Hey everyone, it's the Jonas Brothers. This week on the podcast, hey Jonas, we're hanging out with Michael Buble. After Kevin's recent interesting confession about Michael, we figured there's only one thing to do. we must invite Michael Bublé on the podcast and we want to know what's on his sexy time playlist. You know, I did an interview and they're like, have you heard about this Jonas Brothers thing? And they're like, what did you think of it? And I was like, well, I mean, it's reciprocal. We talk about Kevin's confession, Michael's reaction, and a whole lot more. Our conversation with Michael Bublé is out now. Listen to Hey Jonas on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

mojo in the morning show good to have you guys here with us mojo spike shannon megan mike kp lydia we've got reese and katie all here today broadcasting live channel 955 in Detroit, 92.5 Kiss FM in Toledo, and 104.5 SNX in Grand Rapids, Muskegon. It's good to have you guys here. It is the Wednesday edition of the show, which means that we do five lies to tell your mom, phone scams, senseless surveys all this morning. The contests are good. We're giving away a bunch of concert tickets like Louie Tomlinson concert tickets, a chance for you to go see Taylor Swift. We've got that opportunity twice for you, 6.30 and 9.30, and then the big grocery contest where you can win ten thousand dollars in free groceries it was funny because yesterday i was walking in the the hallway and i was having a conversation with one of the other program directors of one of the other stations and he was just talking to me and he had a little bit of prize envy he was like i'm listening to you on the way in i go oh man thanks a lot i appreciate that that's very nice of you and he said and i don't know how you guys get all these good prizes all the time trips and cars and concert tickets and groceries my wife called me up right away and said they're giving away ten thousand dollars in groceries and i said uh i said you know what it's funny because you know

00:05:00 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 1:

anything can be given away and listen i've given away the smallest of prizes like beer koozies on the radio to the biggest of prizes a house which was like the most amazing prize ever and i still will never forget that we gave away a house at center court of a pistons game which was awesome but then i think about this all the time like i think sometimes we brush over the prizes that we give away like a pair of tickets to go see the wwe uh smackdown is not a small thing to a listener that is a fan of wwe smackdown no it's actually really cool that's a it's a great event and it's let me say this to you little ceasers arena has more people in it for wwe smackdown than they do for pistons and red wings games you know what i mean so people go they for fans so sometimes we have to like sit there and pat ourselves on the back so pat pat pat pat pat We're going to pat ourselves on the back for these. So keep listening. Thank you so much. And I hope that that adds to your enjoyment of listening to the radio show. I will say this. I think that we're going to have a couple of members of the show alive and alert today, although they may crash and burn later just because they're not used to this. But I found out that Reese and KP yesterday went to bed drastically early. I mean, when I say drastically, they went to bed like in the after. Reese, what time did you go to bed?

00:06:22 - 00:06:29 | Speaker 3:

The moment I got back from work yesterday. So what time was that? I want to say it was about 1.32 p.m. Wait a second.

00:06:29 - 00:06:33 | Speaker 1:

What? 1.32 o'clock in the afternoon, and you slept until?

00:06:33 - 00:06:50 | Speaker 3:

I slept until 9 p.m., woke up really fast just to see if I could make a video, then fell back asleep while making the video, so then slept until 9 to my alarm this morning. Are you serious? How do you sleep eight hours and eight hours? I have no idea. I don't even have an answer. It's amazing.

00:06:51 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 2:

I'm really proud of you.

00:06:52 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

I know.

00:06:52 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 2:

I'm kind of proud of myself. Daddy, I would feel like a new human being. Yeah. I could only wish that happened to me.

00:06:58 - 00:07:02 | Speaker 1:

You know what? You were 10 minutes early for the show today. Isn't that amazing?

00:07:02 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 2:

Grace walked in, and Mojo and I go, wait.

00:07:05 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 1:

I didn't know your key card worked that early.

00:07:07 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 2:

I thought that's insane.

00:07:09 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 1:

By the way, they probably thought somebody actually was an intruder coming in here when that happened. That's amazing. Now, KP, I actually was sitting in the parking lot listening to something on the radio, and KP startled me this morning as she pulled in, and she jumps out of her car like wide awake, because what time did you go to bed at last night?

