Going real Slim Whitman on it. It was real Slim Whitman. Yee-haw! So my neighbor, Brian, really wanted me to get this thing handled. And I didn't want to do it because I loved its kind of natural wildness. And, uh, but I also want to stay on good terms with this guy. And so I, um, started calling around to places to see if I get somebody to come take care of this. And this would have been back in August, I guess. And the people that I called said, we're three months out on doing this and it's really expensive. And I was like, you know, pretty bummed because it was just another thing where the, I don't know if you really call it the supply chain, but the, the demand so outstrips the supply of so many of these things and so i went over i talked to brian i was like hey man i'm calling places and they're like it's months and months out and he goes all right well just whenever you can get to it that's cool and then i remembered a handwritten sign that had been nailed to a telephone pole on some like rural road that i've been driving on to go to the home depot and it just said brush hogging and then a phone number called jerry and i called it didn't even say jerry I didn't even know I was dealing with a Jerry. I just called the number out of sheer desperation. I was like, there's no way this is my best option for brush hogging. The guy who has a quite, I actually think I have the sign. I could even send, because I took a picture of it so I would remember the phone number. I can send you a picture of this sign. Yeah, please. Call the guy, answers on the first ring, totally professional. He's like, oh, well, what are you doing this afternoon? I was like, well, I'll be here. He's like, yeah, I'll come by and take a look. he pulls over he's got the cutest dog it's a yellow lab not unlike rudy but larger named uh i think dakota eight months old so first of all i'm in love with this dog like just you know take the cannoli leave the dog brush hog don't brush hog i don't even care i'm just like so into this dog being at my house but uh he gets out takes a look around and he goes uh okay i can do it i go when And like in eight months, he goes, no, I'll just come back later today.
