this area that is not okay terminal well so you met you went to the good one because donna did not have a good donna gave this one star she's from houston texas by the way uh they should be taught how to serve their customers i walked in looking for a sweatshirt i walked around in a hurry why because i'm trying to catch my plane imagine that in an airport attempting to catch a plane i had lost my own jacket and needed one for the plane we had tied an onion to our belt as was the fashion at the time. Wow. I commented, I really needed some help. The woman that is behind the register is looking at something and not looking up. I ask a question. Do these only come in small, medium, and large? And she said, they're mostly large and extra large. I said, okay. I said, I could really use some help. Clearly, I'm in a hurry. I look like I'm in a hurry. I look like I need help. She turns back to her phone to ignore me and just lean over the counter and do whatever she wants to do. I said, wow. I could use some customer service. She walks towards me and says, even if you want to be waited on, I won't be waiting on you because of your attitude. And I said, let me get this straight. I need help, and you don't want to wait on me? You're not going to take my money? And I said, you're not very customer service oriented. And she looked at me, and I took a deep breath, and I said, you know, I've been in customer service for a very long time. And she turned around, and she walked away like she was going to go find somebody to tattletale. And I thought, I don't have time for this, or I would definitely wait to talk to your manager. Clearly, she has a chip on her shoulder already. Why? Because she is clueless on how to take care of customers. She seemed very entitled, so I left. Why? Because I have a plane to catch in just a few moments. I found out where another passage by Hudson was located, and I purchased what I needed, and I ran back to my gate. The gentleman, Ken, at the other passage was professional and kind. He acknowledged me the minute I walked in the door, even though he was busy putting drinks away. Why? He cares and knows what the heck he's doing. Please train your people to look people in the eye. Please train your customer service representatives to actually stand up and serve their customers. Her taking an attitude. Attitude, towards me, when I'm the one who needed help? Attitude of entitlement was shining brightly. I won't return to that store, but I would go to the other one. Ken at the other store? Excellent. Visit that one. And then she includes a photo of a sweatshirt she bought that says Phoenix on it. What a journey.
