it well i am legitimately very happy to hear that for real and by the way i am also looking forward to our thanksgiving meal here you know we are having and in fact i'm very much looking forward to the thanksgiving situation this year last year genevieve and i we had plans to have people over but it was kind of a poultry guest list a poultry a poultry guest mostly invited chicken yeah and it was and so we ended up and i think somebody dropped out or something so we ended up going to the eagles which was a lot of fun you know our eagles right where we you know we gathered with a bunch of people that we like and it was it was a great time but we didn't want to do that two years in a row and uh this year we put out the um call again to see if some folks wanted to come over and some very close friends some of whom i i see quite a bit and some who i have not really seen in like almost a year are coming over i think there's five we have five guests plus the two of us and um we're doing the whole thanksgiving spread and everything and i am i am deeply looking forward to having people over here later today. And so I'm not grumpy about that. But when you tell me that you kind of got over your hump on that, I'm very glad to hear that because I know how important Thanksgiving is to you. And for me, if I focus on the micro, the moments that I'm going to be having today with people that I care about, I'm very, very happy. It's just if I start, You know, if you zoom out again, again, I don't want to talk about this now, but I mean, I guess like maybe one thing is like I have when I was a younger person, I was very hardened towards sentimentality, I think, or I had my own version of sentimentality and the stuff that was bandied about in pop culture or whatever. I was very cynical about as very Gen X, especially as a very young man. I think you would have really not liked me as a young man. Maybe I'm not sure, but we can talk about that.
