The first time that I called them, it went to voicemail. The front desk went to voicemail. And then I left a message. This is when I saw it on my credit card. Then I called and got a person, and they said, we're too busy. You have to email this email address. So I emailed. This is a month ago. I emailed the email address with this whole description of, like, I didn't stay that night. I was like, check the security camera. No one ever emailed me back. Then I called them, and they said that the manager, the person who had, like, inputted this in the system is not in this week, and they're the only person who can take it out of the system. And then they told me to email the same email address I had emailed a month ago. And so it's just like I've just been going around and around with them. And finally I was like, screw this. I'm just going to, like, dispute this charge. I'm going to put it on them to enforce this payment, but now I have to, with my bank, prove to them that I wasn't there. It's a real kind of, like, forensic thing. Yeah. Because I'm like, I couldn't have been there because I was on a flight that day.
