

00:09:00 - 00:09:01 | Speaker 3:

I'm in the sticks.

00:09:02 - 00:09:04 | Speaker 4:

Okay, all right. Is that how you guys get around town?

00:09:05 - 00:09:13 | Speaker 3:

By the way, we're judging on the story. None of the details. We do not use the side-by-side. I'm not allowed to be on that with a rope.

00:09:13 - 00:09:18 | Speaker 4:

Okay. All right. Can we just confirm her injuries, broken ribs, and what else was happening?

00:09:18 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 3:

Broken ribs, I had staples in my head. I had road rash across my face, my entire body, and also, amazingly enough, I did not break my arm, but what it did when it cut off my circulation is it took literally all of my skin my muscles and my nerves and made a gigantic ball at my wrist and so now my that

00:09:42 - 00:09:47 | Speaker 4:

eventually went away but now um can you watch lion's games on tv on the farm there or if you

00:09:47 - 00:09:52 | Speaker 3:

no we don't get any tv they don't get it my god where are they calling us from this is unbelievable

00:09:52 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 4:

she's on the ranch are you on yellowstone ranch are you do you know beth and rip and those guys hold on a second here this is the one here that's

00:10:00 - 00:10:01 | Speaker 3:

Let's go to Tyler. Are you there, Tyler?

00:10:02 - 00:10:04 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Good morning, everyone. Good morning, Tyler.

00:10:05 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 3:

Tyler, we're injured for the Lions. The Lions got a lot of injuries. So do you. Craziest injury you got?

00:10:10 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 1:

I was working in the elevator shaft, and my arm got pinned between a steel beam and the counterweight coming down. And I was stuck there for over two hours.

00:10:23 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 3:

In an elevator shaft? Wait, the elevator closed on you, and your arm started getting stuck?

00:10:29 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 1:

No, I was working in the elevator shaft. You're okay. And then the counterweight came down and smashed my arm.

00:10:36 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 3:

Wow. I've always wondered, if you've got your arm stuck, like I've tried to stop the elevator door, and I've always wondered, if your hand gets stuck in there, would your arm all of a sudden break off and be left inside the door?

00:10:48 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, right?

00:10:49 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 3:

It could be a potential. That's crazy. Those are crazy ones. You want to talk to somebody who broke a kneecap? You want to talk to somebody who broke their balls? or do you want to talk to somebody that broke their penis, or all three? Let's go all three. Balls and penis. All right, balls and penis. Give me some balls and penis. Balls and penis. Balls and penis. Chase, what's up? How you doing?

00:11:11 - 00:11:37 | Speaker 4:

Well, Mojo, I'm your guy then. When I was a kid, I was hopping over one of those wire fences, playing football with some friends, went to go retrieve the football, and on my way down, my Dan Campbells got stuck on the fence, and one of them ripped open. Oh, my God. They showed it back up, and growing up, I've been the one-nut wonder. He's amazing.

00:11:37 - 00:11:40 | Speaker 3:

Dave, this is good. Chase, you're good. Hold on a second. Chase is good.

00:11:40 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 4:

Oh, he's my favorite.

00:11:41 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 3:

All right. Let's go from balls to penis now. Voice disguise this next caller here. T, are you there?

00:11:50 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 2:

What up, what up?

00:11:51 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 3:

I almost think that I would not want my regular voice on the air if I was telling everybody that my penis broke. What happened to you, T?

00:11:59 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 2:

a day I was hooking up with a Caldean girl. She wanted me to come over, so I said okay. In a room upstairs, heard some footsteps. Dad opened the door, kicked open the door with a Louisville slugger. Started beating me with a baseball bat. Wait, who was

00:12:23 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 3:

it?

00:12:24 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 2:

The father of the girl that I was

00:12:26 - 00:12:28 | Speaker 3:

The father of the Caldean girl.

00:12:29 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:12:30 - 00:12:36 | Speaker 3:

He caught you in his Chaldean daughter's room in bed with her?

00:12:37 - 00:12:42 | Speaker 2:

Let's just say the footsteps helped me not be in bed, but yes.

00:12:42 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 3:

And he beat you with a Louisville Slugger baseball bat. Tell me about the broken penis.

00:12:49 - 00:13:15 | Speaker 2:

Well, he was facing the door and there was one way out, so I used the window. I jumped out the window Landed on my right leg I broke my ankle I sprained my MCL But when I slipped out I landed directly on my stomach And I still had a Three quarter And up to breaker

00:13:15 - 00:13:22 | Speaker 3:

Wait You still had a boner And the boner ended up breaking

00:13:22 - 00:13:31 | Speaker 2:

No penis, shut up, puss. Yeah, I was running around the thing, getting my ass beat with her phone.

00:13:31 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 3:

You fell on your penis? I was falling off the window. Oh, my God. Does it still work?

00:13:37 - 00:13:38 | Speaker 2:

Sometimes.

00:13:40 - 00:13:42 | Speaker 3:

Do you still hang out with Keldean girls?

00:13:44 - 00:13:46 | Speaker 2:

They are still amazing.

00:13:48 - 00:13:50 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. Do their dads still catch you?

00:13:51 - 00:13:54 | Speaker 2:

I just stay away from them now. Learn your lesson, right?

00:13:54 - 00:14:52 | Speaker 3:

Right, exactly. All right, hold on one second. Hold on. This is the moment of truth, guys. This is the moment of truth here on the show. We got a lot of injuries. There's some crazy ones here. I mean, we had a lady fall off of a horse. We had somebody have their arm in an elevator shaft. Person's got a finger or, I'm sorry, a pencil through their eye. the guy ripped his Dan Campbells and the Chaldean dad beat the crap out of his boner which one do you guys like I think I like Chase the balls guy I'm going One Night Wonder too You like him too? The Dan Campbells The winner of a $1,000 StubHub gift card so they can go purchase tickets to see the Lions take on the Minnesota Vikings Give it up for Chase everybody You're a winner, man.

00:14:53 - 00:14:55 | Speaker 4:

All right. Maybe Dan will share the love.

00:14:56 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 3:

Congratulations to you, man. We're going to set you up with those tickets.

00:15:00 - 00:15:07 | Speaker 2:

You got him courtesy of Zod Ford, our good friend Steve Gabara. He's got both his balls intact. I know that for a fact.

00:15:07 - 00:15:09 | Speaker 6:

The man of the day, Steve Gabara.

00:15:09 - 00:15:28 | Speaker 2:

And, yes, he's been awesome for us, hasn't he? He's a guy that loves him. And Chris from Papa Romano's Pizza, where if you want to deal on Papa Romano's Pizza, text my Dan Campbell's, too. No, I'm just kidding. Could you imagine? By the way, you're great. People are going to text that. And Chase, you're a great storyteller, too, man. That's a great story.

00:15:28 - 00:15:32 | Speaker 6:
