half of it with a fork and a knife I do but I also totally understand the impulse and I don't know why we're not doing that more i'm with you that um uh sorry about the noise uh that like if there's something that feels like i'm showing off or trying to be too proper if i break out a fork and knife for certain styles of cuisine but like like you being a person who does not like the experience of like sauce or food being on my face or my fingers i i should be eating more things with the fork because the enjoyment like what what are we doing when we bite into like whatever this sandwich thing you got is you all the flavors are coming together and you're you're i mean that really what you want is to get sort of the perfect bite and the chances of that happening when you cut it and you're not worried about the sauce on your face or your hands you're probably having an elevated experience a better experience and yet i would also be kind of loathe to do that because i'd feel like no this is not the kind of thing that i cut up with a fork and knife Thank you. It was, and I was thinking about it while I was doing it. I'm like, this is probably a little bit strange, but also I was thinking, like, this is perfect for me. Like, not every bite had everything, but I was able to, like, sort of, like, pace out what I was eating. Like, okay, this is, like, more cheese and bread in this one. Oh, this one has more protein in it. Also, more importantly, Luke, I am sending you an email here. Do you have access to email on that computer? I do. Or is everything still funky? Okay. So I'm sending, I've been wanting to talk to you about this for a while. It's terrible, terrible, terrible podcasting. But it's about a stretch of Aurora that I want to know what used to be here. Because I told you there's this company called Van Karma, or as I like to call it, Vank Arma, because of the way it's spelled, up north. And it's directly across the street from Lotus Pond. And when I was in Portland with you a while back, I was trying to describe this part of town, and you could not figure out what used to be there. Because it sounds like Vank Arma and Lotus Pond are both relatively new. This is just south of the Chick-fil-A, if you know that. So can you tell me what used to be the Lotus Pond and the Vanck Arma based on the photo I just sent you?
