And so we're all kind of crammed in this conference room. People are standing around, and, you know, I remember whose birthday it was, I think. And whoever, you know, sorry, we'll talk in a second. I'm a little bit spacey today. I got that vax yesterday. I feel great. I mean, I don't feel bad, but I feel so spacey. And you know me, I struggle with talking on the radio as it is. But whoever produced this birthday party, you know, decided to get one of those cakes with a special picture on it. And we had a colleague who was a very awkward man. I would describe him as he kind of, he was just an awkward man in conversations or whatever. He was socially awkward and he was big. He was a bigger guy. So he kind of loomed, sort of, if that's the right word. And we're standing around. I'll never forget. It was me and my two colleagues, him being one. And we're doing that thing where you're standing and you're eating cake out of a little plate on your hand. And my one colleague mentions the weird sort of texture of this layer of the cake that has the photo on it. And the looming guy just says, yeah, it's like edible panties. Whoa! And this man is, you know. Was it Kevin from The Office? Kind of vibes like that. And, like, this is a man who, and again, like, everybody has their private life. I'm not trying to be mean here. But you don't. He was a man who was, you know, a bit older than us. You know, he wasn't kind of part of our hangout crew, you know. Like, I was really close friends with some people at this radio station. And you just, I'd never heard him. He's not somebody who was going around saying inappropriate things. That was not his MO at all. And I don't think that he was meaning to be inappropriate there And I just I'd never even heard him make a joke before I just don't know where it came from It was the weirdest thing And Veeves and I are still trying to piece it together All these years later It was uncomfortable
