I don't know if this helps at all, but one thing is it is not on you to carry the hour of content, right? And I think the more you remind yourself of that, the better you'll be. Like, I don't know who else is going to be on the panel with you, but they always get in some really good talkers and people that have lots of opinions and thoughts. And in fact, sometimes in my experience, I don't want to say it's a competition, but it's almost like, depending on who you're lined up with, you could be sort of almost competing for airtime, right? So if you just consider this first one out for you as you, you know, just your job, I would say your job this first time through is to just try to, as much as you can, enjoy it, make yourself comfortable. If you add in a little bit of conversation, great. But this one to me feels like for you, a way of getting used to the experience of being on the show and being in there. Like, in other words, I don't think you should set up the goal of like, I'm going to have the most, you know, sterling insight into everything, or I'm going to get off all these great jokes. By the way, the other thing I'll say is you are very good at these things. As much as it like kills you as much as it takes like a year off of your life like you're entertaining at these things there's a reason why they're they have you back to do the podcast there's a reason why this show that you and i do is has some amount of fandom there's a reason why you had your own nighttime radio show because as much as you don't internalize it you are good at it and you're i was talking to somebody recently who met you somewhere and one of the things that that i was saying to them i go it's the most interesting thing with andrew because everybody loves you and everybody loves hanging out with you because you're a really funny, thoughtful, interesting person. And then every time you're done hanging out with people, if I were to ask you how it went, you would say terribly. But no one has the experience. You wouldn't be able to reach me because I'd be in the dark place for a while. Nobody who hangs out with you is experiencing you the way that you're experiencing you. And it's an interesting dynamic because I know that I'm charismatic. I know that everyone loves being around me. I know that I have zero flaws And it's just an absolute, unalloyed, positive experience being around me for everyone all the time, including my ex-wives and Camaro Kev, who I have tried to fight on Aurora, leaving Goldie's once. But all that is to say, like, I know that what your insecurity in your brain is going to do to you is independent of the facts of the case. But the facts are that you actually are good at this, even if you're out of your body. You are good at it. and also I don't think I think you should just you should basically consider this like your first at bat in a major league game it's you're not trying to hit a home run you're just trying to like get used to the smell of the grass and the and you know the the speed of the game and stuff like I think if maybe if you think about it like that maybe that lowers the pressure on you a little