00:07:27 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 4:

I went to bed at 5.30 yesterday. Oh, my gosh. And I woke up this morning at 4.30. It was an accident. Wow.

00:07:35 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 1:

I got to see it. I know. Yeah. Man, that's unbelievable. So how do you feel this morning?

00:07:42 - 00:08:04 | Speaker 4:

Well, I feel fine physically, but mentally I'm like, wow, I feel like I was just here. It's true. It came from work to actually. Go to work to work? I was supposed to go to a car appointment, and I realized that it was actually scheduled for Thursday. So I think my sleep, my nap was just like me being upset and like, I'm just going to sleep it off. And I'm sleeping the entire day.

00:08:04 - 00:08:31 | Speaker 1:

Oh, did you show up at the car appointment and found out it wasn't? Well, that's wild. So I have to ask the question of our listeners. What is the longest that you've ever slept? When I hear this of sleeping 16 hours, is that what it was, Spike? The math on Reese? Yeah. 16 hours? Oh, my God. I slept over 24 before. Why does that not surprise me? You slept over 24 hours?

00:08:31 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 2:

That's not sleep. That's a coma. Well, it felt nice. Did you take something to sleep? No, no. Were you zooted? Nope. Oh. No, I was probably like 16 or 17, and I slept for like 24 hours straight. Oh, my gosh. Isn't it funny? I've said this before. This is like one of my dreams. Like this is a bucket list for me. I don't know. This might sound super unhealthy. I dream of a day when I can take a sleeping pill, which I've only ever done once in my life, and it was after I had LASIK surgery that made me take it so I would keep my eyes shut. I just want to go home on a Friday, take a sleeping pill, and see how long I can sleep. That sounds like a dream day to me.

00:09:05 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 1:

That's a mom dream if I ever heard one.

00:09:07 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 2:

Mom dream come true.

00:09:08 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. You know, it's funny that, you know, Megan talks about when she was 17, because I always joke that whenever I fall asleep on a Friday night and wake up on Saturday and get like nine hours sleep, like sometimes that will happen. I go, I feel like a teenager again. I feel like, cause that was it. Like I, I, when I was a teenager, man, I would, I would go to bed at probably like three in the morning or four in the morning. And I would wake up sometimes at four or five in the evening, you know, I'd sleep the entire day which was uh which was awesome my dad would go that all he does is sleep no no he eats too uh but it's funny um when you have that reese are you starving this morning i'm starving this morning yeah because that happened when you fall asleep and you sleep for that long of a period of time you want to have like a feast you're like get so hungry i will say this to both of you guys

00:10:00 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 3:

You're going to get tired about halfway through the show. You're going to end up, you're going to go, wait a second. I thought I would slept all that much because I think your body all of a sudden is not used to all the action that you guys are going to be doing during the show. What's up, Wendy? How long did you sleep?

00:10:15 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 4:

I slept 25 hours. Oh my God. I was up. I was a brand new nurse working night shift and I got home. I worked a 12 hour shift. I got home. I went to bed at eight o'clock in the morning and my husband, woke me up at nine o'clock the following morning just to make sure i was still alive wow wow i i

00:10:35 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 3:

would have probably woke you up sooner than that because i would be so worried that something

00:10:38 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 4:

happened to you well he was working along chips too so he wasn't okay yeah yeah how'd you feel when you woke up from a 25 hour sleep i felt terrible i didn't even feel rested i think my body was just so exhausted my body didn't know if i was supposed to be awake or still sleeping It was terrible.

00:10:56 - 00:11:04 | Speaker 1:

Isn't it funny? No part of me wants to sleep that much. No part of me. Not even a little bit. You know what I had happen to me yesterday, Wendy?

00:11:04 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 3:

So I was exhausted, too. You know what it is? It's just getting back from the holidays, and we normally don't have the, you know, we're not used to the hours yet. It takes a few weeks to get used to waking up so early. I told Chelsea, I said, I'm going to fall asleep for just a little bit. I fell asleep, and I woke up at 5.23 p.m., thinking it's 5.23 a.m., and I jumped off of my couch where I was and ran to go to the bathroom, to go to the shower, to jump in and quickly try to get here before 6 o'clock, before we sign on in the air.

