And he's a guy that he does so much and he expects so little. All he wants is his DoorDash. Just get him his freaking DoorDash. No, I want to be in the new studio. I know you do, too. I do, too.

00:02:31 - 00:02:32 | Speaker 7:

I'm fired up, Zach.

00:02:33 - 00:02:59 | Speaker 6:

Zach. Hey. Calm me down. I'm sorry. You bring me calm, Zach. What you do for us every single morning, how much you work for us. That's a good job, man. All right, so here's the story, though. you were ordering door you got you think that you got robbed by a door dash delivery driver and anybody that's a delivery driver does door dash instacart whatever i want you to listen up if you're this person we're coming for you what happened yeah so yesterday i ordered chinese food

00:02:59 - 00:03:55 | Speaker 9:

with my sister right oh really love chinese food um and before the order got went through literally the dasher text me and he's like are you tipping in cash and i'm like this is weird so i didn't respond um literally about 16 minutes go by and he's like your order's taking a while i'm like no way like what's going okay he then texts me again he says the restaurant is having issues by that time the restaurant calls me and says hey your order is actually ready your dasher hasn't picked it up yet so then i'm like this guy is totally scamming me 100 yeah so i sent you guys a picture in the in the group chat okay i'm looking at it right now bro you're lying the restaurant called me and you aren't there i'm complaining to you right now so then i went to go pick up my own uh i'm a little nervous i don't know why no it's all right you didn't do anything

00:03:55 - 00:04:01 | Speaker 3:

people in trouble i don't know do you need a drink of that whatever that is over there

00:04:01 - 00:04:07 | Speaker 7:

Oh, I love you. I love you. Give this guy his DoorDash. Give him the liquor. Give him the liquor. Give him the liquor, yeah.

00:04:07 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 6:

He wanted his Chinese food. So the guy was trying to hose you. He was trying to hose me, yeah. He was trying to get a tip, bro. What'd you say? Is this a common thing that I've never, I door-to-door-dash all the time. I've never had, I've had them come to my door, and then they come to my door standing there for a while looking like they want you to give them money. Right? Yeah.

00:04:25 - 00:04:30 | Speaker 4:

Bro, it was the cash tip thing. Is that kind of been like, yeah, of course, my man's would have brought it.

00:04:30 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 9:

yeah what if i'm like yeah i have five dollars in cash like would you rather have i don't know it was just very weird and i'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced this because i want to know

00:04:39 - 00:04:49 | Speaker 6:

like how it works where my where my door dash driver's at 844 mojo live uh 844-665-6548 is

00:04:49 - 00:04:54 | Speaker 4:

our telephone number hey where are the white women at no where are the door dash people at will you

00:04:54 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

Call us, 844-MOJO-LIVE. So this is the part that I think is so sketchy.

00:05:00 - 00:05:12 | Speaker 2:

I would, as soon as I say, are you tipping cash, he already gets his tip in there. He knows what his percentage tip is. Don't they? Or am I wrong? Do they not see that there's a tip already on there?

00:05:12 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 6:

They have to because when I give a big tip, somebody gets it right away. And if I give a normal tip, it takes like 40 minutes for them to assign a driver.

00:05:19 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:05:20 - 00:05:23 | Speaker 6:

Really? Yes. I thought you couldn't tell what the tip was.

00:05:23 - 00:05:24 | Speaker 2:

Until after it's delivered?

00:05:24 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 6:

Until after it gets delivered and then they know. Yeah. I don't know, but call us.

00:05:28 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 2:

Tanya, the DoorDash driver's on with us. hi tanya hi there how are you good tanya why did zach get scammed like this because people are

00:05:38 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 4:

greedy and just fools ignorant i mean we have the choice to pick the order if we want to if it's worth our time and money and if you don't want it then just don't pick it i see people harassing door dashes all the time and it's our door dashers harassing people it's it's hilarious i don't know while they're doing that you can get kicked off the job and never get back in i mean it's just ridiculous people steal food all the time it's really really bad and everything all right what's

00:06:07 - 00:06:21 | Speaker 2:

worse let me ask this to everybody what would you rather the door dash driver ate some of your french fries or ate some of your food or that they held you hostage for more cash tip don't touch my food

00:06:21 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 4:

I'd rather some jerk, you know, eat my food, but, you know.

00:06:25 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 2:

At least you got your food, right? Zach didn't even get his food. He didn't even get his dim sum. I'd pick it up myself, damn it.

00:06:32 - 00:06:40 | Speaker 4:

I'd drop it off and call it a day so I can keep moving. Just like a waiter or a waitress, they need that table to flip. You know what?

00:06:40 - 00:06:43 | Speaker 2:

You're a good American. Real quick, I've got to ask you a question.

00:06:43 - 00:06:43 | Speaker 4:

I try my best.

00:06:43 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 2:

Zach, I want to know, what did you order? I love Chinese. Sesame chicken.

00:06:49 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 3:

Classy. You can get some shrimp fried rice or vegetable fried. What? You can get shrimp fried rice or vegetable fried.

00:06:56 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 2:

You only do chicken.

00:06:56 - 00:07:02 | Speaker 4:

Shrimp fried rice? No, shrimp fried rice. Shrimp fried rice. That's it like that. Shrimp fried rice. Yeah. Shrimp fried rice.

00:07:02 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 2:

All right. Thank you for the call.

00:07:04 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 4:

Oh, she said, say it like that.

00:07:05 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 2:

No. That was not us doing that. We're not going there. What's going on, Bree?

