you take a photo of it i did i'll send it to you right now because have you tried google goggles i don't think it's called that anymore i think it's just called google image search now but like google has all these tools where you can just take a picture of something and then it'll scan the internet and find it for you so Genevieve's been doing that with and I know you've done a little bit of this with some nature stuff you have a different app I think you use for that but she was just in the backyard taking photos of like you know literally our plants and getting results but you can also like you know if I were to take a picture of a G.I. Joe character like a doll that I didn't know who it was or something it would kind of scan it was very futuristic You would see it, like, kind of scan up, down, up, down, and try to get information and then try to match that information with stuff online and then bring back pictures that are similar and then get your info. In fact, I think I've probably talked about this with you before, and I don't know if you know the picture I'm talking about, but. Years and years and years ago, Vives and I were wandering around a Goodwill in, I think, Davis Square, somewhere in Cambridge, and I came across in, like, one of those boxes that has, like, just a whole bunch of rolled up posters. I unrolled this one poster that I immediately loved. It's a black and white photo, almost sapient tone, of three boys. It looks like it's from like the 50s, maybe, or maybe 60s or something. They're three young boys and they're playing with popsicle sticks and they kind of have shit eating grins. And one of them is looking at the camera and there was just something about it that I really liked. And so Genevieve said, I'll frame it. And this is going again. This is way back in the day. And she found a frame for it that I really like kind of a heavy, bold frame. And we've like had that up in all of our houses and apartments for years now in some place or another. And it's one of my favorite photos. And we've always loved the mystery of it. There are no markings on there. There's nothing at all to tell us what the origins of this photo is. And I kind of realize now we might have the technology to figure it out. My guess is, and I could be wrong about this, I'll bet you it's not very special at all. This could have been like a poster. You know how sometimes, like, let's say you have, like, a Gap store or an Old Navy or something in a downtown area, and they might have, like, kind of three windows or something, and, like, maybe in one window it's a poster, in one window it's a poster, and then in between them is the poster that explains it all, you know? And I feel like this could have just been a tertiary poster from a window campaign. I have no idea. I don't know if it has any kind of artistic bona fides, but I love it so much. But I kind of want to throw it through the Google, but I also kind of don't want to know.
