I think one of the first things that I was ever able to make, like dishes, and it was because a college girlfriend would make this. And again, I'm saying make this food. I'm being very kind of liberal with the definition of making food. What it basically was was pasta, you boil a bunch of noodles, you throw in some olive oil and a bunch of like mozzarella, and then you dice up Roma tomatoes and put it in there and stir it up. And because she made it with Roma tomatoes, probably because that's just like what she had. I thought, well, that's what you always put in this. And so for years and years, that would be a thing that I would make. and I would feel like I was really, you know, some kind of great chef when all I was doing was cooking up some noodles and throwing some cheese on them. But anyway, so Roma tomatoes have loomed fairly large in my mind. Point is, they're not San Marzano tomatoes, and the drawing on these cans of tomatoes that are actually Roma tomatoes that Simpson Imports has been selling, look for all the world like San Marzano tomatoes. It also says SMT on the can. S-M-T, which a reasonable mind would think means San Marzano tomatoes. They look like San Marzano tomatoes. They have S-M-T written on them. But the company says, no, no, no, no. We're not trying to fool anyone with our tomatoes that we're calling San Marzano tomatoes. These are San-American tomatoes.