00:07:10 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 5:

Hi. Good morning.

00:07:11 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 2:

Good morning. What's going on?

00:07:13 - 00:07:55 | Speaker 5:

I am a DoorDash driver. I'm an Uber Eats driver and an Uber driver. So I get comments like this all the time. I would never personally do this, and I've only ordered from Uber Eats twice for a Chinese food, and I had to come to the door, and I tipped them. But DoorDash drivers, there's like, you know, you have groups on Facebook, and DoorDash drivers, they all have groups, and they always comment, and they always complain about, oh, this person didn't tip me, or that's too far. DoorDash drivers are really picky, and they really want the tips. Because even on DoorDash, you have it where the customer can pay you cash instead of doing it on the app. And people really prefer that.

00:07:55 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 2:

That's a problem. Cash should be the optional thing because they did a great job. You can give them cash. The idea that they negotiate for that, to me, is sketchy. DoorDash should stop doing that.

00:08:08 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 5:

That was my first time experiencing that. It's like, oh, it comes up. They're going to give you cash. But the trick is, once you get that cash, it deducts from all your future orders or all your future money. So it's like it's a good thing for a moment, but not really in the end.

00:08:25 - 00:08:30 | Speaker 2:

Zach should give this guy a bad rating. If you get a bad rating, do you get less DoorDash orders?

00:08:31 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 5:

It makes that person look bad, and they can't block their account. All they're going to do is investigate and, like, block them out for 24, 48 hours. and even with Uber Eats people will lie and say they didn't get their food but they did just to get their money back from Uber Eats and it's like I took a picture it's right there and then meet at door, if you don't meet me at the door in less than five minutes, I'm going to message you I'm leaving it here and don't let it be in the apartment building, that's locked and you didn't give me the call

00:09:02 - 00:09:19 | Speaker 2:

Chris, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning our sweet, wonderful Well, Zach didn't get his food. Please give man his food. Please. Go ahead, Zach, or whatever your name is, Chris. Hi, by the way.

00:09:20 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, the comment on the DoorDash is that sometimes you see the base fare and you only get like $3 or something, and you'll be going over 10 miles. So I got somewhat wise someone to ask, are you going to give me a tip if there was no tip put on there to begin with?

00:09:35 - 00:09:39 | Speaker 2:

Where was the Chinese place? How far was it away from you, Zach? How long did it take you to get there?

00:09:39 - 00:09:48 | Speaker 1:

Well, now you guys are calling out how lazy I am. It was in Northville, and I live in Novi. Oh, okay. So it was less than like three, four miles. Yeah, that's not even that far.

00:09:48 - 00:09:52 | Speaker 2:

That's not that bad. Actually, how long did it take you to get there? Less than 10 minutes to drive there?

00:09:52 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, 10 minutes.

00:09:53 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 2:

So why would this guy ask for extra tip? That's an easy ride.

00:09:57 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

Maybe he lived somewhere further away.

00:10:00 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 7:

That's not your fault.

00:10:01 - 00:10:03 | Speaker 8:

I know. What do you think, Chris? You're a DoorDash guy?

00:10:03 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 7:

Sometimes you have to come out of your way to drive. So you might be living in Canton, and you've got to drive to Novi to pick up the food. And then you've got to drive a little bit further than that. Then don't accept it.

00:10:15 - 00:10:20 | Speaker 4:

And that should be on the delivery service. Yeah. Like, that's why there should be a safe event.

00:10:20 - 00:10:22 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, it definitely should be. Yeah.

00:10:22 - 00:10:51 | Speaker 8:

This, by the way... It definitely should be. I want you to know, I will never side with anybody but Zach. There's not a person on this show Zach do me a favor Sounds sad I just wanted my food guys I had to get in my own car To go pick up My food And then he asked for a cash tip It's our Zach by the way guys Celia hello

00:10:51 - 00:10:52 | Speaker 6:

Hello

00:10:52 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 8:

Hi

00:10:53 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 6:

First time long time This is Celia. Celia on the phone. Thanks, Kev. I've been waiting for that all my life. So, yeah, no, I'm totally with Zach on this. I used to use DoorDash all the time. They actually have lost my business. I will never use it again because on more than one instance, ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, I have had my order stolen to the point where they post the photo saying it was delivered. And it was on somebody's marble countertop.

00:11:32 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 8:

Who's marble countertop? Is it the driver's marble countertop?

00:11:35 - 00:11:37 | Speaker 6:

They got marble? I'm going to guess so.

00:11:38 - 00:11:39 | Speaker 8:

They got nice countertops, huh?

00:11:40 - 00:11:42 | Speaker 6:

I guess so. Better than mine, that's for sure.

00:11:42 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 8:

They were eating good that night. By the way, that would piss me off. Has anybody ever looked at those pictures and you could see the reflection of the driver and the driver's got, like, their zipper open. That happens to me. My window in the front window, like the reflection, and you see the driver. I was like, I wanted to tell him back in the little comment thing, hey, your zipper's... Bro, you love zooming in on pictures. I do. And if you do a picture and it's a live picture, I always want to know if you're talking smack. All right, thank you for the call. I appreciate it.

00:12:12 - 00:12:12 | Speaker 6:

Thank you.

00:12:12 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 8:

All right, well, listen, Zach, we love you, buddy. You deserve your Chinese food, but you got it. and now your sister's going to never do DoorDash again because she's going to say, hey, Zach, go get the food. Zach, go get your lazy ass and go get your own food.
