We're kind of up above. We're on the second level, and our seats are right in kind of the front row at this moment. Technically, we're in the second row, but we don't tell anybody, but we went up one row. And so I turn around, and I start just like, you know, just trying to make eye contact with every Red Sox fan who I was listening to behind me the whole time. But then this is where I started yelling because, you know, they kept on trying to start this chant throughout the game, you know, let's go Red Sox or whatever. and there was you know no let's go red socks chance happening after you know as soon as the game ended and so i'm screaming down at red socks fans who i mean are at least 50 of the fans in the stadium uh i'm yelling down at them where's your song i thought you had a song which may or may not get i didn't realize this but i my friend paulie was there with me and he's a baseball fan like He's a Mariners fan, but before he was a Mariners fan, he's just a baseball fan. He's a love of the game. So he doesn't get as worked up about that stuff, and he doesn't take it personally. And for him, he's not working out all of his childhood bullying issues on Red Sox fans, which is a weird way to appreciate baseball. But I guess we all do it our own ways. And so he told me later, as we're having drinks at Teddy's, he told me that he said, oh, yeah, it was funny when that old Red Sox fan gave you the double birds. And I was like, wait, I didn't even see that. I'm like, I got to him. He's like, yeah, but he was one of the guys below and he was kind of an elderly gentleman. And he just flipped you the double bird. You didn't see that. And I was just kind of like, no, I didn't. But that's great. I wonder. And I'm like, I got to him. Maybe he's a Mariners fan now. Maybe I like finally taught him that you don't root for the like, what am I doing when I'm screaming at Red Sox fans? I don't know. But I just I was so geared up for an entire walk out of that stadium and then onto the train. And the whole time I was expecting the Red Sox fans to be chanting Red Sox chants and all the way home. And then suddenly at the last minute, when the when the fates reversed, I was filled with so much when they got to road, when they you got D mode, you got to road and D mode, to road and D mode, baby, that is not how that's supposed to work. And yeah, so I it's funny how like I was like grumbling about them the whole time. And then I immediately became the biggest asshole in the stadium.