00:11:45 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 2:

I hate that.

00:11:46 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 3:

To only have Chelsea run in and go, what's the matter? Because she never seen me run so fast because I got up so fast. She's like, oh, my God, are you okay? She thought I was sick and run into the bathroom.

00:11:59 - 00:12:04 | Speaker 4:

Right. You can't basically work night shifts like I do because you get up so early so your body just gets confused.

00:12:05 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 3:

That is the worst feeling in the world, too, isn't it, when that happens? I feel like I was going to have a heart attack trying to catch myself because we're so worried that we're going to be late for the show. And it's dark then, too, so I look at him. Yeah, Mike, you're right. It's awful. By the way, Mike, how you doing? How's Milo feeling?

00:12:23 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 1:

He's fine. He was at the tail end of something. My wife is always the one that takes the day off to be with him, so I decided to give her a break. Good for you.

00:12:31 - 00:12:41 | Speaker 3:

We'll talk more about Mike had some interesting things happen to him yesterday when he was home with Milo. What's up, Tom? Yeah, hey, how's it going, guys? What's going on, buddy? How long did you sleep?

00:12:42 - 00:12:46 | Speaker 5:

18 hours after my COVID booster. Oh, really?

00:12:47 - 00:12:48 | Speaker 3:

Knocked you out. Yeah.

00:12:48 - 00:12:58 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It was brutal. I passed out on the couch. Wife finally decided to wake me up with dinner. I said, what day is it?

00:12:58 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I remember it made me really tired, too. Just the whole weekend, I just laid around on the couch. And it was bad because my girlfriend made me watch all these horrible Halloween movies that she likes.

00:13:08 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 3:

And then that made you fall asleep again?

00:13:10 - 00:13:16 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I just go right back to sleep. Start doing it with four girls. Oh, no. So how did you sleep?

00:13:17 - 00:13:20 | Speaker 3:

Jamie, more than 25 hours. How long did you sleep?

00:13:21 - 00:13:24 | Speaker 5:

I slept for just over two days.

00:13:24 - 00:13:27 | Speaker 3:

Wait, what was that? Were you sick or something?

00:13:28 - 00:13:47 | Speaker 5:

No, it was when I was an older teenager. I had a sleeping problem where I couldn't fall asleep. So I was prescribed Seroquel as a sleeping medication. And I took an extra one that night And woke up in my bed two days later Wow

00:13:47 - 00:13:51 | Speaker 3:

Did you have to go back and ask people What happened over those two days?

00:13:51 - 00:13:52 | Speaker 2:

Who's president?

00:13:53 - 00:13:55 | Speaker 3:

Did anything monumental happen that you missed?

00:13:56 - 00:14:06 | Speaker 5:

Well, my mom said that I did get up out of bed And used the bathroom But she said I didn't say anything And I looked like I was asleep

00:14:06 - 00:14:20 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, because I would assume that that your body needs to do something right over that period of time that you'd probably have to go to the bathroom but yeah do you wake up thirsty i wake up sometimes if i sleep really

00:14:20 - 00:14:35 | Speaker 5:

long with cotton mouth yeah i well i'm already like thirsty all the time as it is i drink a lot of water and i woke up starving and so dry like my eyes were dry my nose my mouth like it's so

00:14:35 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 3:

you know what you should you should weigh yourself after that and and see what your height is because they say that you you grow the longer you sleep the more that you lose weight and grow believe it or not in your sleep oh crap yeah that's what i did wrong he's not sleeping five feet tall um all right well uh we've got uh we've got to get to some

00:15:00 - 00:15:21 | Speaker 1:

boot in here, Reese, for you in KP. It's funny because KP actually sent me a note. I was surprised by this too with you that I didn't get one from you. She's like, if you're going to Starbucks, can you get me a coffee? I'm thinking to myself, okay, because she's tired. She works a lot between this and doing her air shifts and stuff like that. She slept for how many hours there and you needed a coffee this morning? Why did you need a coffee to wake up?

00:15:22 - 00:15:46 | Speaker 3:

Because my body was so tired. I'm like, I need coffee today. Isn't that wild? Tyler Reddick here from 2311 Racing. The rush of racing? Nothing beats it. But Chumba Casino comes close.
