Let's talk about LeBron James for a minute. I know that we don't talk a lot about basketball, and we also don't talk a lot about just, like, I don't know, something that's this broadly in the culture, because it's like you could turn to many other places for a more informed conversation. But I have to say, it is quite remarkable what LeBron James has done. Last night, he scored his 38,390th point, which pushed him past Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the all-time scoring record. This is like, I mean, on par with said, you know, Barry Bonds breaking Hank Aaron's home run record, except LeBron James doesn't has not operate under the scandal of PED cheating. So it's even better. It's like becoming the all time football is weird. Football is kind of different because it's it's amazing if you become the all time rushing leader in the NFL or the all time passing leader. I guess there's a lot of different individual statistics, right, that you can kind of get. But like for the NBA, all time scoring, that's it. That's it. That makes you the very best thing at what would be considered to be the most important part of the game. And I think really raises the question of if LeBron James is the greatest NBA player of all time. I kind of think he is. I mean, I don't know how I don't really know what the argument would be as to even Michael Jordan, who I love. But what I think is so remarkable about LeBron James doing this is I remember when I was a kid and I used to get Sports Illustrated magazine because I saw an ad for it on TV. And there was They offered a Jonathan Winters video You get a free football phone And a Jonathan Winters sports video That was the weirdest thing And so not working for me when I got it I wanted the phone But I was like I'll take a sports comedy video And it was I don't think I don't think that these bits by Jonathan Winters Were like made for Sports Illustrated I think what happened was like Jonathan Winters like agent Licensed some comedy bits he had done on TV that were nominally sports related and they clipped them all together and then offered it as a thing but like imagine nine-year-old Luke watching Jonathan Winters like even by then he was it was like 30 years old it made no sense to me
