Yes, absolutely. So I walk in with the stuff, but again, I haven't really, I haven't checked my contract. I don't know, like, can they just turn this off today from here? Is this going to be, like, an involved thing? Is this person going to try to not accept the equipment? Are they going to try to upsell me or downsell me or, like, tell me that I have to pay a prepay penalty or something? I just don't know how this is going to go. Also, is this going to be a total zoo in here? Like, are there going to be, like, ten people in line or whatever? I walk in. Turns out they have like enough employees. There's like maybe four or five like kiosks and like four of them are taken. But then somebody leaves and then a woman raised her hand. Come on over here. I put my stuff down. I say, hey, I I'm I switched TV providers. I'm just using Fubo TV now. And I just want to take this back. I go, I'm going to keep the Internet for now, because one of the things, Andrew, I don't actually know if two things. One, the internet has always worked fine. That's never been my issue with this company. And in fact, had the guy not dug up the physical line, I would still be in a fairly good place with this company in terms of the service, in terms of getting the product at my house, right? There's not a lot of outages. I don't have a big problem with the thing itself. I have a problem with what happens if you need to get help on something, right? But anyway, so I'm trying to explain to her, I'm like, I want to keep the internet, but I don't want the cable, and I don't want any funny business. I didn't say that but that was implied In my vibe Don't try to talk me out of it Don't try to sell me any bullshit I was just like really Just trying to be I was in a power stance I was just trying to really make sure This wasn't going to go sideways on me And she was like okay no problem She starts typing to the computer She was like alright so yeah We'll just take all the TV off I'm like no TV right Zero TV And I go well how much was I paying for that tv she's like it was this amount i can't remember what it was but i was like what's my new bill going to be just for internet she goes i think it's gonna be you know a hundred dollars a month or something she's like she just had an answer to every question uh she it took like 10 minutes she then said and this is the part andrew where i'm sheepish to tell you about this because because i don't know just as i'm getting out of bed with this company i don't i'm considering getting slightly back into bed with them in a certain way which is she said at the beginning she was like she said something that was actually i can't remember how she phrased it but it was something like hey you know i just something to the effect of like i just gotta ask or we just we're just we're you know we're we're sort of compelled to ask everyone who comes in like how much you paying for your cell service and i was just like i love my cell service which by the way is much like i love my car insurance in italy uh i was like i actually don't love my cell service i pay way too much money to verizon for this but i was like i'm not getting into some
