Yeah. So anyway, those are, you know, that's not, I think, a super traditional Thanksgiving thing, but we wanted something green. Vives and I don't think usually make a bean like, you know, a green bean casserole or anything like that. So this is something that we like a little bit more. It is that it's one of the trickier things that I have to do out of the two things, because to saute them correctly, you you they all have to be in a single layer on the pan. So you have to use the biggest pan you can find, and probably it'll take, like, kind of two pans worth of these Brussels sprouts. And you also have to serve them pretty immediately off. You can't just, like, let them warm for a while because they'll get really mushy, right? So that's the thing that always causes me maybe the most anxiety. But for the most part, and I told you this move, didn't I? I don't know if I told you this yet. But what I did last year, which I want to make a tradition, is I found old Thanksgiving Day parades on YouTube. I didn't grow up really watching the Thanksgiving Day parade that much. It might have been on in the background, but it wasn't like a huge centerpiece of our holiday tradition. But, you know, midlife crisis, et cetera, et cetera, reliving my childhood. But last year, for some reason, I'm like, I wonder if I can just find the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for, I don't know, 1985. I think I told you about this afterwards. And it was so great. All three hours with commercials. And, like, the commercials are all for kids' toys or mostly for, like, kids' toys of the era. Like, the parade will feature some He-Man float and then some He-Man choreographed fight or something like that. Oh, cool. And then they go to commercial break. and what are they selling you but he man toys and oh i know it was whatever year the he man movie was coming out too and so it was starring dolph lundgren i think so so it's just kind of a blast from the past i recommend that whatever era you grew up in go go to youtube see if you can find a macy's thanksgiving day parade from your youth and put that on in the background that'll make you warm and fuzzy i'm very
