Lauren Boebert vaping is going to convince them. People have been saying for a long time that technology is going to allow deep fakes that are going to be more and more realistic. And it's going to be a huge problem for society. I never got worked up about that. I'm just kind of like, well, we'll see. We have a tendency to adapt to these things. I mean, also, we do have a huge truth issue and, you know, fact issue in this country. I'm not blind to that, obviously. But I'm like, well, let's just see what happens here. But I was listening to the Levitard show earlier this week, and I can't even remember who the coaches were. But they played three very entertaining examples of college coaches saying some pretty ridiculous things. And it turns out that these were all AI generated deep fakes that were going around the Internet. Now, I think they had video attached to them. So I don't know if I had seen the video, if I would have known it was a fake. I think that's, you know, sometimes where the when you have both the video clues and the audio clues, you can start to see how things like, oh, that's a little there's a smoothness sort of sometimes like where people are just trying to match up the motion of the mouth with the words and be like, well, something's off here. But hearing the audio only, unless they had, you know, if Lebitard had said this is real tape, I would have believed it. You know what I mean? It sounded like a Southern coach saying, well, well, maybe saying some rude things that I won't repeat here. But it sounded real to me. And I got to say that I heard that earlier this week and I did kind of ponder that for a while thinking like, yeah, like how many presidential cycles before it's like, no, I didn't say that. Or or or look what my opponent said. And it's like, no, your opponent didn't say that. But it doesn't matter because people just want to. I mean, half of the people who voted for Trump are just trolls anyway. I mean, I think some are I think some are actually well-meaning people who didn't know what to do because they have conservative values and that they saw it as the only way out. I don't I don't see it that way I think there's a lot of hypocrisy but I do think there are some well-meaning people who felt like they were in a bind and voted for that guy but a whole bunch of others I would say the majority of his fan base to me from my perspective just seem like trolls and they don't give a shit they don't give a shit like whether or not it's truthful or not just
